The deal was very bad. The truck that I rent didn't have a/c and the engine shook a lot and I'm happy with what I rent. If anything I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. When I returned the truck I was explaining what was going on to the guy I gave the keys to and he was completely ignoring me.Salvador I.

The website needs a lot of work every time I try to check in a vehicle I get to where I download the picture of the gas and the mileage and then your website freezes and I always have to call and hold on hold for a couple hours that happens no matter what location I bring up the vehicles so I believe it's a website glitchMICHAEL B.
The englewood storage center was where i was initially set to pick up a truck- this place was terrible. When they called to let me know that my truck was unavailable they provided no assistance on how to find a new truck, no phone numbers, etc.Shelby S.

- The internet connection was down and the rep. had to use his phone to complete the transaction, which he did without problem. - The receipt after turn in was emailed to me and I'm still not quite sure I understand it. Getting into the parking lot is very difficult...wish there had been more signage/instruction on how to get in. Also, this wasn't the location I initially signed up for and it took an extra 45 minutes of my time to go to the new location which took 45 minutes of my time packing, adding 45 minutes to my travel.Jennifer S.

I have rented from Uhual multiple times. The store location was fine, but my entire experience this time was the worst I have ever been a part of. Nothing that was said was done, got done. I spoke to multiple people on the phone waiting for calls for over 30 minutes each time. No one seemed to care about trying to fix my reservation that was messed up 3 times. Only one person helped me and said notes would be in just in case I got charged this extra $20. I got charged. Was told I would be given a $50 credit due to the inconvenience of everything. Never got it and when picking up the truck, I had to pay the full amount even though this credit should have been applied. One of the worst services I have ever paid for!!!Jacqueline M.

Company â€œrepresentativeâ€ at the desk was rude and not very helpful. Waste of money for uhaul to pay two people to sit behind the desk on the phone. Other observations to help keep your staff busy as a manager myself: - Vehicles should be cleaned off when it snows - Restrooms and floors cleaned - Exterior can be swept - Windows can be cleaned on the building and returned vehicles - Quality checks of equipmentMatt R.

You guys gave me less than a quarter tank to start then tell me I'll be charged if it's not brought back at a quarter tank? How is that reasonable at all? I have to pay for someone else's gas? Then you guys gave me a truck that had several dash lights on, not very reassuring that you guys maintain your vehicles when several lights are lot. Poor experience overall, next time I'll use another service like home depot or budget.Thomas M.
When I picked up the Uhaul the tire sensor was reading low and the gas was at 1/4 not 1/2. He did not inform me that I had to do the inspection through an app. I asked the worker if i can have a new truck or have this all fixed he said no I need to report it thorugh the app. While I was driving the truck it was very loud and not switching into gear there was 0 % oil in the truck. This truck could have had something go wrong while i was moving. Worst experiance ever.Lena A.

We did not have a great experience with U-Haul we rented a U-Haul for a day which was fine and we needed an extra day so we called customer service and asked how much it would be they told us it was gonna be a flat rate of $40 and the following day after I returned it they charge my card an extra hundred dollars if I would've knew that information I would've never rented it another day I filed a dispute and got a nasty email and whoever sent the email was very rude and I never got a response back I just want my money returned to my card I will never recommend this company for a rental truck again horrible customer service and lack of informationSTEVEN L.

Location is hard to pull into if you are traveling south on Sheridan. Location was supposed to be open until 7pm on Sunday. I rushed to get back to location to return my truck before closing. I arrived on location at 6:45pm but location was already closed.Ronald M.

I wasn't able to login and do the pre-check on the truck. The employee said that has been happening. So that was an unnecessary risk I took by not being able to check the vehicle before driving off. When I returned the rental, the guy that checked me in was rude, claimed that the rental was smoked in, overcharged $100, and gave no receipt. When asking him why so much, he got really snarky and rude and that's when he accused me of smoking in the truck. The truck's sensor for low air in tire was on and when I told the guy about it, he said the tire was recently replaced and the sensor was not reset. The only good experience I had was the person I rented the truck from. Honestly, I'd rather throw everything away than rent a truck again from this experience.DODIE H.

My order location was changed without being given a heads up, so the morning I went to pickup, I had to go to another location 10 mins away to collect the van I ordered. Dropped off after hours. The app says to look for an orange box to drop the key. Should be updated to also say â€œor door slot key dropâ€ to avoid confusion. The door slot key drop didn't close and it didn't appear safe and secure. Overall, easy drop off process.STEPHANIE L.
