When I rented previously, I had odometer issues requiring me to print up a Google map with my route and the mileage driven on it to get a correct mileage charge. Don't do that. It's tacky.

Some of the representatives are VERY RUDE and UNHELPFUL. David Sheppard was very nice! Hopefully I won’t have any other bad experiences with employees. This was my first time ever getting a uhaul and the transaction was not as smooth as it needed to be

Unprofessional employees didn't acknowledge me while waiting to be helped . Tank was 1/8 of a tank! Not good. As a customer we have a enough to get done and to worry about gas the moment you pick up is ridiculous! I was over charged for miles but that was my fault for not verifying miles matched paperwork so overwhelming with a extra stop before starting my work. (Gas station)

Your employee was late didn't open the store until 9:30.Then someone stole batteries out of some of your trucks.The guy that works outside told the person on the inside to check the trucks before renting.I ended up with a truck that the battery was stolen.I feel that employment is a blessing and to not take it seriously is very poor.Will not be returning.

I had planned for, and reserved a 20' truck about 2 weeks in advance of my moving day and was told the earliest I could pick it up was at 1000. No one EVER mentioned that if I was late in picking it up that the reservation would be cancelled. I had to take care of some important things the morning of the move, and called just over an hour after the pickup time to make sure the truck was ready only to hear that my reservation had been CANCELLED, and there were no more 20' trucks available that day in the LA area. There was 1 26' truck which I had to take. My neighbor is a Uhaul franchise owner and he said it is standard for Uhaul to call the renter 15 or 30 minutes after the pickup time to make sure they are on their way, and that he allows a 2 hr grace period before he cancels the reservation. I had to eat the extra cost of the rental, as well as the extra gas used for a 420 mile trip driving the 26' truck. They should have mentioned the late policy to me. Stressful to say the least. Lousy experience.

The woman at the front desk was efficient, kind and patient. She was exceptionally patient with other customers who had problems with their credit cards. She did her best under difficult circumstances. The woman, Jay, who checked me in upon returning the van took care of business and was also polite and professional even though she was performing multiple tasks in concert.

Equipment was clean. Truck had cosmetic damage which made me feel pressured to purchase additional coverage just in case something further dented vechicle I would not be responsible. The other thing I did not know is that I could of returned truck for a smaller one since it was too large for what I needed it for. These issues are the only things I had issues with. Learning curve I guess. As a 1st time user it would of been nice for someone to explain at least the second issue to me. I do thank you for providing a service such as this.

I've rented from this location more than once and never really had any issues but the young Spanish girl that completed my reservation was rude first thing she tells me is I was late I reserved a 15 ft truck and the paperwork indicated a 10 ft she told me she doesn't have a 15ft and there's nothing she would do. Then she starts eating hot chips and takes a sip of soda and burps in my face. Then she gets on her cell phone leaves me standing at the register and goes outside when she returns she begins processing my order never telling me she found a 15ft truck then she says you have 4 hours to return the truck it was 11am so I said ok I'll have it back by 3pm she said no by 2pm I said but that's not 4 hrs she said we'll that what's the computer says. Tells me the total hands me the paperwork and says next costomer. I will say the older black gentleman helping me with the truck was extremely polite and helpful.

I do not like the uhaul mandating stores to taking a headshot picture. Uhaul has my ID plus car plate and credit card. Two phone numbers and has been renting to me over 15 years. The folks at this store are nice.

Let your customers know that their rental could go from 67.00 to 122.00. That is horrible. People should be informed of this prior to rental. That’s horrible for struggling people. I just had a kidney transplant and I’m off work. Not to mention the the cost of my rejection medication. Just horrible.

The customer service it's horrible I did contact a manager and they told me I will not get charge for extra day if I returned before 3pm and I did get charge I ask for manager and it's no available until Monday the agent was really rude and offensive I will never come back to this place

when I returned the uhaul the next day I attempted to pay the $35.92 in cash. The agents had difficulty with the transaction and stated they would leave it on hold until the next day for the supervisor to take care of. Today 5 days after the return I’m being charged for multiple day rental. However I only used and returned in 1 day. The agents were friendly my issue is with being overcharged.
