Person at pickup In Catonsville must hate his job. No smile ,no how are. I tried to engage but he was not having it. Told me the car was in row K and I went out to the truck. He didnâ€™t give me the keys or check the truck with me or show me how to operate. I will never rent from Catonsville office again.

The associates at this location need more training. They also need to help people and get off of their phones when dealing with customers. They need to give correct pricing information and not lie and say their toolbox is locked and then be able to open it for the next customer.

The shock absorbers of this vehicle should be checked. The vehicle was bouncing with any little road dent - and my back is killing me after less than 60 miles driving it...

Don't give the next customer false information stating that you're equipment (auto carrier) is approved to handle transport of a certain vehicle when it is IN FACT not. I was extremely dissatisfied with everything that went down today when all I was trying to do was move a vehicle 40 mins away on a carrier that was not big enough to do the job. Your company proceeded to charge me for equipment that I couldn't even use to get the job done. I have used uhaul a few time over the past couple weeks but today showed me that the loyalty towards customer service is clearly non existent

I was not informed of the $20 fee for processing my return on my own. I was very dissatisfied with that bit of information because if I had known I would process my information on the side of the building but I was neither walked to the location neither was I informed that I would be charged a $20 processing fee if I did not process my vehicle return. I was told that it was on my form in the top left or right hand corner after receiving my receipt in the email and realizing I was charged $20 for such a petty charge. This was wrong it was not not enough to ensure my responsibility and that charge and Iâ€™m very dissatisfied with the fact I paid $20 for something I couldâ€™ve generally done myself I wouldâ€™ve not chose that.
