I had reserved 2 furniture dollies. When I arrived I was informed that no furniture dollies were available. That it had been a couple of months since they have seen any furniture dollies. I replied that a courtesy e-mail or phone call would have helped me plan to obtain the dollies before hand.Michael T.
Great experience renting from here. The only downside is the chart they provide to tell you how much fuel is needed to refill the vehicle to the amount you took it out with is wrong. It has you add more fuel than is necessary.DAVID L.

U-Haul at Sudley Rd --- They are the BEST! Billy who we worked with, set us up great swapping us to larger truck on the day of the pickup when I saw the 10ft and realized I needed a 15footer. He came to our rescue from the terrible drop--off experience and even fixed the billing problems we had from the drop off site. Give him a BONUS for that !!!KEITHMALCOLM C.
The website was awful. From creating an account, to the aggressive upsell attempts. The whole thing was a mess. The site asked me to convert to truckshare 24/7 and that was a sloppy, poorly designed process. When I finally decided to deal with a person at this location, they were helpful and friendly. Checkout was easy, except where the rep had to unwind the online/'automated' mess. The truck was clean and worked well. Check-in was through the normal, manual procedure and went very smoothly. The people at this location do a fine job. Just stay as far away from the garbage website as you can.CHARLESKENICHI Y.

This guys attitude toward the customer is that of arrogant and disrespectful attitude. It appears he does not want to be on the job. I can tell as I am a professional. Let people know that they can't park at the u haul location. I had to go back home and pick up my son then go back to the store so he could drive my car home. You need parking there, but other then that everything was great.MARCALIGINSKI A.
The customer service representative who checked out my vehicle was rude. In seeking clarification on a question his responses were terse and standoffish. Were it not for the fact that I had already set up the appointment for the rental and had a schedule to meet I would have cancelled my rental to give my business to another U-Haul location. Truck had not been sanitized. (Visible amount of dog hair everywhere.) I expressed my concern to the rep: His posture and verbage was cavalier. Associate Dominic professionally ask for the key and quickly went to sanitize and vacuum the truck. (He moved so fast, that I did not get a chance to take the required picture.) Despite, I held up my end of the contract. The only reason for this site recommendation to a friend is because of the convenient location. But I will encourage them to take pictures.URSULATERESA W.
