I was charged more because I booked at the store and not online. The storekeeper knew this and should have warned me before booking. I could have saved around $20 by booking online. I went to the store only because it was on my way home and I was walking. I believe this was not fair treatment.

The customer service was awful. The person we worked with was annoyed and didn't want to be bothered with assisting us. There must have been an online error and he couldn't be bothered to try and help us correct the issue. Then tried to charge me more than the quote online. When I questioned this, he was boarder line rude and didn't want to change the price for me. I had to take my card out of the card reader so I wasn't charged the incorrect amount. I will never use this location again.

Manager at this facility was very experienced with people polite ,couldn't be any more helpful bery positive .ive been to many u hauls but this is the best nevet a problem orpeople that don't like there job and take it out on customers im talking about day manager at quincy ave. U haul sorry im bad with names thankyou

Received notification that my equipment rental reservation was guaranteed. Arrived at store and the dollies I had reserved were not available. Employees did not care that equipment was not on site. Told me to drive to another U-Haul location out of the way to pick up dollies. I drove to another U-Haul site and they did not have dollies either. I had to purchase dollies after driving around in the truck for an hour. Employees at Quincy location were rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend this location

System was down when I arrived. Counter person worked through his phone to get me on my way. SafeMove coverage declined but the $14 was still put on my bill. I got no receipt before I left to confirm declination, no receipt when I returned the truck to confirm declination, and there is no way to ask about it online. Seems like a shady business practice. Will demand paper receipts from UHaul from now on if I choose to use them ever again.

I pre ordered a 16' truck along with 2 furniture dollies and the insurance. At check in, they did not have the dollies on the paper work (did not get charged and they were not immediately given to me). When I presented my confirmation paperwork showing i had ordered them, luckily there were some available outside and it was provided free of charge, but the reservation i had made for them was useless.

First of all the computer system at U-Haul was not working and took 45 minutes to an hour to get the rental completed. Finally the rental responsibility was completed and then 20 minutes down the road the air pressure lights came on and another light (looked like back of the truck). I called the number on the contract and got hung up and then I called again and got transferred 4 times (to get to the roadside assistance) and the 5th person I was talking to was going to transfer me and then got hung up again. I turned back and dropped the truck back at the location I picked it up at as I could not get a different truck since the office was closed. I got charged the $19.95 plus the mileage without actually using the truck for what I rented it for.

I reserved a 20' truck. I received confirmation it was going to be a 20' truck. When I arrived at the location, it was a 15'. system for reserving needs to be checked

Phil was great, but the technology for capturing images was hindering him from doing his job more efficiently. Get Phil and the staff a decent scanning device to make the check-in and drop off process go more smoothly.

Our truck smelled very badly–strong smell of cigarette smoke–and the ash tray was full of ashes. The rest of the cab was relatively clean, but the smell was terrible and we could not get rid of it.

I was charged two days for renting less than 24 hrs. When i returned the car , the guy is too busy to do it right away. Thank to the guy i have to call back again

The brakes on the truck were very dangerous. Had to pump brakes to stop. When we returned the truck they did not check the mileage we actually went during the course of the rental rather they charged us for what we had projected we might go. So we got charged for 47 miles when in reality we went 13 miles. Sketchy operation unfortunately. Could not recommend

When u returned the truck, the employee at the uhaul center was too busy to do a walk around and has not refunded me for miles I did not use. I estimated I would use 30 miles and was charged for that. However as I only used 12 miles. I'm still waiting for the refund to show up on my credit card.

When I came to pick up I was pretty clear about declining the CDW, the store owner made some comments regarding me not taking the CDW. And yet he still charged me for the cdw. No walk around of the vehicle was done and over all it wasn’t the best when it came to service
