I did my homework online - pictures of my driver's license, credit card info, etc. I'm glad we can do that now. Everybody should. It would speed up the process. Equipment was clean and ran well. It's good to know that U-Haul is there when I need you. Thanks

Harris GilbertWhen I picked up the rental truck the clerk said return it with the fuel tank "slightly over half full". I returned it slightly over half full to a different clerk he says it's not over half enough. He says the fuel tank is 8/16 full when it should be 9/16. How can I be both over half and 8/16? I obviously stopped and fueled before I returned the truck. I drove the truck 76 miles and returned it with what I thought was exactly enough fuel in it. I don't know what your standards for calculating the fullness of the fuel tank is but it seems to vary from employee to employee.

Jason BouillonIf there is a time for uhaul to be returned it would be advantagous to call before its late since not all locations mention a time for return, not after when your charged an extra amount for no reason.

Seth ColonThe size vehicle recommended in the website based on what we were moving was NOT sufficient. We ended up having to choose things to get rid of and not pack last minute because what U-Haul lists for sizing was not good, and we have an average amount of furniture. The locations used were fine, and the vehicle functioned well, but size up, and I wish U-Haul would adjust the recommendations because it caused so much stress

Your cheap, dysfunctional trailer latches, which no location has control of ... SUCK!!!! Our furniture got wet because WE COULD NOT CLOSE THE DAMN DOOR because it's cheaply designed. Whose latch flips backwards and blocks doors? UHAUL!!! This location didn't design that. BRAIN DEAD UHAUL EXECUTIVES DID THAT. YOU SCREWED ME, NOT THIS LOCATION. I CAN'T GIVE UHAUL A BAD RATING WITHOUT IT AFFECTING AN INNOCENT LOCATION DEALING WITH CHEAPLY DESIGNED EQUIPMENT. HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN DOING THIS AND THAT CRAP IS WHAT DECADES OF BUSINESS HAS TAUGHT YOU? NOTHING? YOU HAVEN'T LEARNED? WE WILL DEFINITELY SHOP AROUND THE NEXT TIME WE NEED MOVE SOMETHING. THIS ISSUE IS SYSTEMIC. NOT THIS OR ANY LOCATION'S FAULT. UHAUL WON'T SPEND THE MONEY IT TAKES TO SEND YOUR VENDORS EQUIPMENT THAT WORKS. OUR FURNITUE GOT WET BECAUSE YOUR DAMN DOOR WOULDN'T CLOSE!!!!!!! THERE ARE COLLEGE INTERNS WHO COULD DESIGN BETTER EQUIPMENT. YOU'RE OVERPAYING YOUR EXECUTIVES.
William ReynoldsWhen returning the truck, the attendant was VERY VERY RUDE. I replaced the gas, and he said I didn't and charged me again. He said I went 25 miles. And the most, I went 15 miles.and he charged me for that as well. I always use U-Haul, but after this experience, I don't think I will ever use U-Haul again.!!!

I have used this location and service every time I have moved so be played hot dog is a slap in the face. I demand a refund

Louis UllrichShout out to the personnel at Nolensville Pike U-Haul!! I was re-directed from U-Haul of Wedgewood, 8th Ave. South where I was scheduled to return my trailer to this Nolensville Pike location. I'm very glad I was re-directed because there was bad weather and the staff at Nolensville waited until 5:20pm for me to return the trailer that day before closing early. They knew I was scheduled to return it so they waited for me and provided great customer service! It was excellent dealing with them. On the other hand, my wife was returning the truck that we also rented to U-Haul of Wedgwood that same day/time and arrived at 5:20pm to find the Wedgewood store closed early without any prior notice to her despite being scheduled to return the truck that evening. There were several others standing outside the store in bad weather with her, all not knowing what to do to return their rentals. I'm glad that my drop off was moved to Nolensville Pike where the personnel waited for me before closing early. Thank you for handling my reservation well!!

Jean Paul LautengcoWhen picking up our trailer, we discovered that there was *still* an issue with the electrical wiring harness that had been installed by a UHaul location in AZ in Dec 2021. When Landon discovered the issue, he took the time to test the trailer wiring and our wiring harness to be sure he located the issue. (Running lights wouldn't work in trailer) He noticed that there were a few problems with the installation and took the 20-30 minutes at that time to fix it completely. Another associate pulled up the contract on the install and said they would take care of the paperwork to submit for rhe warranty, etc. We were slightly delayed in leaving with the trailer, but very grateful for the hitch hiring being truly fixed. It was clear that everyone at this location was invested in customer service and providing excellent equipment and service. We will continue to use this location!
Darci WantiezNot all was their fault but internet was down waited a long time. Truck only had a little over 1/4 tank but was put on contract as 1/2 full. Truck had just came in so wasn't cleaned. The cab area was nasty, windows had something all over them and cup holder had sticky nasty stuff on it. They left my tv box out of my order as well.
