Lynn made me come back to show her the pictures I took for the gas when I took the truck and when I returned. Always scam with gas level. This time I made sure to return it same level or little bit more. Put $23 in gas for 60 miles I used and still she charged me $25 for fuel. I have pictures and receipt from gas station upon request. I rented a 4x7 trailer. 3 lug nuts were missing and the remaining 2 were loose. Fortunately they had another trailer for me. My concern is for others who may not actually have checked th wheels prior to driving off.Doug B.

Thank you to Tani for my easy reservation confirmation and checking me out as I picked up the trailer. Thank you to Dahlen for connecting the cargo trailer to my Jeep when I picked it up and for disconnecting it when I returned. Thank you to Travis for checking my hitch and wiring so I knew they were correct for the cargo trailer. All in all, your staff made this a stress free rental. Not sure it's as much the location or just a subpar company. Asked for truck to be ready at 9; got there right at 9 and doors were locked. Manager (Lynn) arrived about 9:15 to unlock doors. Once I was finally helped, I told attendant I didn't need insistence coverage; he thanked me for letting him know up front but charged me for it anyway. Truck was on 1/4 tank when turned over to me. I went 10 miles, and it took 4 gallons to get tank back to same place. Everything I can find says small Uhauls get 10-12,5 miles per gallon. Seems like scams all around to nickel and dime customers.Jon H.

I was charged a cleaning fee on a utility when it had just rained outside. The trailer was not dirty in any way possible. I even have pictures to prove it.David M.

From the start of making my reservation that had to be changed from Friday to Saturday ( lean) I hope I spelled her name right was amazingâ€¦. Now , Saturday morning for pick up at 7:30 am whomever that guy was with the ( cute ) nails needs to fix his attitude, maybe it was to early but it definitely wasn't giving great customer service.jeremy H.
The manager is great. However, the employees need a lot of training in courtesy and professionalism. The gentleman who helped me last time has a lot to learn in this respect, as he argued with me very rudely. Additionally, I think he was upset about it, he intentionally unplugged the electric cord after he initially connecting it and taking a video of the connection. That's a safety hazard and I could have gotten a ticket.Sherif N.
Would have liked to pick up at the location I requested that was walking distance. Instead U-Haul changed my reservation and I had to Uber to the new location for $16. I am the customer. I am not responsible for making sure trucks are in the location that U-Haul wants them. Poor customer service.KELLY K.

The leadership team in this office was highly unprofessional. Mistakes were made during the reservation process. While I was trying to speak clearly with them for understanding the manager became very hostile threatened to to refuse my business. His very ghetto assistant manager, whatever she was. Continously made comments to escalate the sutuation more. TERRIBLE SERVICE... My bright spot was Devin...who stepped in, because he listened and provided us with better service.Vivian C.

Better time management and customer service. Also the lack of communication paired with the sneaky fees is a big deterrent for me. I drove 6 miles in the uhaul and they charged me 20 for gas. I was told gas would be 5,2 a gallon. So they exploit the vulnerable and assess fees that if not promptly paid may impact your credit report. All this before even attempting to contact the consumer as they are supposed to via they're customer service representative.Robert G.

Add-ons reserved online were not available, no appliance dolly, no furniture dolly and no 12packs of mat padding were available. This required an extra trip to Home Depot where I will be renting add-ons from for now on. Trailer lighting had a wire cut near the plug so only running lights worked, blinkers/hazards did not work. Get your shit together, I will actively try to avoid UHAUL after this.Charles B.

Maybe there could be an "Express Lane" for renters who have completed the Online Reservation & ID Verification...The MAIN issue I have for the overall "Above Average" rating is this. I followed all the Online Reservation steps with the promise of "Faster Check-in", but still stood inline for over 20 minutes behind walk-ins, 1st time renters etc. The PROCESS was quick, but the wait to GET TO the counter was a real waste of time.Mario B.
Awful customer service! Showed up original location where I prescheduled a truck for 9am and they said they didn't have a truck for me. After the person working at the location said they didn't have a truck, they recommended that I call corporate instead of them helping me!! After I got in touch with corporate, the closest truck they had was another 30 minutes away and the customer service sucked there as well (they didn't even put the dollys that I ordered on the truck). Went to drop equipment off manager states she's full. I can clearly see open spots and more importantly this was my drop off location. She became very rude very quick. This location used to be A+, fast and efficient. I have used this location many times over the years. yesterday the staff at this location was so slow they wasted an hour of my rental time just getting me the trailer and hooking it up. They seemed uninterested in working. Also this location has no dollies or pads regardless of the fact that several of us in line had reserved them. This experience was absolutely shitty.Monique C.

I was happy that I was able to get a rental without a reservation. The service was good. I do not like the hidden fees and the unclear breakdown of the total charges. Once I returned the vehicle, I was charged an additional $100 and that could not be explained, nor did I receive an updated invoice with the updated charges.Domonique B.

I reserved a truck in Kennesaw. Went to pick it up the people on site did not know how to get the keys from the lock box. Called u haul on canton rd. They was able to reserve me a truck on Cobb Pkwy miles from my reserved location. People there was awesome. Picked up the truck went to gas station put $110 in fuel drove home. Next morning moved truck to driveway loaded over halfway. Needed to move truck up some to load refrigerator. Truck would not start. Had to stop loading truck and wait for assistance. He couldn't fix truck. Pulled truck up for us to continue loading and left. Had to call uhaul when we was ready to go to our location in Calhoun Ga. Assistance came and towed the truck Calhoun. This put us way behind schedule. And we was paying a couple of guys to load and unload truck. When he picked up on the loaded truck a few things that was strapped down and secured fell out of place and broke some of my things. We didn't get the truck unloaded until around 8:00 pm because of the delays due to broke down truck. I was told that someone would contact me afterwards but never heard from uhaul only messages about the workers at uhaul and my experience. The lady at uhaul where I rented the truck was awesome &very helpful. Other than that it was terrible. I paid $ 207 for the truck rental and $ 110 in gas. I see that they refunded me $141 . WOW this is the worst moving experience that I've ever had. I'm not sure that I would ever rent from uhaul again.Donna J.

This location lacks the staff and needs to hire more people! My reservation was supposed to be a 24/7 Truck Share where I pick up the vehicle myself. I wasn't able to pick up my vehicle until an hour later because apparently this location did not make sure my reservation went through! I understand that things happen, but this location disappointed me as I've had a good experience with U-Haul before. I will not use this location in the future.Jordan J.

I don't think I'll recommend Uhaul for anybody. I have a truck reserved, then when I went to this location I was told that there's no truck available. The truck was reserved weeks ago. The manager on this location really tried his hardest to make everything better. However, the lack of coordination between the people on the stores and traffic department is unbelievable. The store people will say, they've made changes on the reservation, but when talking to other departments they cant find it.Celedonio V.
The man helping to to hook up the trailer was lifeless and acted like a robot. He completely ignored questions when asked and clearly could care less about working or talking to customers.
