The team at this location is superb! They are always friendly, super helpful, patient and efficient. They almost always have vehicles available, and they do everything possible to help customers. Their vehicles are always clean when picked-up! Ever if they are very busy...they create a calm environment. They are very helpful even if the customer is unsure of what they want. I have used this location several times over the last couple of months and they are excellent each time. in fact, Customer Service attempted to offer another location b/c this location did not have the size truck I wanted ...I chose a smaller truck from this location.Leslie D.

This location was well stocked with moving materials and equipment. However, additional staff to assist customers is urgently needed. To have staff person to help customers with their transactions was lengthy. The gentleman who was on duty did an amazing job with helping us but, having to sales person would help tremendously.Sandra R.

Although thankful for the convenience of 24/7 pick-up and drop-off, I could not access my designated key due to a faulty lock. It appeared that all the locks were altered by being drilled on the bottom, and my lock (compartment 2) was in the worst condition of them all. Before leaving at night, someone should verify that all compartments are accessible.ROMAN B.

There is little confusion on after hours drop off, we believe parked at right place where returns marked but it blocks other vehicles who comes for returns. More instructions or partitions would be helpfulNarendra K.

My reservation was for 8641 Pulaski Highway on 8/6/2022 @ 7:30 am, not the location in Catonsville where I had to go to get the truck. You sent me a text, the night before at 8pm, changing the location (not good business practices!!!). You put me over an hour behind schedule not to mention the two tickets I got for going through the tunnel without an easy pass. Because I was an hour and half later than planned, due to your fuck up, I missed my Xfinity appointment and COULD NOT WORK FOR THE NEXT WEEK, due to not having internet. Finally, While at the Pulaski location @ 7:15 am on 8/6/2022, I was upset because you didn't have my truck reserved. I was yelling and screaming and the young African American male that cleans cars tried to get me to go outside to fight him. Yeah, you heard that right! He tried to get me to fight him. He should not be employed by your establishment. He is a complete liability! I work for the second biggest Government agency and can send out an email that can reach millions off Americans. Unless I get some sort of reduction or reimbursement, I will be sending out that email illustrating just how bad your business is and that you can't be trusted to reserve the truck at the location, time and date requested. Uhaul is a prime example of how fucked up our country has become. The one job you have is to reserve a truck at the location/time/date. But no, you couldn't keep up your end of the bargain. I wield expect at least a 5 %-10 % drop in sales on the east coast after I send out that email!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Gregory S.

Could not check in using App. Had to call customer support. 30 mins wait. Transferred. Cut off. U-Haul on-line was flaky - took another 70 mins to check in and get truck. Rep was great - saving grace! When returning truck, was told to just clean & lock the truck and throw keys in the box. (Web says $20 fee!)Philip S.
