The attendant was extremely rude and made it extremely hard to book my reservation. I would never use this location again.

Mario H.I, had horrible experience when I returned u-haul truck rental. Staff, informed me that I took truck with 7/8 of tank of gas, not true!!! It was a 1/4 tank of gas and that is amount I returned it with. Staff, said I, would have to pay $ 237 for gas, if I didn't show a picture as as proof that tank was at a 1/4 when I took rental. Mind you, the truck was only ran for only 27miles. I, couldn't find pic that I took in u-haul app, I left contract at home because I didn't think I was going to need it. So, finally after representative called manager 3xs and explained what happened, he excepted that I couldn't have used all that gas if I only ran truck 27miles. NOW, Staff, charged me $10 and change because they said gas gage is at1/8, not true it's 1/4, but don't want to dispute,already waste time trying to clear up situation. So, I paid$10s and change. When I got home my contract had 1/4 tank of gas highlighted in yellow . It is very suspicious that it was changed to7/8 on their computer info.
Diana V.The lady who connected the trailer did not secure the nut. As I pulled out into the street, the trailer fell out of the hitch and started swaying and swinging. Only the chains held it in place. It was extremely lucky that no car got hit. Had to tighten it myself once I stopped.

Armando D.I rent this vehicle on 03/12/22 at 2:16 pm, at 2:00 am on 03/13/22 the hour change one hour, they rent me for 24 hours , I returned at 3:00 pm 03/13/22 , I lost one hour , the vehicle clock had 2 pm but the guy charge me for 2 days plus insurance, he does not even reconsider the $10 over gas that I put , that's not fair , this guy also said he's doesn't even care about gas price because his car use $10 gallon price , arrogant and prepotent , I just want to have a fair purchase and get my money back …. Merci.

Oscar C.Be careful with scammers!! We rented a uhaul today and when my dad returned it, they tried to charge him FIFTY DOLLARS for supposedly gas shortage. My dad is an elderly man so they were probably trying to take advantage of him but my father is a smart man and had a receipt showing the gas reading that was given to him in the morning before he started driving the truck. Be careful and take a picture of your gas tracker before your drive off the UHaul location!!!!

JOSE C.First my pick up location was changed, so I went to the new confirmed pick up. When I got there they did not have my reservation, it was at the original place I booked. So half way there a lady calls and tell me not to come to that location because she doesn't have a truck available for me and send me even further out of my way. I finally pick up a truck get it home and see the lock in the handle is broken so the lock will not be secure over night !

CARLOS B.Horrible customer service. They had their entrances blocked off so I was unable to do an overnight drop off. I called customer service and they did nothing for me and said that I would be charged another day if I didn't drop it off even though I was unable to. After an hour of useless customer service they said I can drop it off at another location that was a highly inconvenience to me. The next day I get a uhual call saying that they couldn't find the trailer that I dropped off and they were going to file a police report on us. Luckily I had pics and videos of where I left it(parked right in front of the cameras) and suddenly when I send them the videos they had found it and dropped the charges. Now one day later they are trying to charge me for other uhual rentals that were already paid off! I was a loyal customer that rented uhuals EVERY weekend for my business and now I will no longer be using them or support them ever again. They are shady and crooked and lost a loyal customer.

Robert C.I was robbed 100 miles by U-Haul , I had rented a truck on Wednesday did my trip and the total mileages was 75 miles . On Saturday I rented a truck went to the same place and U-Haul charged me 175 miles ,I went to the same place..make sure you take pics..watch out for Renne.( The store manager). Weasel.

Juan D.The trailer worked and was easy to tow, but it was not really clean outside and there were some leftover things inside and it smelled like a skunk. The rolling door got stuck when I first tried to open it to unload, but with extra work it did open. The floor made a lot of noise and had me concerned, but it did the job. So, it was serviceable but not as good as I expect you would want it to be.

SYLVIA B.My reservation was confirmed for 7 pm Saturday night, when I arrived at 6:50pm one employee outside told me they were open. When I walked into the store another employee named Jaime told me they were closed. I showed him my reservation and explained to him that I was told I could pick it up at 7:00pm, when my reservation was confirmed. He said no we are closed. I told him if I needed to be there earlier I would of and that they should of informed me. He said “no we are closed and I'm going to have to ask you to step out†This came as an inconvenience since I had movers waiting for an overnight move. For next time it'd nice if the pick up time was scheduled appropriately. And if you close at 7pm then close at 7pm not 6:50pm.
JOSE C.Not upsell clients with items that should come with the rental, in my case an adapter to connect trailer wiring to my Yukon. Other than that, the employee that assisted me was straight to business, not very personable. That's all.
