Patrice is funny, friendly, so so knowledgeable and all-around a pleasure to work with. She really went above and beyond to handle some challenges we had on arrival and made dropping off our tow dolly a breeze, so much so that we made it a point to drop the truck off during her shift just to be able to say thank you again. She makes this location run! At our truck drop off, Nafiz addressed us quickly and collaborated really well with Patrice to get our return situated and us on our way. If I'm ever in need of anything from U-Haul again, I'd come back here just for the service.
Alexis WWhen you tell me we need to bring the truck back at 3/4 full I expect when I bring it back at 3/4 full I won't be charged for 2 gallons of gas. So disappointed in U-Haul. We have rented u-haul for years. This will be our last.

Abby IEverything was good but I couldn't understand why I had to take a picture of myself and submit it after I had taken a picture of the front and back side of my drivers license. Also, I don't recall others taking a picture of themselves. I don't think I'll rent from U-Haul again because of this.

David OI set this order up ahead of time and did online check in. When I arrived I was told by the Uhaul employee (Shanith) that she could not use the Priceline Visa Credit Card for my reservation. I explained that it was a major credit card and had just done the same rental at this location ONE WEEK prior with the same card. She huffed loudly with an attitude and said, "we can only take Discover, Capital One Visa or American Express. I had to call my husband to bring his American Express. When we got our van it stunk, was dirty and had several marijuana joints in it. We then waited for another van which was also very dirty, but at that point we needed to get our things moved and were tired of dealing with the poor service. When we left we realized there was a taillight out as well.

Ramirez WEmployees we interacted with are excellent. driving around the facility and finding place to park or pick up from friend is difficult, lots of equipment and impossible to drive through the facility. Overall the rental experience was easy. Truck was ok, definitely worn out but clean and working well.

john oThey are charging for wrong mileage and gas. The information is not accurate in the receipt. Always take a photo of the dashboard before moving the truck. They are charging for the wrong information .
