I had made a reservation on Sunday but when I arrived at the store the system was down. It would have been nice to have been notified prior to arrival. Is there a way to print out reservations for the next day? I was told that I would be contacted once the system was up so I could reschedule. That did not happen. I finally called yesterday and the young man on duty during the day was very helpful. The pick up went fine. He was very thorough and provided me with excellent customer service. I picked up at 4:00. Dropped off my truck on a Sunday morning going through the proper process on Uhaul's Website. On Tuesday, I received an amended contract saying I dropped off the truck on Monday, and drove it 67 miles, which is nonsense, and also brought on an extra charge of $63.23. I called customer service, waited on hold for nearly an hour, was told someone would reach out to me in 24-48 hours. That was a week ago.JUSTIN M.
No representative came out to check the truck prior and nowhere during the process did it say to check and make sure your rental equipment is in the back of the truck. Come to find out, none of it was, so when I got to the house, it was not there, so had to go back and get it. My only complaint.Christopher R.

Make sure the equipment is maintained little better. When I did my walk around inspection, noticed that pad lock was cut and left hanging. They did replace the lock after I asked them to.ARTHUR S.
U-haul service person should have explained process for returning a vehicle, specifically the check-in lane. Was charged $8.00 for 2 gallons of gas. Drove truck for a total of 8 miles and I did put in one gallon of gas. I complained and awaiting resolution. Truck did not have A/C.Steven S.
Make sure that the vehicle is clean in and out (the truck I rented was not) and spray disinfectant or fabric spray, the whole time I had the truck I kept the windows down because it had a strong cigarette smell.ERIC C.
Friendly and helpful staff. Quick process. Also removed duplicate reservation (see below) quickly. When I logged into website on pickup morning to confirm everything, the reservation was missing. I made another online reservation. I also tried to do the online check-in, but the system kept crashing when I tried to submit everything.
