I would expect better attention to the details when working with the "factory store"... When I got home with the car hauler, I checked air pressure in all four tires- NONE of them were close to correct. They're labeled for 65 pounds. One tire- 16 psi. Another tire 24 psi. Other two tires- in the 40 psi range. I set them all to the prescribed 65 psi using my compressor. The tire that was originally at 16 psi blew out about 380 miles into my trip, resulting in a roadside delay of about an hour while we waited for the service tech to arrive with a new tire and get it installed. The tire that was originally at 24 psi- i discovered a nail in it when I arrived at my destination. Placed another call to UHaul support and they dispatched a service tech to come to my hotel to swap that tire out. Factory rental locations need to pay better attention to detail when prepping equipment for rental.

The online booking sucks. I rented a pick-up online and it was confirmed that I could pick the truck up at 6pm. Once I got there I was told no trucks would be available until tomorrow. I had to get a cargo van. I didn't have to wait on a van, but my evening appointments were ruined waiting until 6pm and no pick-up was available. Had I known that, I would have walked in and picked a cargo van at 3pm and been able to keep all my appointments. Who checks the reservations?

The hitches on the back need a warning saying you can bump into it. While checking the vehicle upon pickup I was walking around the vehicle and hit my leg which caused bleeding and bruising. The mover hit his leg the next day which caused bleeding and bruising.

Have your empolyee's help customers with returning trucks with their cell phone , mine would not work . Couldn't leave truck , took picture of mileage and brought truck home with me .Called office again and talk to Erin ( I thank ) he said to return truck to office and leave keys in box ,call in morning to see what happens.
