Train personnel better. I was assured by desk attendant asking me for a credit card, my debit Visa should not have been accepted in your webpage because its supposed to say -somewhere i can't still find- only major credit cards are accepted. If the location show their hours to be open until a particular time then when you show up 5 minutes prior to the stated closing time they should be open. When I returned the equipment the location was already closed prior to the stated time. I got to the location 65 minutes to my requested return time. I'm very disappointed. I had a problem with the equipment and called the 800 number for assistance. Using the return call option, I did receive a return call but when I was transferred to an agent the call ended without a conversation. Very disappointed.Steve R.
We reserved a dolly which was not included in our order. The truck cab reeked of smoke and the check in process when we were done was a nightmare. The lot was clogged and dangerous and staff was unfriendly. 10/10 would not recommend.Shelby S.

When checking the vehicle out, the van was reported as full but (F) but after driving off the lot, the needle immediately dropped to 7/8 of a tank. I took a picture of the gas level, with the vehicle, milage showing after driving less than 2 miles to show as proof when I returned the vehicle. I only drove the van of 11 miles and this should/would be less that one (1) gallon of gas ($4) used. Although I returned van to FULL after paying $18 to fill it up, I brought this error to the attention of the male service rep and he informed me that I was supposed to report this and any other discrepancies before leaving the lot. I was not given any credit, nor a thank you, for the additional gas expense I paid for a U-haul error.Harry W.

My reservation pickup location was supposed to be 505 SW 17th St. I got there and was told I had to go across town to 1011 N. Pine Ave. to pick up. I was told there was 1/2 tank of gas in the truck and it was also indicated on my contract. Upon leaving and 3 miles down the road I noticed it had 1/4 tank of gas so I took a picture of the odometer & fuel gauge. On return trip I over filled past the 1/2 tank mark to be sure I was in compliance with the contract. I tried to show the picture to the employee upon return and he didn't want to see it. I was told it is my responsibility to make sure the gas was at the level of the contract, not Uhaul's. This tells me 1 of 2 things, either the truck's aren't checked upon returns or the facility is intentionally ripping customer's off. Penske is right down the road for the next time I need a rental.Gary W.

This was not the location I originally rented from. When I arrived to the location I did rent from (505 SW 17th) they told me, oh you are picking up at the Pine location. It would have been very easy for them to call me and tell me that my pick up location had changed instead of waiting for me to arrive and then telling me to drive 20 minutes to another location. Once I was at this one, they were quick, friendly and competent.Jenna H.

My reservation was for 5pm. The previous customer did not return the van until 5:22. They did not clean it and the van smelled like smoke and had cigarette burns in the seat. I disinfected it myself. Since the person was late dropping it off. I couldn't do the online process even though I showed up to the location 15 min prior to my reservation time I had to wait and then do it inside with a person.DEBRA L.

Call center is not informed and you have no way to contact drop off locations, was jerked around from one place to another finally after driving around and calling 4 times found a location in Ocala to drop off, but there was a drop off three miles near my new humor in leesburg Very dissappintedLeonard C.
A customer might not know what to look for in renting a vehicle they're not used driving. To anticipate and show them how to make sure they can operate everything before leaving the lot.Michael R.

The people working act like I was inconveniencing them and didn't provide much needed info. I had to contact customer service to get info, make a reservation and go back in to pick up.
