I had made a reservation on Sunday but when I arrived at the store the system was down. It would have been nice to have been notified prior to arrival. Is there a way to print out reservations for the next day? I was told that I would be contacted once the system was up so I could reschedule. That did not happen. I finally called yesterday and the young man on duty during the day was very helpful. The pick up went fine. He was very thorough and provided me with excellent customer service. I picked up at 4:00. Dropped off my truck on a Sunday morning going through the proper process on Uhaul's Website. On Tuesday, I received an amended contract saying I dropped off the truck on Monday, and drove it 67 miles, which is nonsense, and also brought on an extra charge of 63,23 $. I called customer service, waited on hold for nearly an hour, was told someone would reach out to me in 24-48 hours. That was a week ago.JUSTIN M.

No representative came out to check the truck prior and nowhere during the process did it say to check and make sure your rental equipment is in the back of the truck. U-haul service person should have explained process for returning a vehicle, specifically the check-in lane. Was charged 8,00 $ for 2 gallons of gas. Drove truck for a total of 8 miles and I did put in one gallon of gas. I complained and awaiting resolution. Truck did not have A/C.Steven S.
Make sure that the vehicle is clean in and out (the truck I rented was not) and spray disinfectant or fabric spray, the whole time I had the truck I kept the windows down because it had a strong cigarette smell.ERIC C.

Friendly and helpful staff. Quick process. Also removed duplicate reservation (see below) quickly. When I logged into website on pickup morning to confirm everything, the reservation was missing. I made another online reservation. I also tried to do the online check-in, but the system kept crashing when I tried to submit everything. I did notice that the truck that I rented rattled vigorously once I met the speed of 60 mph. also, I would like to let you guys know that the truck pulls to the right side. Just a few minor maintenance that needs to be taken care of on that truck. But other than that... my experience was great. I returned the truck about 30 minutes prior to closing and had it checked in by an employee. I didn't realize it until I got home and the location was already closed but I was charged 20 $for after hours return. This was obviously incorrect so first thing the following morning I called and spoke to Arica. She apologized and refunded the money. Mistakes happen so I do understand however it makes me wonder how many customers don't catch this mistake and just pay the money without review? The employees checking in equipment need to be more careful and make sure this doesn't happen. It's pretty inconvenient having to take more time out of your way to call and explain what happened. my last experience with this location was horrible. I felt like I was racially used. The manager. upon returning truck i was first in line to return, and then another customer comes up right behind waiting like im waiting and that customer is white. The manager serves that customer first. when actually I was in the line first. I was so disgusted. but not only that the Manager goes back in building and leaves me standing there do not aknowledge me at all, send another employee out to cover her bullshit up. when other employee comes out I ask what is your procedure when returning. He did state I should have been helped first I was first under return tent. It just was wrong. I m black and I spend my money just like any other race. So how will U haul make it right.
