My equipment was not ready at 7:30am. I rented online as i had no choice since i needed truck by 7:30am. Facility does not open until 9am. I hired moving crew to assist with my move, however truck was not available. Had to wait for center to open. Sent crew home. Lost money and didnt complete my entire move as the truck was not assigned until 9:30. 2 1/2 hrs later. Very disappointed. The only good outcome was the pleasantness of the office personnel who tried to assist me once the office was open.

JESUS VALTIERRARENTERIAI was given an empty gas tank. Giving me a dangerous option to bring it back empty and not have to pay added fees or with a 1/4 tank and get credit $33 . putting me in a dangerous postion and run the risk of running out of gas. I cost me about $65 as i had no option but to use the nears gas station where the cost of fuel was over $5 . when i brought truck back i became aware that this was the case with customers that were ahead of me. I warn them not to accept these terms and get them to risk running out of gas. Warning thgis is a major law suit in the waiting by putting your customers in DANGER

Was promised a 50 dollar credit that never happened and was never completed by the staff, once vehicle was unblocked 2 hours later, vehicle was on empty and employee claimed the tank was filled prior to pick up. Extremely shady business tactics and horrible work ethic if this is how you treat your customers will leave bad BBB rating for this experience

The installation was excellent, requiring only a small hole to be cut in the bumper, which was perfectly sized and not overly large like some of my friends have experienced elsewhere. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Then once I received the truck I took a picture of the trucks instrumental panel. When I noticed that the gas levels were incorrect. I informed the location that they had the wrong gas info, they were like you should've told me before you left. I explained that this isn't good business practice. To lie about the amount of gas in the truck. And the u-haul location claimed that they were victims too. How does that make sense? Very very disappointed.

The scheduled time for my moving helper was changed due to his Thanksgiving plans, causing significant inconvenience. To exacerbate the situation, the U-Haul representative in Los Angeles inadvertently locked my U-Box without providing the necessary key. Despite my efforts, I couldn't reach the moving helper, leaving me with no choice but to purchase tools to break the lock and tow the U-Box myself. Subsequently, I had to handle the entire move, including transporting my belongings up 12 floors, without the assistance of the hired moving helper. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I believe there is a clear lapse in service, and I urge U-Haul to address this matter seriously. I am seeking a refund for the inconvenience, additional expenses incurred, and the overall distress caused by this situation. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and hope for a swift resolution.

JOSE PEREZThe General Manager (Justin) was rude and completely lacked in providing customer service. We rented a truck, furniture dolly and some furniture pads. He informed us that he didn't have a furniture dolly and didn't provide any alternative options. Good luck trying to move without a dolly. As the General Manager of this location, U-Haul should expect and deliver better service. He was condescending and didn't care at all that we were now in a bind. No suggestion or offer of an appliance dolly or other U-Haul product. Do better.
