Trailer was dirty moving blankets left inside mud on the outside. The person on duty could not hookup or lift the trailer. Said I may not be able to take the trailer because she could not hook up the safety cables. So I hooked them up and asked her to check them. She did and just walked away, I asked am I good to go she said yesJohn S.

Furniture dolly wasn't available, even though we included that in our rental. Fees are not transparent. Its $20 for the whole day no matter how long, but if you bring it back late (within the same day), all charges are doubled (since its considered 2 days). I should have just rented the uhaul for the max amount of time (23 hours) and avoided a double charge. Wtf.Jeremiah C.

Inspection failure had to get a whole new trailer from another stateasia L.
I returned the trailer on Friday, 11/4 at 6:30. I received little or no assistance on where to put it. I spoke to 3 different employees about making sure it was properly checked in. Each said I was all set. Later I received a late fee which alleged the trailer was returned on Monday, 11/7 at 11:07. As the receipt suggested I emailed '776050_GM@uhaul.com' with the issue. I received no reply of any sort. I have disputed the charge on my credit card. I will likely seek a competitor for my future needs due to the incident.Michael A.

Improve the customer service upon return of U-haul vehicle. The people checking the vehicles lacked attention to the customer. Gave little to no direction on how to complete the return process to close out billing. Also, the driver interior was not clean and reeked with marijuana smoke. Had to go buy Lysol disinfectant spray just to get the smell out.LaMonte J.

Tawannie was absolutely amazing and efficient. above and beyond what i expected from a uhaul center. i came in on my phone because i did a mobile reservation (wanted to avoid my expectation of bad service) she greeted me, helped me with my mobile check in, knew every answer to my questions, all while helping other guests and taking care of the store and the lot. i was mind blown by how knowledgeable efficient and friendly she was! thanks Tawannie for starting my long moving day off with a smile!Christopher T.

The online reservation system was not helpful - I ordered the hitch and installation, but it told me, "Drop off was not available" okay, I will wait. However, there is no waiting room. I literally stood on the sidewalk for almost 2 hours. - Michael, who did the installation, did a good job. When he was done, I had some concerns, and he made the changes that I requested - Had Michael not been so considerate this review would not have been positive.Robert S.

The staff was super rude and unprofessional. I tried to call to make my appointment and the lady just said â€œdo it onlineâ€ then hung up the phone. I only called to get a recommendation for my hitch size as the website is not very clear. I went in on the day of my appointment for a 10a apt and the lady said the guy was not there yet so I had to drop off my car. She was very rude and didn't seem to care. The hitch guy showed up at 2p finally. Never going back here again.Evan R.
The most horrible expereince I have ever had. You bait and switch your customers, because you feel they are desparate at the point of pick-up. They don't give a hoot at this location once they get your money!! Neither do your 1-800-UHAUL, they can care less about customer service. Simply put it stink right to the core!!!CLOVICE V.

Terrible experience. I would never come back. The truck had mold growing out the ceiling, passenger door would not close, check engine light was on during the rental. I was told to unload and bring the truck back because of the check engine light and that everything would be taking care of, but I was hit with a fueling charge. ($90 fueling charge, but the truck was driven a total of 12 miles) Furthermore, I had to spend additional money on movers and moving equipment that was not available even though it was on my reservation. When I came back the same day to explain that the truck was in terrible condition and that I now needed a lock and to extend the time since the delay with getting the truck pushed me behind schedule, your employee ignored the problem and sold me the lock. Lastly to add insult to injury the following day when I dropped of the truck this location had tons of moving equipment in the garage and the girl who check my truck in said the got a lot of equipment in this week. So purposely didn't give me the equipment that I requested and needed. Please avoid this location at all cost. Uhaul, please buy better trucks, maintenance them regularly, and take better care of your customers.Alanna D.

Stop adding the CDW automatically Fix your website so it works when completing the reservation. I went through all the steps to decline the CDW, upload my driver's license and provide a credit card only to have the website not work and put me back to the start of the reservation process. As such, when I went into the location to pickup the van, I didn't notice until I returned the van that the CDW was automatically added back. The store assistant manager indicated he wasn't able to do anything and I needed to call customer service to resolveCOLIN W.
They were super helpful getting everything squared away. I needed to pick up and load the truck before I hooked up the auto transport. They made that easy as pie. Then I came back after loading the truck and they hooked up the AT and helped me load and tie down the car.Warren E.

Uhaul Customer Service was a lifesaver. I was originally supposed to pick up at the location at 2951 NE Expwy, Chamblee, GA 30341 but when I got there at 7:05 AM, they were closed and I noticed my reservation time had been changed. I was supposed to have the truck from 7 am Tuesday to 4 pm Tuesday and it was changed to 5 pm Monday (Labor Day) to 5 am Wednesday. I called customer service when no one was at the location at 7:15 am and they rebooked me at a location down the road. I ended up leaving at 7:35 am and still no one was at the NE Expressway location.Abigail K.
