My only complaint is when I picked up they told me there was 1/2 tank of gas. I did not notice until I drove away it was clearly well below half. I chose not to go back to the rental location as that would have been inconvenient. I did not drive many miles (local move) but definitely had to add way more gas prior to return than I used. Just annoying more than anything.David C.

Everything very good; only slightly negative thing, although would not prevent me from returning, is size of lot with lack of parking to leave your personal vehicle during rental.James M.
This was by far the worst customer service experience I ever had. I reserved a 26' truck online but when I arrived they only had 17' trucks. When I mentioned the $50 reservation guarantee they start verbally attacking me. The truck was a complete mess, windshield was so dirty it was next to impossible to see through at night, there was no windshield washer fluid, one headlight was out and the other one was pointed into the ground. Plus, because of the smaller truck it required me to take two trips and have it for two rental periods causing the cost to be about triple what I expected it to be. There is very little chance I will ever do business with U-haul again.Brandon D.

Last 2 times I rented - I got a notification that tire pressure was low in the vehicle. I had to stop and put air in. Would like to see that checked regularly so I don't have to stop for that maintenance on a 1-day rental.Scott M.
There is some SERIOUS road noise with the U-Haul box trucks. That really sucked. The staff at the rental location were AWESOME. They helped me get everything situated, even in the rain! I can't say enough good things about the staff.shawn W.

When I drop my equipment off I stayed in the vehicle as the sign directed. I waited for 10 minutes before I went inside to find the attendant playing on his phone. He told me a would receive my bill via email and I could leave. Frustrating that he couldn't walk out and tell me that especially being that I was parked directly in front of the office.Justin L.
THEY DIDNT LEAVE MY ONE UHAUL KEY IN THE LOCK BOX. I had set it up over the phone set for an 8am mobile pick up, and when i tried to get my uhauls there was only one in my account and it wasn't available to pick up until 9am it claimed, my other uhaul was ready but it wasn't linking to my account because it was under my fiancÃ©'s name instead of my name somehow. So i sat on hold with customer service for an hour and they basically came to the conclusion that this location didnt put my keys in the lockbox and id have to wait for the store to open. Well it was supposed to open at 9 am and at 9:20 we still werent let into the building because the guy opening the store couldnt get the lockbox open. My fiancÃ© and i had 4 moving people at my house waiting for us since 8am. By the time i got home we had paid them all for two hours to do nothing because this uhaul place cant handle mobile pick up and customer service cant do anything. Horrible experience, and i will DEFINITELY be thinking hard about using this uhaul place again if at all using uhaul.Andrew S.

They put on the tow trailer on wrong. As soon as I pulled off the lot it had detached and was swinging back and forth and hitting the back of my car every time I braked. A cop pulled me over and assisted me and got the part himself after asking the employees for the part that they forgot to put on. The Uhual should have came and fixed it or should've been put on the right way the first time. Very disappointed and was very scared for my safety the employees clearly did not know what they were doing.Jose V.

Fuel gauge on F, but 20 miles total required 5 gals to refill?!? Chevy Express. Manager on site ignorant and dismissive. Refused to address obvious issue. Said â€˜it must use a lot of gas'â€¦ too bad. Not even intelligent about it! Second phone call to corporate customer service (left on hold by rep for 30mins by first) reimbursed the excess of my gas cost. All I wanted. I was to have an early pick up. The online process was not set up for me to do so even though my email stated I could pick up at 7:30am. It was so frustrating to have everything scheduled and U-Haul didn't come through. I had to wait for someone to come to the site to provide me with my rental. Therefore, the entire day was affected due to the lack of professionalism of someone scheduling from U-Haul. I will never use the company again.Dawn A.

Gentleman that directed us in was very helpful. There were several trucks ahead of us in the queue so they didn't actually check the vehicle in right away.Shannon M.
This location was excellent and efficient, having booked just the day before. What what NOT acceptable was that I had booked weeks in advance at another location, only to get a call informing me that I would have to pick up at a different location, not at all convenient for pick up or drop off. I called and voiced my displeasure and was told the reason was "it was a popular time for college moves". No kidding. That's why a made a RESERVATION weeks in advance. Next, my reservation was moved again to a different location, and to a time window unacceptable to my moving day plans. That's when I cancelled and booked with this location and had no problems. What is the meaning of "RESERVATION" in U-Haul's world?Thomas H.
