Tire air pressure monitoring system was not working, so when tire was going low I didn’t get notice. Was able to check tire pressure and fill myself. Not all people have that equipment available. Safety equipment should always be working.

When I arrived at this location, there were several cars outside with people playing loud music. It was difficult to tell who worked there and who was there to rent a truck. The young man that checked me out did not fully go through the contract and didn't even walk around the vehicle with me to review the scratches/dents. I returned my vehicle BEFORE the time on my contract and this location charged me for a 2nd day! I've never experienced such poor customer service. I've had to call Uhaul TWICE to get this resolved. On Monday, I called the store and was told I should come back in the morning because a manager wasn't on duty or call the 800 #. I called the 800 #, filed my complaint for the overcharge and was told I'd be contacted by someone via email within 1-2 days. On Wednesday evening I called back Uhaul because NO ONE emailed or called me to discuss a resolution. Despite the system saying I received a call, I have zero missed calls today. This is utterly disgraceful. The staff at the Uhaul location was bad enough but the management at corporate customer service isn't much better. I will make it my business to never use Uhaul again and ensure my family and friends don't either. This could have been a simple fix but Uhaul insisted on taking the experience from bad to worse.

Most of the time I rent from this location, my final charge is incorrect. There is always an extra charge for a dolly I did not rent. I always return my rental via the U-Haul app after hours and put in the notes that the final charge is incorrect and to correct it before charging me. I never receive a phone call to verify and have been constantly overcharged when I receive my final receipt via email. This does not happen when I rent from other locations. I will be calling this store today to correct this.

I was the first person to arrive at 9am and it was 9:40am before I left. I had even done express check in and added my drivers license picture online. They did not have the trailer I had reserved. They had an excuse for everything. Very poorly run; I'm surprised this place is profitable and I will not use this location again.

Despite being very business, I received excellent customer service and thought the guys did a great job acknowledging those of us waiting in line! I have been to this location many times and this was a stark difference than prior experiences...very impressed with the changes.

I was over billed on my last two rentals. I spoke with customer service by phone, they said that I would receive two credits back to my account. One credit was to be placed back in my account by Tue June 25th. The other by Fri June 28th. I have received neither. I have used the location multiple times with no real issues to date. I would like my money credited back to my account as promised by customer service though.

The website advertised a pickup at the mableton location. I chose that one because of the proximity to the location where the truck was needed. Instead I was sent to another location 5 miles away, resulting in an additional 10 miles I was charged for this mileage, as a result of uhaul negligence. I will reccomend this location, because they were clean, professional and prompt. But I will discourage and re commend against Uhaul as a company. The company has grown so large that you've become disconnected from the customers and the people who helped you get where you are. Next time I'll choose Home depot or Ryder. I bet they won be insensitive to my concerns.
