Two guys were sitting behind the counter. I went in and told them I needed to return a trailer. One guy ignored me, the other told me there was a lady outside and I needed to go find her. I did go outside and try to find her. She was not out there. So he had to get up and help me. It really seemed to put him out.

I spent 10 minutes trying to clean the windshield so I could drive.
WILLIAM WThe experience was nice and employees were very professional. My only concern is that since you get charged by the miles you drive, I feel the odometer has been manipulated or tampered with to roll over more miles than what you actually drive. From the U-Haul location to my property was only 3 miles to and from. When I returned the truck they charged me 18 miles total, when I didn't drive more than maybe 7 total miles. It makes no sense other than the odometer rolls more miles to charge you more.
DARWINN FI have already called your customer service line to make a complaint about my experience and this is the email response I received.. "Calvin Jackson has responded to your recent request. To check your status click here: Reference Id #5129262 Or within your account at uhaul.com Re: 20176183" yet I don't see any kind of "response" to this issue from this location anywhere in my Uhaul account. Nor have I recieved any communication from Calvin Jackson. The original issue was with one of the store employees verbally providing me with a different price than what I was charged. I feel this individual did not know the correct price information when showing me the difference between a cargo van and box truck.
SAVANAH GMade my reservation and trailer was not there. Had to find a second location but U-Haul would not adhere to their $50 guarantee that trailer would be at location reserved even when it was verified the first location never had that trailer.

JOB AThe moving company I hired through you did not use the furniture pads properly and did not know how to pack your pods properly so not all of my boxes were put in the pod even though there was tons of room left over. Furniture was damaged, broken couch for example. Recommend moving companies get training on how to pack your pods or they don't get added to your site. Also they were "rushed", two packers left before the minimum 2 hours were up so it was one guy left packing the pod and moving boxes and furniture in and out. He didn't want to stay longer than the 2 hours.

Drew NI waited 30 minutes for someone to come and hook the trailer up after checking in at the counter. I ended up hooking it up myself but had to wait for the wiring connector and for someone to take the photo. When I returned the trailer, there was a worker checking in a truck but after 10 min he disappeared so I checked it in online. Probably the worst Uhaul facility in the Springs and I won't use them again.

EUTIMIO OI was over charged. In the picture that I took of the dashboard it shows the milage as 11310. Upon return the agent says 11309 as the starting miles, only 1 mile. From U-Haul to my house 2,5 miles. Then my house to the pickup is 10 miles. From the pickup back to my house is 10 miles. My house back to U-Haul is 2,5 miles. For a total of 25 miles. 3 extra miles. This is the second time I have been over charged. I just let it go before but this is week 2. I will be looking for an alternative for my Saturday run.

BARI BThe entire staff at this location are amazing but Michelle, in particular, is a standout. I walked in and she was on, what appeared to be, a very challenging phone call. She acknowledged me when I walked in and let me know she would be with me as soon as she was finished with the call. You could tell that the caller was very confused and very talkative, and Michelle handled it beautifully. She was patient and kind and never seemed stressed. When she was finished with the call, she handled my return of extra boxes and then my rental quickly and efficiently. She is a gem and is a definite asset to this location.

The staff provided me with the phone number that I needed to call to take care of balance the E alert. I spent over 2 hours on the phone waiting for a representative for them to tell me they couldn't see a balance and for me to refer back to the store, so I did they found balance I paid them they told me it was lifted I will be good to rent. I stand in line for over an hour the next day after making reservation for storage and uhaul truck along with other items after paying for it. The representative tells me I showed up for E alert and he couldn't do anything for me but give me a number to get it lifted. I wasn't going to do an repeat of what I just did terrible. Very unhappy either the system has to be better or staff in store should have ability to get things taken care of for the customer I really needed the uhaul services you guys failed me

The "deal" did not give clear instructions that I would have to drop off the uhaul truck at the storage site and then use that site for my rent of a unit. I almost canceled the unit when I found out I would not get a free month. There are lots of other choice less expensive in town .

Absolutely no height restrictions signs posted preventing my moving company from accessing the unit. (I have pics that prove the condition at move out) pull string on door was rotted and broke. I had to boost my girlfriend up to reach it to shut the unit door. Also when speaking to anybody at the store make sure you get the persons name… I was told since I was a valued customer they would pro-rate the 3 weeks of unused time or even credit the whole month. When I spoke to Jarred the manager he said "we don't typically do that." So I paid the entire month amount for 5 days. Very disappointed considering even with U-Haul stock going to the moon over Covid era… they raise rent without a care in the world for those who are struggling. Just another entitled corporate fat cat. I would recommend Any place over UHaul.

Daniel W | Expérience généraleThe facility is nice and new, no complaints. The only negative about the facility are the homeless people in the area. They force their way into the facility as you're moving your stuff. They then wonder around and fill up all their water sources and pick through the sharing area. The worst part about my move was the truck. The 26ft truck was not safe to drive. As I drove down the rode the whole truck would shake almost uncontrollably. It damaged my dressers and all my big items that were touching each other. I wrapped most of my stuff in bubble wrap and plastic but it rubbed through my bubble wrap. It didn't start shaking until I got to 40mph so on my initial drive to my house I couldn't tell the front end was out of alignment. After I loaded the truck and first got on the highway I knew I messed up. I haven't tested my tvs yet so I hope they work. When I say it shook I had to adjust the mirrors every stop. The truck was not safe things could have went way worse.

The facility accumulates broken down furniture for donations "share with a neighbor" is a joke when you know as well as I do it winds up in the dumpster for free.
