They were ok, but had no utility dollies. Not already in the back of the truck like all the other Uhauls in the area, but also none at all to rent. We get Uhaul rentals for our business, and like the option to rip off the green band and rent a dolly when we need one. Not having that option when all the other ones do it would cause me not to recommend this particular Uhaul.

Horrible experience. Uhaul charged me twice for the rental even though I had it less than 1 day. How is that possible? Also double charged the insurance. Not a trustworthy institution. You should give options to people to renew their reservation or not. What is the point of the app if it is not instant service and feedback? Total scam they ask for self check in/check out but it is not clearly stated the total amount of time before they charge you again. I am a repeat customer. Never again. Over $137 for less than a day of rental. BS. Manager would not budge.

The employees were incredibly unhelpful and did not know their own store location or trucks. We had to run all around the location to get the items we ordered and put them in the truck. The truck was incredibly beat up and damaged.

When we arrived to return BOTH our 15 ft truck AND tow dolly the U-haul agent was talking with someone in the store. We waiting for about 5-7 minutes and he told us that if the truck was clean and gassed up we could go. Two days later we received a $30 charge for returning the two dolly late, which we did NOT. We returned ALL of our rented equipment before they were due. The agent at the uhaul place clearly did not check our dolly in and we have been calling for the past two days and our money has still not been returned!

The man who helped us was very helpful. He was the only one working in the location at the time and he managed several customers at once with great skill. We were lucky to have him helping us on such a busy day.

unhappy, I made 45 milles, Hhul chaeged me 75 milles. I told them please do not charge me 14.5 Insurance fees and they did.

I made a reservation at a specific site to rent a trailer on monday for Saturday at 9am. I got a text Thursday, two days before, that my reservation couldn't be fufilled and was moved to a different site at 12pm. Apparently there wasn't any other site with a trailer within 100 miles which seems off, but a woman named Amanda told me this. This pushed my whole timeline back 3 hours 2 days before! Then, when I got to the site to pick up my trailer, it was apparently still attached to a separate contract and took nearly an hour for me to finally drive off with the trailer, pushing my timeline back yet again. I have rented from uhaul before and never had as aggravating of an issue as this was and it essentially wasted my day that was supposed to be spent fixing the car I towed.

It took me 45 min to get the vehicle when i made the appt for 9 am. There was only one guy working with no help. People were complainng about vehicle malfunction which took the transactions a lot longer than they should. We filled up the gas where we were supposed to and the guy ( he is black and didnt speak english too well) mumble the reason and walked away. When we asked him again he sounded frustrated. we felt very uncomfortable and he kept saying okay? Okay? Everythjng good? Without giving us time to think. Horrible

I had issues using the mobile pickup so I went inside for customer support. Jean was amazing. He was very helpful in solving my issues and expediting my service. When I came back in the afternoon he was providing excellent customer service to another customer. He literally called 2 different shops looking for a hitch in stock for a customer. While assisting the other customer he made me feel very welcome and acknowledged. He is awesome!
