I took approximately 30 mins to complete the transaction. First problem that occured was due to the computer system going down resulting it having to be done twice. But more importantly the person helping who i believe to be the manager went and attended to other persons, resulting in a longer delay. The final straw was when she again left before completing my transaction to attend to 2 fedx employees. She actually left the store, meaning going outside to attend to them and didn't return. It was not until i made a comment that another associate tended to me. The manager never apologized or acknowledged the computer problems or her leaving without saying anything. I will NEVER visit that location again. The only reason i believe she was the manager was because she mildly scolded a female employee for being out of dress code due to her shoes, which should've been handled in a private setting.

one young lady i dealt with was asking me for a $140 deposit and the lady who finished my transaction asked for a $100 deposit. I think all your associates should be on the same page with want is or isn't company policy. Thanks

Staff were wonderful. Just not enough of them! One yard guy and one lady at the counter. Even after reserving online my wait time was 40 minutes! NoT a good use of mine or my fellow customers' time.

Better and quicker customer service For assistance with the 24/7 mobile app online process for when they are issued this was the worst experience I've ever had with a U-Haul now I'm waiting still for me to give my money back for the issue that I had

Had a reservation for equipment at this location and when I arrived to pick up equipment it took 1.5 HOURS before the staff was able to get the equipment ready for me. This is the second time I have spent over an hour at this location with a reservation. Strongly advise you to use another uhaul location.

Although we reserved and pre-paid for the vehicle, my son was obliged to stand in line for nearly two hours as the computer was down. While I don’t specifically blame this location, the experience—and the company’s utter failure to offer any apology or accommodation or discount—will have me avoiding UHaul altogether for years to come.

Overall customer service not good. I feel if a customer has spoken with someone at the 1-800 number with some adjustments then get to a store and it's not showing in the system, please don't jave the customers to call them back, but the store rep to do so. Reps are slow and not enough staff to handle volume of customers. The gentleman with the dreads who checked me out is exceptional good.

I only drove the truck for 9 miles, but when I returned the truck they charged me for 150 miles, I only had the truck for a little over an hour, tell me how this is possible.......165.00 for a19.00 dollar truck. Very dissatisfied ??????

The team on site did they best they could under extreme circumstances. The central reservation system failed and failed to show my reservation properly at the first location where I had my reservation (memorial drive). They had no more trucks. The staff there was able to transfer my reservation to this new location in Decatur. When I arrived there, the central computer systems went down and would not check anyone out! Fortunately I left over 3 hours to pick up the truck. I incurred at least $20 of expenses ubering back and forth to the locations. This was a terrible experience through no fault of the staff.

There was only two people working on a weekend at the end of the month. This created a long wait to get a truck even with reservations. The two young ladies did a great job handling all of the customers, but there should have been more help there.

I believe the location was well equiped to handle the business that they had coming through the door.... The issue that I had was with the support from the online app to pick up and drop off the truck... We could not capture a picture using the link provided to activate the order. Then the process of dropping off was even worst, not able to capture a picture using the app, which did not allow the 1-5 process to happen. I waited almost two hours to speak with someone, used the "chat live option' and could not get anyone of substance to help.. I received to answers while waiting and both transferred me to an endless void of waiting even longer.... So I gave up and left the truck and placed the keys in the box for the onsite staff to recover the next day. This process must be refined or improved before I ever consider using U-Haul again.

The app for the return need to be better I turned the trailer in had a hard time with the app not expecting the code on my return,I didn't like sitting in the parking lot that time of the with my wife in the truck. It needs to change.

Better customer service. They seem like the could care less. When I dropped off the truck the person checking the truck in had me get back into the truck to put it into reverse for some reason. He told me he had me do it because he doesn't like putting the truck into reverse but then he had to park the truck by putting it into reverse. The two people working the day I pick up and dropped of my truck where super lazy. When I picked up the truck I was the only person at the place. I had to track down the girl outside the help me and she said she was the only one working. However I was the only customer she just ignored me until I can outside to find her.
