Kera WWorst Uhaul experience I have ever experienced, as life is so unexpected these day's I was 4 hours late planning on extending my reservation as I was never told at pick up it was to be reserved by another family a few hours after my return, when I spoke with the office they told me I was going to have to pay a $100 displacement fee which i was fine with A few hours later they called and told me they were calling the police to report that U-haul was stolen when my vehicle was parked in front of their building all day and all night. I never had any intentions of stealing the Uhaul!

Helena VI made an online reservation the night before and was able to get an appointment for 9:00am the next day. I arrived a bit early but they still started installing my hitch by the scheduled time. It was done quickly and with good quality. The price I paid was exactly what I was quoted online. Overall a great experience.

Frank QThe counter check in process was faster than normal and the person I interacted with was fine. I wasn't happy with the service I received outside. It has rained and snowed the nigh before. The guy pulled my truck up and told me that the defroster was on and I had to wait for the ice to melt. I went to my car and got my ice scraper out of my car. I tried to scrape the ice myself but I could not reach the windshield with the scraper I had. I sat in the cab of the truck for 25 minutes waiting for enough of the ice to melt so I could leave. Al while the two exterior guys stood around doing nothing.

Melanie LITS NOT MY JOB TO CONDUCT MAINTENANCE OR MAKE UHAUL AWARE OF THEM. WHEN I RENT A TRUCK, IT SHOULD BE CUSTOMER READY! !! I've rental from Uhaul many times throughout my life and now I'm told that I'm banned from using them until I pay for the extra day as I failed to notify them that I would have it an extra day. I rented a ten foot truck which clearly needed maintenance. The visor was hanging in front of the windshield … a very very very visible issues but not only that, It also had a front headlight out. When I informed the location, all she could say was that it was my responsibility to inform roadside assistance if I had an issue. I continue to explain to her that it is not my responsibility to report the Bare Necessities maintenance required on the vehicle. I was inconvenienced by not being able to drive at night, and did not need to be any more by dealing with road side assistance. She could care less, this was evident! I would like management to give me a call or remove the charge please. This is not fair and very unprofessional on the representative/general manager. Yes, the representative spoke on behalf of the general managers. INSPECT YOUR VEHICLES, it's not the responsibility of the customer. Anticipate their needs by providing working headlights. And if you can't then bite the bullet when they don't meet your expectations.

Josh WHave the 15' and 17' trucks available at the 9190 W Jewell Pl, Lakewood, CO 80232 location. This is closer to my home. The last few times we have rented they were not available at this location.
Ernest LShowed up to the first store and the trailer had a flat tire. Was then told I had to drive 20 mins to another store that was out of the way. Completely threw off my day of moving. Also was told I would get a $50 credit for trailer not being ready and that never happened

Juan OOur experience at the store was good and the truck was well maintained. However our experience with the after-hours drop off and the U-Haul website would be cause for us to consider other moving options in the future. We attempted to return our truck six times and every time we were trying to add a photo of either the truck or the dash we wouldn't immediately be kicked out and back to the main screen. We were on hold with customer service for maybe 30 minutes and by the end it showed that we didn't have any reservation on file for past reservations. The issues with the website and the process of returning the truck is going to be the reason that we probably don't consider U-Haul in the future
Anuka GGet service. I got there right at closing time. The man working outside by the return area greated me, answered my questions, and as said we are closed but I'll help you if you need help. I was having trouble opening up the return app. He came over and said, don't worry I can help you. GREAT SERVICE

Danny PEnded up paying $130 just to use the 19,95 truck!!!! Used it for an hr half to pick up ONE THING and they charge you ridiculous we could have rented a car for the whole day cheaper than that. Super weird

Cole ECould not connect to wi-fi to log-in & get code for pick up. Same thing at drop off. App Would not load or anything, made it more difficult.
John RI drove the smallest Uhaul truck 12 miles and added 2 gallons of gas before returning it. The location still charged me for 1,5 gallons more of gas. I think Uhaul is playing fast and loose with their metering devices. I doubt the truck gets less than 4 miles to a gallon of gas.
