The person who helped dock my trailer to my truck was excellent, however the general manager at the location seemed generally apathetic to what was happening in his interactions. He almost seemed annoyed with some questions I was asking him in regards to dropping off the trailer at a different location.Christian W.
depending on who waits on you, your time in the store can be anywhere from 10 minutes to 45. This last time, i arrived 10 minutes before i was scheduled and it took 45 minutes for me to get the truck, very frustrating. I was to have the truck at 2:00, but didn't actually pull out of the lot until, like I said, 45 mi utes later, when looking at the receipt, it said I had to have the truck back at 2:00, um, how is THAT fair? when I called, the guy said if it was back at 2:00, I would be charged extra. So, i didn't actually get the truck for 24 hours. i'll just think about where I want to spend my money next time instead of going straight to uhaul.Stephen T.
The door was struck and there was no assistance from anyone.. We had to unload all the stuff from the truck and then drive to location to get the issue resolved which led to our time loss, effort loss and the work progress has been pausedSantosh K.
Trey Lowe was absolutely so unprofessional with me! I called in mot home office & filed a complaint. I asked HR to review & listen to a call that took place last week. I am so disappointed that you gave someone working in customer service that treats customers which such disrespect as he did with me. The appliance dolly I reserved was not available. The guy at the counter reserved me one at another location which I wasted my time, gas and miles driving to only to find out that he said they never have dollies there. I had to move washer and dryers down two flights of stairs and really needed this so I had to purchase one from a nearby store. Not a good way to start off a move.CHRISTOPHER C.
While the service representative I interacted with was very helpful and friendly, there were only two people working and the line was extremely long and slow. I waited for 45 minutes to finally get to the counter and the line only continued to get longer as time went along.
