I set up an appointment to pick up a vehicle at a location near my home which would've been convenient. I was sent to this location after having my location change twice. At least the first time, my 2nd location was near my home. To have to pay the mileage for having to go back and forth to a location out of the way I believe is very unfair. What should've happened is a vehicle being transferred or transported to the location I booked in the first place.Illya M.
The location was very busy on a Saturday morning. One worker (tall slim, with afro style hair) was on his personal cellphone and a personal call having a full conversation (about nothing it seemed like) while serving customers. Though he might be able to multi-task, it appears very off-putting to customers waiting in line to be served.Samba D.

I tried to make a reservation for 14th street location. It showed up as such on my dashboard/reservation details, but then the morning of, when I tried to pick up the vehicle, it told me I was in the wrong location and made me drive 20 minutes or to Smyrna instead.Erin W.

My experience was just basic. Nothing was spectacular or amazing. Just another transaction. I've used U-Haul before in the past, so I knew what to expect. The process/transaction was just as it should be. The employee Sharon helped me, but unfortunately she was very bland, borderline rude, dismissive, and just didn't care. Which turned me completely off. I just wanted to get in and out so I can finish my move and go on about my day.Brandon M.

The woman working was awful. She was rude. Had a horrible attitude and I stood there for 15-20 minutes before someone even acknowledged me. She could've said ma'am we'll be with you shortly. The manager was rude, miserable, and condescending. I had date stamped pics of the fuel at pick up and return and she refused to accept that the fuel levels were identical. I was charged for fuel when I returned the truck with the identical amount that was in it when I picked it up. Now I have to dispute it with my credit card company. I have spent hundreds of dollars over the last 2 months at this location. It is the one closest to my house, but I will look for other options going forward.Terry H.
The staff here were very good. Rental online was easy, clerk got me set up quickly, and the associate came and hooked the trailer up for me. The trailer was not swept out completely, but that did not matter in this instance. Very good experience.David W.

The gas tank was empty. We were given a $65 credit, but had to risk getting stuck on the way to the gas station. This could have been prevented had they put the requisite quarter tank of gas. They were really solution oriented. More like it was our problem to deal with.Shelley R.
this was my second reservation, the first was for location(Midgard Self Storage Vinings) which did not have the truck I reserved at the time of pickup, so I lost valuable time having to go to this location to rent a truck. Your website allows customers to rent equipment that the store can't guarantee. I had to move a washer and dryer and when I get to my reservation they said they didn't have an appliance dolly. I said what do I do about that and they just said, â€œI told you we don't have them.â€ And then finished checking me in. Awful service and terrible inventory management. If you have a reservation then that equipment needs to be reserved.Cullen B.

I was charged for 51 miles even though I only drove 33. I did not think it was necessary to check mileage before leaving the lot but apparently I was wrong. I am able to provide snap shot trips, Google map records and the gas receipt that shows how much gas I put into the truck. It's not about the $14 I was overcharged but rather the principle. That was the last $14 UHaul will see from me. As a consumer I have other options and will use them instead.DANIEL C.

This location is awful! I have rented here several times and each time it gets worse. They change their rates second by second! You reserved a hand truck and arrive with your confirmation and they do not have any available. Told everyone that came earlier rented them ALL! My reservation was changed several times and none of the original information was included. I was charged for something I declined! This is my last rental from this locationPamela C.

I ORIGINALLY BOOKED FOR MABLETON PICKUP ON MITCHEN ROAD. GOT THERE AND NO ONE WAS THERE AND NO INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO GET MY TRUCK. FINALLY GOT SOMEONE ON THE PHONE WHO SAID THERE WAS NOT A APPLIANCE DOLLY IN THE TRUCK THAT I HAD RENTED. VERY UPSET AT THE LOSS OF TIME AND ENERGY AND ULTIMATELY HAVING TO RENT AT THE DIFFERENT LOCATION OF SOUTH COBB DRIVE. YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE REMOTE PICKUPS IF YOU DON'T GIVE INSTRUCTIONS. I HAD PREREGISTERED, CHECKED IN AND EVERYTHING ON LINE - BUT STILL NO INSTRUCTIONS.Daniel E.
They didn't put in the computer that I returned the trailer, which I did a day early. So, I ended up getting a text saying my rental was overdue. I called the number in the text and they resolved the issue almost immediately, but that still didn't sit well with me. Uhaul needs to improve their customer service by a thousand percent.Denise D.

The woman who works the first desk got my card and swiped it when I first got there. After I was done with the he U Haul she was trying to get my card again and swipe. I told her that she already took the payment the first time. And she it's pending so she had to swipe it again. I told her no. Not to mention she told me it was 148 and then when I she swiped my card 170 came off. I asked her why 170 she said it had to been an issue with my card. The lady was trying to get an extra 148 off me and then overcharged my card and blamed my bank. Something should be done about this.SHECARRIE S.

The lady who processed my pickup and drop off was not helpful at all and very rude and unfriendly. It was not made clear to me which truck I was using and I had a few questions in general and she was not kind when she had to help me out. I also did not use the dollys that I was charged for and she wouldn't take the fee off the final payment.KATHRYN J.

My whole process was super easy and pleasant. They don't open til 9 a.m. and my reservation was at 9 a.m. I walked in at 8:57 a.m. and was on the road by 9. I love it. Very fast and professional!!! I wouldn't change a thing.Courtney F.
