I received a text Message saying that currently there were families waiting for the equipment I'm returning to when I wasn't even half day with equipment So I felt so stressed out because I thought I had to return the equipment on Monday 4/15 When I thought I had 3 days to return it So I wasn't very happy with drop off location I think deserve some credit for the situation the made me go through...
LUIS GI've been to a few uhauls through the years and this the best. Excellent service à la clientèle. Recently my grandson had to use the one on Spruce and he said it was awful.

CHARLES GThe gentleman helped me ar front desk is courteous and knowledgeable. The technician Christian is also friendly, installed the hitch very quick and gave good tips on Dos and Donts while towing with the hitch. They informed me upfront that they won't be able to do the wiring today and scheduled another appointment next week.

Gilbert GEven though they had all their gas syphoned fro their trucks particularly mine being that the hose connecting the input of the gas tank to the tank was completely severed I felt that the staff all had a great attitude and was extremely helpful. I would definitely go back.

I've rented trucks multiple times at this location and every single time I go, I have a wonderful experience and I love the staff here. Britney also assisted me and she's always been a joy. Thank you so so much for providing awesome customer service all the time. I really enjoyed renting my cargo van which was in very good condition by the way I would definitely recommend to go to this location.

Lawrence SFirst stop was the Uhaul center in Corona. Very hectic and a long wait to be served. Corona didn't have the trailer and after waiting 30 minutes they sent me to the Van Buren store There, I was waited on immediately and on my way in 15 minutes. That will be my Home store from now on.

Patrick QThe cab had a awful smell, I had to get gas immediately as it was on empty, and the storage area in the cab was broken, and the steering wheelappearedto be held on with gorilla tape. Overall the uhaul was very worn down and not in the condition that would be expected.

Adrian PI am a long time UHaul customer. I have used this location many times and Christian was very courteous and professional. I rented a Uhaul Pickup Truck and Tow trailer to pick up a used vehicle in Palm Springs. After renting from Uhaul, I drove 85 miles one way to pick up my vehicle. After arriving, we found that the Tow Trailer was in total disarray and was so abused that we could not get the straps off of the trailer to secure the vehicle. I had to turn around and drive back to return the Truck and Trailer because the trailer was useless. I am demanding a full refund including the $40 of gas I put back into the truck for the Gas that was used. I need to Re Rent a truck and WORKING Auto trailer. Please ADVISE!!!!!
John A*Make sure to double check fuel level in rental and have them verify on receipt before you leave! * Van had less than 1/8 tank but employee marked it for 1/4. He then told me I'd get a fuel credit after I watched him hand pour gas into the van. Took delivery, gave dude a fist bump for the catch and immediately refueled it. 4 hours later the exact same employee got amnesia when I asked about the credit when turning it in with double the gas it left with. "It left with a quarter tank sir" I bet he still smelled of the gas he had to pour in to get it running. I don't write reviews but dude was incompetent and dishonest. Wish I could take back my fist bump and send karma his way. Would avoid this particular employee but otherwise a decent location.
JEREMY DDownside was that customer cannot leave their cars in this branch compared to other branches. Also, no trolly was available which is crucial to the renters.

Robert BMy first time renting a uhaul. I was supposed to move from my home to our new home. Escrow did not go through. I ended up taking the vehicle back ( total of 6,5 miles round trip) . Never used it for the move. I was stil charged 89 for the. I technically rented for 2 days, but different circumstances occurred. Kind of shocked to pay 89 dollars for not using it. The uhaul representative said " that once you drive off the lot , you pay for the day" … just my experience from my 1st rental from Uhaul.

John HIt was very odd to have the lady working there come out and vaping. I thought that was very unprofessional and she has a right to smoke but I don't think during business hours that should be allowed especially making us non smokers feel uncomfortable.
Verionca GNeed more employees we had a line dropping off our truck. The first truck we were going to take only had 1/4 amount of gas. Was not crazy about having such a small amount of gas. The nice female employee changed the truck. She also saw a leak by the gas fuel spot. Thank you for doing such a good job.

Brian Byou need to give your staff more support. I reserved a uhaul truck in advance and went inside to find a line of at least 10 people waiting for rentals. You had one cashier and one support member on staff. That is not enough to adequately handle that volume of customers. I waited over an hour for a truck that I booked in advance. There were multiple equipment malfunctions with your register and despite the clerk's best efforts, your obviously ill-repaired equipment did not give them the tools to succeed. Despite the kindness and professionalism of your staff, I will not be renting from this location again.

Bruce GWe originally reserved a trailer at the Spruce Street location. When we arrived, they did not have the trailer I reserved. I will be calling to talk about the guarantee. They found one at this Van Buren location. Bryttney was very helpful and got us on the road very quickly.
Frederic SGreat UHaul location and it was very easy to work with them. I really like that they were open to 7:00 p.m.. That worked out great for me and I was able to get everything done in one day. Thank you for the great customer service!
