Slow inefficient service ... only 1 person at store .... took 30 min to get trailer WITH a reservation. Tons of security questions calling to verify my cell and a 2nd cell etc. tried Jordan/Arapahoe location 1st and it was closed during office hours with jo note on door. Had to call Uhaul rep 3 times before getting a new location

Jordan was wonderful. The problem that I had was with the online check-in. The page timed out before receiving my location, which threw an error telling me to enable location services. (Location services are enabled and my browser has permissions to use location services).

The online check in had a lot of bugs and took a lot longer to check in than it would have been to talk to the in-store workers. Once the online check in process is started, it would take longer for the in-store workers to reset everything and help with the check in process.

The lines to speak to a customer service rep was incredible - I was only the 3rd person in line but I had to wait almost 30 minutes for the gentleman to just tell me to use the website to complete my order. I wish it was clear that I didn't need to actually talk to him to finalize my pickup.

Have more hand trucks (Dollies) available, or have the units promised available when promised. Was promised one when I placed the reservation, then was told at check out that they were all gone. Had to drive to another store to get one. Hurt the timing for the move.

First U-Haul location did not have the truck I reserved. Had to call an agent and get rebooked. As a result I had to go to a farther U-Haul location (which is frustrating because you pay by the mile and therefore it cost me more money). I saw online that if U-Haul doesn’t have your truck, there is a “$50 credit guarantee”?!?! My representative didn’t offer me this. Please contact me to help improve this situation. I intend to use uhaul again in the future and would use a $50 credit.

Remove Adam Gore from the store completely, the most unprofessional item i've ever met, no people or other skills at all, a very sad individual, behavior, conduct and attitude really sucks, he has know business working with the public, he doesn't care about people, his job or himself, he should be assigned out in the woods alone digging post holds, trying to communicate with the wild animals, i am sure he would have a problem with that because they don't speak his language either. I am a retired Flag Officer US Army have met three other items as he and i fired the three of them before they could contaminate the rest of the Army. That speciial store should be boy'cotted until he's removed.

Everything was fine except the need for two phone numbers to verify me- This is excessive and unnecessary- I don't know any other service I've ever dealt with that need two phone nos. that need to be answered right there on the spot- What would I do if nobody answered the numbers I had available? Screw up my entire day-

I did not reserve a vehicle at this location and when I arrived at the location that I had reserved at, I was told that my reservation had been changed overnight by someone in corporate. I then had to drive 20 miles out of my way to rent from this location instead which was extremely inconvienent and ended up causing me to have to reschedule with the people who were helping. This was a huge invonvienence and I have logged a complaint.

Dustin had prejudices against us from the beginning of our encounter. Poor customer service. Condescending language. Non-factual accusatory biases. I will not be using uhaul in the future, I will be using hertz and/or whomever rents trucks. I will be sharing my experience with all my friends and social media contacts

The assistant manager I believe his name was Adam, was dealing with me when an unruly customer decided to chime in during my transaction and berated Adam, Adam retained his composure and handled the situation with complete professionalism!!! Honestly I do not think I would have handled the situation as well myself. I was very impressed by the way he diffused a very difficult situation. I will recommend this location to everyone!!! And because of the respect and professionalism displayed by Adam and the employee that assisted with the return of the vehicle I will most definitely return to this location. For all my moving truck needs!!! Impressive to say the least !!!!!!!!

Had to complain about customer service because I was very unhappy with my pickup. I was unable to use the automated pickup app and had to ask the manager 4 times if he could check me in...His answer EVERYTIME was "it will take him just as long on his phone because its the same procedure" and " if he did it, the system would probably mess up for him the same as it is for me because the Internet was bad at that location" "He also said that "it would probably take him 15min or maybe more if he had to do because it was slow and that people are having problems with it" granted he never said he WOULD NOT check me in but did respond with these statements even after i was almost in tears from frustration.( making me feel as though I had no choice but to keep trying) I finally got upset and told him that I understood he didn't want to do his job and help but that I was no longer going to mess with the app and that I didn't care how long it took if he could PLEASE JUST HELP ME. He them got angry telling me that he never said he wouldnt help me!! And told me he was the manager and was offended that I said that he wouldn't help. (I told him I knew he didn't say no but that I could tell he would rather I did it) he continued to talk about what had happened and honestly I didn't care about any of it i just wanted to hurry and go! I then asked him to PLEASE stop talking about it that it was in the past and asked that he please just check me in. (This was brought up 2 more times where I asked again both times that he please drop it!) Then I went outside to call customer service while my husband finished with him... while I was talking to customer service he threatened my husband saying that if I was unable to use the app that evening to drop off that he would charge me an extra day even if I turned in the key. I assured him that it would be there when they opened the next day, (I had picked up around 5pm and was scheduled to bring back that evening at around 8 since I was only moving a bed). He said that didn't matter and asked if I was sure I wanted to risk it being that I was unable to use the app to pickup?..... Since I was talking to the 800 number customer service I asked them right then... They explained that as long as it was dropped off and the keys were turned in, there really was no way for him to charge an extra day. They suggested that if i had issues with the app. that I just give them a call and let them know so that way there was no way I would not be charged. (After all I would have had it less than 6 hours.) You could tell he was just trying to be difficult and was doing things in a way that he could deny doing them by choosing his words carefully! Everything he did was very passive-aggressive and sneaky! Anyway I asked that I be contacted about this issue through email I never did receive any info about how the situation was handled. I had a missed call but i am not sure if thats what it was for? Even if it was, that was not that way

Well you advertise 19.95 to rent you dont advertise another 10.00 insurance .69 cents a mile thats high I drove 120 miles back and forth to the storage and my house 2 times it costed 168.00 to rent your van! Next time i will ask a friend and buy a pizza!

One thing that really bothered me that I did not find necessary was calling and verifying my back up phone number. This is not necessary!! I understand if they want to verify my phone number, but this is not good customer service and I am extremely disappointed. If this is a cooperate policy then I believe that it needs to be changed. Otherwise I will be looking to use a different store. Also the line to get help was extremely long, took about 30 minutes to get help.

I had reserved a dolly with my U-Haul but did not get a dolly. I did get a refund at least. Getting in and out of the parking lot was a hassle. It's uni-directional, meaning there's one entrance and one exit. However, all paths to the exit were blocked when after I dropped off the U-Haul.

I like this location because the employees are awesome. This is literally the only u-haul location where the employees have helped me carry items out to my car without having to be asked, were actually friendly and said 'thank you' when I told them I folded the furniture blankets and swept out the truck. The crew at this location deserves extra kudos for being abnormally nice.

Overall a bad experience (like I have had before) which is why I typically don’t rent from your company. Colfax location employee at drop off was good, no issues but aurora Buckley rd was way different experience. Justin your supervisor for Aurora fixed an issue and went above and beyond for us but with issue at Buckley store makes me continue to not want to ever rent of have anything to do with U-Haul. There are a lot more choices out there, that are better trucks and atleast professional employees that I will bring my future business to.
