I really appreciate the service o f Andy in Quincy A venue in Massachusetts he is an excellent manager. I just wish we could rent a bigger truck but he is very helpful, and very accomodating I look forward someday we could rent again to U haul. Thank you so much for his help .....starting to settle now in Va

Had a truck reserved for pick up at noon. Wasn’t out of the lot until 125. The employee helping us clearly had no idea what he was doing. Charged my credit card incorrectly and then had to call me 2 hours later to run the card again over the phone. Overall very bad service and had zero sense of urgency seeing as I needed to be somewhere with the truck. Decided to help other customers while in the middle of my check in. Very unsatisfied

Get a new manager at the Quincy Ave location. He not only screamed at me but was so in professional it was disgusting. Clearly he was un-educated and in way over his head even for a menial job like U Haul supervisor next time he gets dropped

DO NOT GO HERE. They will nickel and dime you. Waited in line for an hour only for them to put in the wrong information to complete my reservation. Was told the gas had 1/4 tank left when in fact it was less than that. Not even a 5 min drive in, the low gas indicater went off and we had to stop by a gas station to fill up their truck with our own money. Returned it and I got charged an extra $45 because there was low gas. BUT THAT'S HOW WE GOT IT IN THE FIRST PLACE.

Mr. Andy Ortiz is an amazing resource for your center. He handled multiple issues from multiple customers with a sense of calm. He answered all my questions and i recommend this center to all my friends.

I waited in line for an hour for someone to help me. The people working at this location are horrible. They don’t care whatsoever. They leave to go chat in the middle of helping someone. The woman kept trying to find ice. I had to repeat my phone number three times. I signed off on paying $43 and now I get a receipt for $47 plus tax that was equal to $53. So I was charged unauthorized another $10. The woman also had “problems” running my card. She charged me twice. I have three charges from your company and only ONE is valid. Please do better. I’ll be contacting my bank to let them know what is valid and what is not. Oh, also I paid upfront for two tv covers and the woman didn’t even know you made them. Cool. So I asked for a refund on that as well since it was $22. Doubt I’ll get that back. In total, I spent $161 in charges and only $43 was accurate and signed off on. Good job!

The two men working behind the counter were very professional and kind. There was a long line, and the computer system was running slow, but the two employees were extremely patient (even when dealing with some difficult customers!)

Service was good overall. But I called two times to this location (Quincy MA) with questions and it was difficult to solve them. The second time I called I waited on hold for a long time and later they hanged up.

The girl at the desk was so rude. We got on line at 7:55 and did not get started with her till 8:20. If there are so many reservations, there should be more than one person working. We waited on line for 25 mins. After my fiancé finished with her he asked if it was 4 hours based off now and she said no it needs to be back at 12 because there was a reservation. When we returned there was no one waiting for us to return our truck and many trucks in the lot still available. That half hour we lost waiting in line could of been valuable for our move. We also drove nine miles and there is NO WAY we used $8.50 worth of gas. It’s because that same girl is the one who did the check after we returned. The tank was still Full when we returned. I am so dissatisfied with the service we received today and I will never return to this location again.

I was really surprised to learn I needed to upload an image of my driver's license to Uhaul's servers in order to rent a vehicle. Not only that, but the staff needed to photograph my license on one of their personal cell phones to do it. In this day and age of identity theft and hacking, these procedures freaked me out enough I heavily considered canceling my reservation and using a different vendor. The clerks assured me Uhaul.com does not retain anyone's license. I have a very difficult time believing that. The company isn't doing anything to notify/confirm with customers that their information has been removed. I absolutely believe Uhaul has a copy of my license somewhere in their cloud. And who knows whether the staff has an archive of people's licenses on their cell phones, computers, etc.
