We initially booked 20' truck and called the day before pick up and told truck was no longer available. No $50 guarantee, all gimmick?? We then settled for the 17', and at the time of pick up we were told we needed to return the truck by 3pm or be charged $39.95 per hour. When we were promised the day before a return of 7pm. It was over 90 degrees outside and we were in a panic trying to load/unload. Clerk at pick up was very rude, didn't offer any assistance or explanation for the drastic change. The side mirrors of the truck were broken and wouldn't stay in place- HUGE HAZARD!!! The truck was actually checked out to us with broken side mirrors. We will never again do business with Uhaul it was a terrible experience, do not recommend.

Excellent service, and made my move much easier
This branch failed to reserve the required sized vehicle I needed for the day (even with a confirmation). They ended up holding it for another, apparently, more important person other than myself. I really don't take things too personal and try to find solutions, when possible. The fact that I was told, â€œit's on hold for someone else at noon...â€, clearly made me feel like my plans weren't important enough to qualify for the reserved vehicle I needed, that was in the drive. Aside from that, there was no call, text, email, etc to notify me that the vehicle was unavailable for me. Had I known, I would've made other arrangements. After, I was unable to fulfill my daily plans due to the downgrade. Moving forward, I'm simply unable to count on them. Unfortunately, it messed up my whole day. Goals weren't met on their end and it carried over into my personal business that I needed the vehicle for. This experience with U-haul was a waste of time, money and put me in a bad situation with my clientele. If you reserve a vehicle with them, there's no peace of mind, I guess we're just supposed to show up and hope it works out.
The only issue I had was when I went to reserve the truck. The guy who attended me wasn't friendly but overall everything was great And when I was trying to go online to set it up it wasn't that easy to browse like last time, that's why I went in in person to get the reservation
Consider lowering the price on the per mile. My need was to pick up a donation of wheelchairs and walkers for needy families. Round trip 54 miles, 3 hours. The cost including filling up the tank was $94.00. That was costly for an act of volunteerism.

PLEASE REPLACE ALL CARGO VANS WITH VANS THAT HAVE SLIDING SIDE DOORS. COULD THERE BE SIGNS INDICATING WHERE A UHAUL REP IS. SUCH AS, FILLING PROPANE,OR, OUT TO GET A VEHICLE.
When I rented the truck I checked the gas and noticed it was off by what the contract says. The contract said the gas meter was above the half mark. When I turned on the truck it was below the half mark. This is very frustrating, especially if your in a hurry as to all your customers are. I informed an employee and he said just to let them know when you return. That's fine if he himself is there and Remembers you. But what if hes not, then you will either put more gas than you were suppose too. Or argue with them when you return it. Or have all trucks inspected correctly when returned. It's that simple. Also I think when your returning the truck on the app it ask for all this information but nothing as to how was your experience or did anything go wrong other the the questions it ask. Thank you for hearing me out.. I rent trucks from u haul all the time,
The tire light was on and so was the oil change light
Truck was dirty( Chicken bones on the floor) I greeted Justin and it seemed that he was half asleep or just has bad customer service skills. I asked some other employee questions during my inspection of the truck and she also was short/rude. The only good experience I had was dropping off the vehicle. Overall I would rather look for a farther place than to go back. Considering the current situation I would have expected the vehicle to be clean. I guess that's too much to ask. My wife and I had to clean it prior to loading it up with our stuff. Overall this experience was a total disappointment to say the least and hazardous.
Have more equipment available.
The time it takes to pick up is too long. And when the location is short-staffed, it takes longer. When one representative is on duty, that person has to enter the information then they have to get the keys and the truck. The process takes too long.
The online reservation system books to incorrect locations, such as booking pickups for locations that do not have 24 hour access and are closed on the pickup day. All of the actual employees are great and straighten everything out, but it's doing everything twice.
DON'T BUY ANY MORE CARGO VANS WITHOUT SLIDING SIDE DOORS!
Mileage odometer was not consistent with rental agreement and got over charged and had to dispute charges

The General Manager Larry a Big Slug lazy guy. On his cell phone while customers waited in line don't know how you made that guy a General Manager. His attitude he should be washing the returned trucks instead, no people skills.
The use your phone feature to rent a truck is SUB PAR. I have never experienced such frustration using a service. It was quicker to stand in line and have the Onsite representative Assist. The interface to rent yourself needs a tremendous amount of work or training for staff interfacing with clients. Most likely a bot and it shows.
Improve online check in. Employees were rude and forced me to wait in line with everyone else for 1 hour 30 minutes even when I had already checked in online.
