Made an online reservation a week in advance to ensure I recieved all the equipment I needed ahead of time to move. Got sofa covers utility and furniture Dolly's. At pick up they had no Dolly's on site the girl ended up giving us the last 2 furniture Dolly's that are usually for sale and the truck came with one utility dolly however we were told to drive to a different location if we wanted the second utility dolly I reserved. I figured the point of my reservation was to ensure everything was ready for the date and time I set up online. Also purchased the sofa covered ahead of time and they were not given to us. I will be calling for a refund we paid 15 dollars at the time of reservation for items we did not receive. Very unhappy with my experience.ALEXANDRA P.

Facility too small, terrible location. Check-in app didn't work so I had to wait 15 minutes to return truck. Trucks blocking all lanes into facility. They had wrong time for my dropoff in their system - didn't match what was printed on my rental agreement.Thomas V.
The location is awful. It's dangerous trying to pull in and out at this location. It's very small and yet very busy, so in general it seems there are long wait times. The mobile check in process is very clunky and doesn't work right when there is not a decent wifi signal. When we got there, our assigned truck was not readily available as another truck was parked in front of it. They were unable to move it and assigned us another truck, but we were there for almost an hour waiting for things to get figured out. I will say that the woman at the front counter was very adept at handling the problem and got it worked out. She did indicate that the blocking truck wasn't one of their trucks and she couldn't find a key. But again--the location of this U-haul is small and chaotic due to how busy it is. You can only go right from the parking lot and it is at the bottom of a hill and then a bridge and drivers speed past there, making it dangerous when trying to pull a large truck onto the road. We only went there because we wanted a 17' truck and none of the other local uhauls locations carried them. I don't think we'll use that store again and I know that we will not use the mobile option to check in and out.Dawn F.

the parking brake was not normal, appeared disfigured and needed repaired. Brought to the attention of the U-haul employee after I left. Did not notice it until I already left the facility. It wasn't this location's fault, but the fact my reservation had to be changed was frustrating. I made a reservation for a 9' van that was made days in advance. The day prior, i was told it was not available and had to get a truck.Richard G.
I'm still unsure how they can change a booking location on me automatically. It means I pay more miles to go out of my way and pickup from a different location. Why can't availability be accurate when someone books? This continues to feel like the biggest scam!Jeremy B.

I was over charged $4 and I didn't know how much gas was in the van and put more in it and was not reimbursed for the extra gas. Their printer wasn't working. If I didn't look at my receipt I would not have seen the extra charge. They were also very short with me.Debra R.

Van was filthy on the inside. Spilled contents (seeds and plant matter) all over the cargo area from previous person as well as muddy footprints. I had to sweep it out with a broom before I was able to load furniture into the van. Seats had animal hairs all over them. I unfortunately didn't have time to request a different vehicle due to a tight moving schedule. Sales lady was very friendly though. So staff is great, vehicle not so much.DANIEL E.
