SCOTT S.The problem I had was with the initial reservation. I reserved a 5X8 Trailer a month in advance and was not able to get one. I had to use a 4X8 trailer and was not able to fit all the items I wanted to haul. I also had to travel further just to pick the trailer up, with gas at $5 a gallon that's a big deal.

jeniffer S.Truck was very dirty. Associate told us they didn't have time to clean the truck. The windshield was covered in bugs. Then when they went to hook up the car dolly, the brake lights were out and instead of giving me a different one, it took them one hour to service it before I was able to take off. They also changed my pickup location from Illinois to Iowa less than 24 hours before my pickup time. No one called to confirm this. If I hadn't checked online I would have had no idea. I paid for roadside help which included dolly assist, and then was charged an additional $20 for dolly load assistance.

Adjust the program to account for that.

chris B.The last truck that I rented from U-Haul at spruce hills had mud splattered on the sides and mud on the floorboards on the driver side of the cabin. I stated that the vehicle was not clean enough for another family to rent and was charged a cleaning fee. I don't feel this is fair because I picked the vehicle up in this condition and I don't think I should have to pay to clean someone else's mess.

Kurt T.Lady at pickup location was inconvenienced according to her attitude by having to get the trailer ready for me since they apparently are not as easy to rent as a truck would be. I arrived at my scheduled pickup time, took approx 45 minutes to get the trailer.

DAVID B.When dropping off equipment there was some conversation amongst employees about borrowing cars, getting food etc. These are best done in the break room or back office and not bothering the employee who is helping customers. The employee helping me handled it well and kept working on my return but its still not professsional.

Carol M.After I left from picking up my Uhaul I had a friend request on Facebook from someone I didn't know but after thinking about it, it was the worker that checked me helped me! I went to go look again today to confirm it was him and it's deleted! I'm pretty positive it was him. I don't like being stocked after service through a business.

I tried to speak to a supervisor and all I got was yeah we tell him to not do this. No I'm sorry about that or anything! This guy also didn't take me to where the truck was located. Just handed me a key and said it's outside. Is this really how you do buisness!?!?!?
