Picked up at 5 am through the app but the dolly and appliance cart I ordered were not included in the truck. My â€œmoveâ€ was a lot harder than it should have been because of this. Driver seat was also broken and could not adjust the position.Armando M.

The guy running the place when I returned the vehicle was quite unfriendly. I returned the pickup cleaned very well and undamaged but the minute I left the lot with my ride home, I found out this guy decided... on his own with no consulting me...that I owed an additional 130.00 for a â€œscuff and small dent on tailgate.â€ I found out when my card was declined for the damage bill minutes later. Not only did I bit damage the truck in any way, The damage is flat out not on the vehicle I would've noticed something like that when I picked it up and when I was doing my final walk around on it before I dropped it off. I am not paying this charge and because they keep trying to take it from me I'm probably about to have to replace my card to keep them from stealing it from my account the second I have the amount in there. Had I caused the damage I would be willing to pay for it but this is not happening because I didn't do it. I will not be using this location again nor will I be using any U-Haul again Unless this invoice is amended to reflect that I don't owe that money.Angela J.

I returned the trailer after the location had closed and tried to verify the return through the uhaul.com/share website but it repeatedly stated that I needed to have an account. I tried numerous times to set up an account with a password but kept getting the message that my "session time had expired" even though I had not taken more than 45 seconds. Consequently, since I wasn't able to verify the return online, I was charged the $20.00 fee.Allen S.

Paid to rent a dolly, wasn't in the truck. Paid for 3 dozen furniture pads only got 6. Paid for 2 mattress covers only got 1. Tried the chat with location and no one responded. Devin at this location was awesome. I had reached out to the 800 line in the middle of April looking for a truck for May 1. Customer Service from the 800 number told me I would have zero issues getting a truck for May 1. Insisting that the scheduling department is very good at shuffling around trucks and making them available when needed. 2 days prior to my pickup, I call tge 800 line to confirm my pickup. I get transferred to what I was told was the Denver scheduling department where I was greated by a woman who did not want to share her name and also took great joy in telling me there is abaolutely no way I will have a truck for May 1. Totally unwilling to even dive in and try and solve the problem with me. I mention that the automated voice on the 800 line states that all calls are recorded to better serve promises that are made because I was told I would have a truck for May 1. Then they offer me a 50$ credit for a truck i cannot even get. Thats the biggest slap in the face from a company, ever. Very disgruntled and frustrated, I go to my last ditch effort of visiting a local Uhaul store where I meet Devin. I give Devin a breakdown of what happened and the expression on his face said it all. This was not the first time the 800 line promised people a truck that they werent going to get. Luckily, Devin worked with me to rent one of his trucks. Granted it wasnt on the exact same day or truck I was trying for, but it was my only option and I cannot be more grateful for Devin taking time to work with me and help me figure out my move. I will not rent from Uhaul again over the unreliability and extremely poor customer service shown by the 800 line. Thank you again Devin for your time and willingness to work with a customer. I would certainly recommed this specific location to friends.Matthew L.

Devon was great, at helping me. He stayed in communication with me when the truck I was suppose to use was not going to be back in time. Together we were able to get me into a different truck for a cheaper price. He was also flexible with me on my pick up time. I was using movers and they had to change my time, so I asked Devon if I could pick the truck up later as well. He was able to push back my pick up time.Darlene L.
The location was great. But U-HAUL it's self is absolutely terrible! I will do my beat to never rent from you again. I was called three times to tell me my pick up location changed. The last call was within 10 hours of my pick up time. This is just ridiculous!CrIg N.
