First,I was charged for a pad, when I didn't have in my possession / rent / use any pad. Secondly, it was due back 24 hours from pickup. While I could have e waited and returned it at opening, I decided to drop it of and deposit keys. For simply dropping it off and using the drop box I was charged $20. Unbelievable and would have kept it till 7:00 am today to bring it back. $20 may not be a lot it when your laid off, it is. This is the second time I used this facility, and last time I was billed improperly as well. That time the manager did a nice job on researching and adjusting appropriately. Thus thought I would try it again. Not pleased right now.

Everything was good. The service advisor (Ross) was very helpful and considerate, equipment was good, processing in and out were quick and painless. The retail store has excellent accessories for any move or rental. A good experience overall; I will be back.

I checked in online, after hours, exactly as instructed by the rep and the online tool. I was told that would waive the $20 after-hours fee. But I was still charged the fee. Very frustrating.

I picked up a truck after hours. The key, locked in the back of the truck, was protected by a round lock that was hard to make work. User issues to be sure. Still, that lock as annoying. All in all, it all went fine and the truck worked flawlessly for me. No issues. I'll be back.

I entered all requested information 1-day ahead of time (Drivers License pics, etc) to save time on checkin. However, I had to do this again upon receiving a text from the McKnight location on the morning of pickup. Then once at the store, all of the same questions were asked of me AGAIN (do you want insurance, etc). I already answered these questions so my time was being wasted on checkin. The McKnight location needs to review all of the web-based input prior to asking customers all of the same questions again upon checkin...very annoying.

I got back to the location at 1905 and Vince had already locked up when though there was customer who arrived before 1900 and they were left to check themselves in. Also I rented a 17' truck that is not 17' without the cab over I was very annoyed when I realized this

The trailer I was assigned was deep back in the stock, behind several other trailers. So, we had to move the trailers to get access. I've rented several times before, and this is the first time it wasn't out ready for hookup.

When I picked up the truck It was behind another truck. I read on the app did you find it your truck I selected yes. Not realizing I should have changed the truck to the one that was in front. But couldn't go back on the app. So the guys had to move it out for me. They were great. The biggest thing was having to call when I was going to be later and trying to get thru was insane. I'm in the middle of trying to move and had to stop for over 15 mins to get a hold of Uhaul to let them know I was going to be later. I tried the store first they didn't answer. Then the 1 800 and it took forever. However they were very accomadating once I got thru. I had to call twice to extend. If I was using the app I'm not sure why I had a deadline of 6pm. I thought if I used the app I just needed to have it back the same day anytime. It always takes longer then you anticipate. I tried figuring it out on the app and the website but couldn't. One last thing when I took the truck back they have a very small lot I had a 26 foot truck and no where to put it. I didn't want to block all the little trucks incase they were going out in the morning. I wish they had left a space knowing I was coming back. I made a safe space but it took 20 minutes after trying to pull in and back up in a space that didn't work. Anyways overall greatful for this service.

A dolly & furniture roller was placed in one of our trucks and we were charged for them. We did not order anything except for the furniture pads/covers. We were too busy to care to try and dispute this. Disappointing

I was asked to upload my drivers license and did not want to do this on my smart phone, nor did I know how to do it. The employee was not happy with me for not having it done when we arrived. We are still waiting for our receipt which was not given to us upon return of the vehicle which I prefer leaving with for this reason.

I was not made aware at the time of rental that there was more to the drop off than just putting the keys in the box. I tried to follow the website instructions and thought everything went through properly only to be charged an extra $20 anyway. Word to the wise just get it there before they close because the website is poor.

The guy at this location went above and beyond to make sure the lights on the trailer were working and when it was discovered that they weren't they traceed down the problem and got me going! Thx guys

I would have liked to have seen the employees wearing masks, not handling my license, and wiping down the seat, steering wheel, seat belt, etc. I brought my own wipes and these areas had clearly not been wiped down in a very long time. I would recommend this location, but not without warning people about this lack of attention.

I rented a 15 foot truck. I picked up the truck around 10:30am and dropped it off after hours, around 8pm. I was never told that there is an extra drop off fee if dropped after hours. However I could have kept the vehicle until the next morning and not been charged the fee.

I have rented from Uhaul before because the cost is competitive. I have rented from this specific location on several prior locations, and return, because it is very convenient but also because the equipment is generally clean and in good working condition, and the process is very quick and efficient.

I was tricked. Rented a truck with 1/4 tank . Drove it 33 miles. Was told because it was already 1/4 tank 33 miles driven, don't put gas in. Returned it and was demanded I pay $6.00 per gallon plus $30. fee. Truck was filthy, help was unmasked. If there is fee for returns with 1/4 fuel tank, rent trucks with more fuel (duh??). Never again!!!

I drove only 7 miles with the pick up truck and when I returned it they charged me an extra $6 for two gallons of gas. When I questioned the charge they said the gas gauge was lower and that was for the extra charge. Unless their pick up trucks gets only 3.5 miles per gallon I should not have to pay for two extra gallons.I told them to check the mileage and they didn't have a good answer why only 7 miles would need two gallons of gas. I used U-haul before and never had any problems, I will use U-haul again, but will never used the McKnight road location.

We have been overcharged due to a negligent employee telling us to “just leave the truck and he'd get to it” at drop off. That would have been fine if he had actually done it that evening before close, instead of in the morning at off hours which caused an additional charge. Spent an hour with customer service on the phone, only to have them say the branch manager will reach out personally in 1-3 days. Still no word back.

The customer service call that I received the next day from billy was very unprofessional. I was running late on my return rental. Billy called and said where is our stuff at? I said excuse me that's not the way you call someone especially a customer. I proceeded to tell him that I was running behind on my drop off and that this is uprofessional the way you are speaking with me. He then Stated I have an attitude and when am I bringing our stuff back? I advised him that he is not providing any kind of professionalism to me. He just kept talking over me and I eventually ended the call. I probably will never rent from this location again. This is a convent location and I have used you're equipment for years. But the employees behavior towards me was unacceptable.
