$19 is deceiving. We understand the cost of everything has risen but to charge 0,79 mile on top of $10 insurance coverage and then we still have to fill it up with gas is a bit much If you want to improve why do t you reimburse guest the insurance money if no accidents have occurred. My $19 rental turned out to be iver $50.

Tess M.A good pre-travel insection would help. The truck was parked right next to another on our right side so I didn't do a walk-around before I left the lot. We only found, after we had stopped hours later, that a portion of the right rear tire was peeled out. It didn't affect our use of the truck. Other than that everthing went just fine.
James V.Drain plugs in the front corners of cargo area. A gutter or drip rail on the top/rear of the truck. Make the contract agreement easier to understand, when I made my reservation it asked for an estimated amount of time that I would need the truck. I did not understand the reason for the question since I was renting it for $29 a day but I estimated 4 p.m. anyway. When I picked the truck up I was told that it had to be returned by 4 p.m. and there was no way to change that which made an already hectic and stress day even more so because I had to make sure everything was completely finished and the truck was returned by the required time.

Phenoy J.Mobile check in process is too long. Still had to go inside and wait in line to get key that wasn't in the mobile checkin lockbox. Went through 3/4 of mobile check out before being told to leave vehicle for attendent. Measuring fuel usage isn't tenable when the penalty for not filling is so high. Why not just always start rental with a full tank? There isn't anything specifically wrong with this location just uhual business practices as a whole. $20 sounds good but ended up being $76 + gas (+over filling gas) to use a van for 50 miles.

He mentioned he was moving trucks so he didn't have to do them in the morning when he opened. Most workers would leave at quitting time or not get set up for the next day, but he did. You've got a good employee on your hands!

Walter S.The location was nice, neat, and orderly. The person working there was very nice and relaxed. However, I think there was something wrong with the cargo van we rented. We only drove 26 miles total and it used over 6 gallons of gas. That's only 4 miles to a gallon when it should have been more like 15 miles to a gallon.

I don't think this location had anything to do with it specificallly, but the whole process of making a reservation for a certain day/time for pick-up of the truck, then Uhaul changing it (literally the night before) is a horrible way to do business. If the reservation is meant to be tentative, first of all, LET THE CUSTOMER KNOW THAT, secondly, why even have a reservation system if it doesn't mean anything anyways? It's misleading and makes everything more stressful for the customer

By that time over half the truck was loaded so we couldn't move our washer and dryer. They told us that there was no drop off location near our new home so my partner registered to return at the pick up location but there was a drop off within 10 miles. Horrible experience and price gouging.
Holden S.I used mobile check in so I take the rental truck in the early morning before the location opened. My truck was completely parked in so I could not leave until the location opened two hours later. Despite this mistake I would still recommend this location to others and I would not hesitate to rent from them again. Positive experience otherwise.

Michele R.There were dirty masks all over the inside of a filthy truck. My father ended up contracting covid after handing these dirty, used masks because he was cleaning it so I wouldn't get sick, being 5 months pregnant. That truck was his ONLY exposure. I was forced to stay 30 miles away from home and to travel 48 miles just one way in the truck because my father couldn't ride me to work while quarantined. Not to mention we couldn't finish moving our stuff. My father lost $1500 income because of uhauls neglect and the company STILL had no problems with billing me $675 for the truck.

RICHARD S.I rented a 15' truck. All I can say is that it was adequate and it got the job done. However, I doubt the truck had ever had a front end alignment, there was a lot of wobble in the front end. It was not an easy vehicle to steer. I figured out that I got about 4 miles to the gallon so I doubt the truck had had a tune up in a long while. It was probably the worst vehicle I have ever driven in my life. This was just a local rental - but I would never have taken this vehicle out of my town.
ROBERT K.It was a very cold day and the rental dolly wheels were frozen and so it was of not much use. Also, there was no windshield washer fluid and I was not very comfortable that the brakes would stop the vehicle if it had to be stopped really quickly. But, using safe driving practices I always maintained a safe driving distance anyways.

Amy F.Convenient location to drop off and simple return process. FYI - Parking lot is INCREDIBLY tight and small. Very difficult to find room to park. Staff (one gentleman) really didn't ask many questions or check truck when we returned it, but he did tell us we didn't need to put as much gas as we did in the truck to return (contrary to the woman at the pick-up location). Wished it would've been more clear as to how much gas needed to be put in to return. We ended up wasting money to fill the tank fuller than necessary.

When turning the trick in to Beavee valley Mall Uhaul hey said I would have to pay for a crack. It was on the window when I picked it up. McKnight never walked around the truck or said hey you have a crack by the way. BS.
