Many things. First of all, the mileage on the truck was wrong, so I had to go back and report the accurate mileage, which set me back an hour later than my appointment time. Also, the truck was dirty. It had cigarette smoke and ash in in and the bed was dirty. Also, the manager was rude. When I was trying to drop the truck off, he made me wait outside I'm the sun for almost 30 minutes while he chatted with someone that wasn't a customer or co-worker. I will not be back!

Please check my check-in time for the 19th of February 2021. I see that l was charged for two days of rental when it should have been one day rental, which is $39.99 instead of the $79.99 charge. U-Haul Contract 23269271

I booked a u-haul truck and movers through the u-haul website. The movers didn't show at all. I had a truck and no way to move anything. U-haul said they are not responsible for the movers you book through their website. They refused to refund me for the truck even. though I wasn't able to move anything. The truck went to my house and back to u-haul. No gas was used only 4 miles. But now i'm out $90 for a move that never happened. Also now I have to try and find a mover last minute which I'm sure will cost me even more than it would have normally. BUYER BEWARE!!! Amazon, Thumbtack, Ebay all use third party vendors, but u like U-haul, they back you! I'll never use U-haul again for anything. This location was especially not helpful. No one would help, the lady at the desk in the evening when I brought it back was extremely rude, said she didn't even know the company she works for offers movers on their website. Maybe educate your employees a little bit. Told me she couldn't help, didn't even apologize for the awful I day I had and the inconvenience her company had caused me. Hope one day your in my shoes. Because all my stuff is packed. Can't even get into my belongings and am being over charged by the complex because I didn't move out today. More money down the drain thanks to U-haul. At the very least you could be polite and say sorry.

The passenger seat belt is inoperable. There wasn't one to use. The truck made weird noise when I turned it off. I mentioned the seat belt to the staff and a young black lady brushes it off. It was the only truck at that location for the size that I needed.

The employees were so knowledgeable. They greeted me when I entered the store. Renting was super easy. When I returned the truck, the gentlemen was outside and pointed me in the right direction. He checked me in and was very kind. The customer service I experienced was excellent

This location is good, I have rented a vehicle here several times. The staff is friendly, but Saturday's are horrible! I was in Sat 1/30 and the line was out the door with one person behind the counter doing the best he could. He was trying to get the line moving and give customer service at the same time. I had mobile check in so I was not affected but to watch him try to maneuver back and forth wasn't good at all. Also, I love the mobile check in but to charge $20 for key drop off is a bit much. $10 is fair to drop a key off after hours just to have someone come in and open the box and prepare the truck for the next pick up. Overall, I'm satisfied.

This was a terrifying experience for me and I would not recommend the old, rickety truck I got from U-haul. First of all the 15' truck seemed smaller on the inside cabin and was not able to fit all of my load as the Penske truck. This meant we had to make an extra trip. Next, I could not tell if the lights were on or off as I couldn't get the dashboard to light up. I had to use the interior lights to see the dashboard at night so I did not want to return the truck that night which end up costing more the next day.

My reservation was at 9am and I arrived at 8:45am. It was the first of the month, there was only 1 attendant and several people were in line. The attendant wasn't rude but was he not the friendliest. I stood in line for 50 mins to receive my rental. I was not pleased with the services. The truck was clean & I enjoyed the box of beer another customer left behind

General Manager wouldn't allow me to enter the store 15 minutes before closing time stating the cash register is off at 6:45PM so the store can close promptly at 7:00PM (Thursday night). He seems to carre more about closing the store on time than taking care of their long-time regular Uhaul customer.

Alexander and his manager were very disrespectful to my mother. It was unbelievably disappointing. They lost my reservation I had made online therefore I had to redo everything again. They seem to not understand what I was asking. And then they charge me a rental fee. I returned before the store closed but apparently there was a check in time 30 min before closing which I was not notified. They Failed to be reliable and dependable. They failed to be transparent. Online, They are supposed to be 24/7. However they failed to tell you that they aren't 24/7 service.

Employees did not really seem polite and professional. I was told I would get a text to confirm some changes on my order from the pick up personnel. I never received the text. The location that I dropped off the truck, seemed very low energy/effort as well.

When we first picked up the vehicle we asked if we could bring it back to have the car placed on the auto transport. We were told this would not be an issue. The vehicle started out with barely a half a tank of gas and we were told we might want to take a picture of the gas mileage before we start driving because when the vehicle would get turned in, we may have to show proof of where the gas mileage started to not get charged for not refilling the tank. He also highlighted a paper showing the initial mileage. The person waiting on us simply gave us the keys and I had to do my own inspection and take photos before driving off. When we returned to have the car placed on the vehicle, we arrived at 7am and were told by an employee named Antonio, that they did not have anyone there who knew how to put the car on the auto transport; the employees who did, would not arrive to work until 12pm. We were told to either look for another uhual or go to a goodyear and see if they could help. He pointed us in the direction of a Goodyear because it would be closer. Mind you, the location had other vehicles blocking the other entrance so; a man who I later found out was the manager had to help guide me out of the location. He said if they couldn't help us he could look at a youtube video to try and help us because he did not know how to put the vehicle on the transport either. After going to goodyear, their employees were very helpful and placed the vehicle on the auto transport. However, after getting the vehicle on, they told us we would have to go back to uhual because one of the plugs was too short and uhual would have to give us the extension cable. After arriving back at the uhual I noticed that the uhual was not chained properly to the auto transport. At this point the only thing Goodyear had done was put the vehicle on the auto transport, they did not check the work that had already been done. After uhual fixed it, I went to check the lights on the back of the auto transport. I noticed the light on the right hand side was not working. Antonio asked us to turn the vehicle off and restart it. When we did this the light came back on for a few seconds so he was trying to have us leave with the lights working intermittently. I told him no, we wanted a new auto transport. So then he suggested that we wait until they fixed it. Again I had to request for them to give us a new one stating we were driving across country and that I did not want to take any chances. We were then told they would be able to help switch it out and take the vehicle off but again they would not be able to put it back on. Antonio as well as the manager began watching youtube videos to figure out how to take the vehicle off the auto transport. After taking the vehicle off, once again they had to watch youtube to figure out how to attach the transport. Antonio began getting frustrated because the manager kept leaving him to deal with the situation on his own and he was struggling to get the uhual to align with the auto transport when backing it up. The manager justified the non-professional behavior by saying everyone working there was new including him and they were all still learning how to do everything. When we mentioned they need to make sure the ball was secure to the vehicle they ignored us and said they had it under control. Once they were finished, Antonio asked us to go back inside to change some things on our paperwork. I believe he mentioned discounting something, changing the mileage beginning numbers, and the gas amount but when he went inside; all he did was change the name of the auto transport. When we went back to goodyear, we discovered uhual did not hitch the auto transport properly. The uhual employees did not secure the ball to the uhual at all. As soon as the goodyear employees tried to put the vehicle on the transport, the auto transport lifted and almost made the vehicle get stuck. The goodyear employees actually stated they were surprised we made it back to their shop in one piece, driving with the auto transport the way it was. Goodyear checked everything this time and we were finally able to get on the road after 11:00am.

I got the your location I had to wait 45 minutes why your employee argue with another customer over $27 I asked him could he finish me up since I was ahead of that customer he threw my license back at me if I can't be patient and I don't like it I can go somewhere else, after I talked him into giving me a trailer it took another 10 minutes for him to hook it up. I got back with the trailer I rented I talked with a asst.supervisor who are assured me would rectify the situation. Bad business! And I was also told because I didn't have a reservation that I had to pay $14.99 for every 6 hours I had to trailer, not $14.99 a day I don't know if this is true or not but just wondering.

The customer service went well. However, the vehicle was reeking of cigarette smoke residue. And, as a general statement to the Uhaul corporation, please stop baiting and switching your clients. The $19.95 rate is never ever even close to what the total cost of the rental. You all proudly broadcast/post that rate on all of your vehicles, and every single time we rented from you all, the costs is well over $100. Therefore,....

I had a great experience in renting from this location! The owner was very knowledgeable and gave excellent customer service 👏 I had a family death that prevented me from returning on time. Mr Alexander was very accommodating in assisting me when I called and even more so when I returned it later than scheduled! In addition his kind words of sympathy were very thoughtful. Make sure vehicle is totally functional. I rented a cargo van and what was to my surprise one of the back doors did not open up and I didn't realize it until I got home and try to open it. When I call back to the store and ask them was there a specific way to open the door the guy said no the door is jammed you have to work everything in from the side doors. This was such an inconvenience and such a hassle. You never know what someone has to move and to not have both back doors open is unacceptable for a moving truck! Needless to say I won't be going there again

The system was so slow it took me 45 minutes to rent my vehicle after I reserved the truck online. The clerk was calm and courteous but the situation was very frustrating. I only needed the rental for a few hours and had to keep it longer due to the location not having a drop box.
