Making sure you give customers the right time ask for because I was over charge I ask for a 12hour window to return the Dolly to tow and I got over charge because the worker only put 6 hours

When I rented previously, I had odometer issues requiring me to print up a Google map with my route and the mileage driven on it to get a correct mileage charge. Don't do that. It's tacky.
Some of the representatives are VERY RUDE and UNHELPFUL. David Sheppard was very nice! Hopefully I wonâ€™t have any other bad experiences with employees. This was my first time ever getting a uhaul and the transaction was not as smooth as it needed to be
I used a prepaid card that company put on hold and upon return I had to pay out of pocket. U haul still has my money on hold from my card and has not released it so I can get funded back my money

Odometer on vehicle used did not match the information provided. Existing damage to vehicle was not marked properly and when I told staff they said it was fine and didn't make a note of it.
Unprofessional employees didn't acknowledge me while waiting to be helped . Tank was 1/8 of a tank! Not good. As a customer we have a enough to get done and to worry about gas the moment you pick up is ridiculous! I was over charged for miles but that was my fault for not verifying miles matched paperwork so overwhelming with a extra stop before starting my work. (Gas station)

the gas gage was off i brought it to the attention of the staff and they were able to correct it thank goodness for the staff being on hand to assist me
Not to charge them twice for one rental
Your employee was late didn't open the store until 9:30.Then someone stole batteries out of some of your trucks.The guy that works outside told the person on the inside to check the trucks before renting.I ended up with a truck that the battery was stolen.I feel that employment is a blessing and to not take it seriously is very poor.Will not be returning.
When returning cargo van. Van won't start, needed roadside assistance.
I had planned for, and reserved a 20' truck about 2 weeks in advance of my moving day and was told the earliest I could pick it up was at 1000. No one EVER mentioned that if I was late in picking it up that the reservation would be cancelled. I had to take care of some important things the morning of the move, and called just over an hour after the pickup time to make sure the truck was ready only to hear that my reservation had been CANCELLED, and there were no more 20' trucks available that day in the LA area. There was 1 26' truck which I had to take. My neighbor is a Uhaul franchise owner and he said it is standard for Uhaul to call the renter 15 or 30 minutes after the pickup time to make sure they are on their way, and that he allows a 2 hr grace period before he cancels the reservation. I had to eat the extra cost of the rental, as well as the extra gas used for a 420 mile trip driving the 26' truck. They should have mentioned the late policy to me. Stressful to say the least. Lousy experience.
A personal visit went fast rates reasonable personnel was professional
The woman at the front desk was efficient, kind and patient. She was exceptionally patient with other customers who had problems with their credit cards. She did her best under difficult circumstances. The woman, Jay, who checked me in upon returning the van took care of business and was also polite and professional even though she was performing multiple tasks in concert.
