Pickup process was orderly and on time. While returning, the agent thoroughly checked for anything left behind and sure enough, found my expensive sunglasses. He ran to return those to me before I left. Amazing service. Wish you folks rented cars as well !SIMRIT K.

East to drop off and the assistant manager was very helpful and understanding when we showed with the trailer. He couldn't believe the fender was the way it was and said once the manager gets in they were willing to help us out.TROY B.

The Ubox we rented two months ago was not available that day for pick up. Even if there was a couple ubox around, we could not get one. Our only option was to get a box truck, fill it at our house and then drive back and fill the ubox on site. Which made us lose 4 hours that day. And when I was calling Uhaul costumer service they keep saying in their recorded message â€œ We make moving easier â€œ and I was really upset that we didn't get the box and that we had to do the job twice! Fill the truck first then drive and fill the ubox. Is that making moving easier? We had to work twice more and lose so much precious time in a stressful moving time! So freaking upset but thankfully the staff was nice, poor guys that was not their fault. We still paid the full price for a poor service really. Hopefully our ubox gets to destination on time! Which was another hassle as the morning of the pick up when I check the contract I realize they changed the guaranteed delivery date three weeks later than the original quote! Without updating us! What the ..? We had to call costumer service and get it fixed. We are still not sure it will get there when they say it would. All of this is a very stressful experience without accountability from the company. You would think a big company like this would be accountable!! So sorry, I don't want to be agressive, the staff was nice enough but truth is we didn't get what we planned and paid for. We had a really stressful day. Hopefully the next chapter gets better.PIERRE M.

We came in when they were closing but there was still one staff there. He just directed us to complete the drop off online. Could have helped us since we are only about 6 minutes late from when they closed.Eileen Q.
It started good but as soon as l put out of the parking lot the truck made a lot noise so I made a U-turn and went back to the parking lot another worker greeted me I told him the situation and he became very rude I try to explain to him what the truck is doing And he kept insisting that there was nothing wrong with it and since I was coming home from San Jose to Monterey l wasn't comfortable to drive it back to San Jose so I asked for a change and through this whole experience it became even more rude if it would been for the other Guy that help me the first time I probably would've left without a truckGUADALUPE P.

Nothing. My online reservation was changed so when I was dropped off at 8am my cargo van was not available until 1pm which did me no good so I had to cancel the reservation. I was stranded and was about to call an Uber when Russell came outside and said he found a small truck for me. He went above and beyond and saved my day! Best experience ever!BRIDGETTE T.

Very unfortunate miscommunication regarding return time for a 3-day auto transport trailer. U-Haul clerk contacted me (while I was on the road returning to Monterey County) with mis-information regarding access to the U-Haul website to confirm the (late) return (and avoid charges for a 4th day). I could not recommend doing business with such an irresponsible outfit.STEVEN G.

Need newer equipment. Clean inside and out so the white paint doesn't get all over your clothes. No nails, powder and junk inside.. Truck cabs need to be cleaner, radio and air conditioning needs to work. Moving is stressful, clean and working equipment reduces.stress. Rates are too high. Rented many times last 12 yrs, great deteriation. One way rates should be less than round trip, they are not! Rates too high.CRYSTAL H.

Personnel (last name Hooks) was helpful in undoing the trailer hitch for me, but he was very talkative about things that made me uncomfortable, everywhere from religion to politics and even conspiracy theories about torture in Ukraine. He talked a little too much to be professional. Also, he had a mask around his chin, but never actually covered his mouth or nose. I hope not to encounter him again.Emily K.

The employees couldn't be more unprofessional if they tried. Checking in, the clerk said my ID looked fake. Dropping off the vehicle I was presented with an insane tirade about how Covid is made up, that there are people who travel ahead in time and go back and forth to heaven, and other things that are too insane to repeat. The employee also didn't wear his mask and insisted on a fist bump. I will never, ever use this location again.Winston L.
