Fix the phone system so when you call 5 seconds after missing a call you can get the location and not the call center and wait 20 minutes to say " I just missed a call" and they don't know why the call was madedorothy F.
I was told it would be $39.95 plus $1.09 per mile. I picked up at 10:45 yesterday 11 June 2021 and returned the vehicle at 4:07 am on 12 June 2021. This was not 24 hours and I was charged for two rental periods. I paid in cash upon pick up and verified multiple times that dropping off in the middle of the night wasn't going to be an issue and each time I was reassured I wouldn't be charged extra. I did not authorize a payment to go through on my debit card yet they tried to charge it. I did not provide them with this debit card it was on file from a previous move. We are Military and move often. I will never do business with u-hual againANDRES P.

The check in and getting the equipment was outstanding. Returning equipment however was less than desirable. The person responsible for taking back the truck saw me waiting for over 25 minutes and neglected to help me until somebody came out and told him to do so. I have rented from this location quite a few times, this is the first time I have ever had this experience and hopefully the last.Richard W.

Trying to contact u-haul after the return is nearly impossible. It took 10 minutes on chat to find out why the CC shows no charges. I called the u-haul where we got the trailer and it was a 20 minute hold or longer.Carl S.
We were renting a trailer to haul lumber. I made my reservation online and did the online check in before picking up. There was one customer ahead of us when we came at our scheduled time to pick up. They asked for the same information I put in the online check in and it took almost and hour to get the trailer despite doing the expedited online check in. The trailer worked fine and return went more quickly. They were overall pleasant, but not very efficient.Scott R.

Location seemed grossly understaffed. Two employees were on the phone. One was getting answers on how to help a customer the other seemed to be on hold for an extended time. As the returning equipment line lengthened we decided to use the uhaul.com after hours return so we could leave. We never saw a person help with anyone's return. It was about 5:15pm. The truck would not start at 3:00 am after I unloaded the truck alone. I called roadside via internet and via return location... no help. A rep eventually answered the phone and she tried to call someone to check on the truck for 30 minutes but no one responded back to her. So I left the truck at the storage with the keys locked in the ignition, I tried everything but the steering was locked. So the rep told me I had to come back in the morning and follow up with the truck... Just so happened for some strange reason the truck started and I took it back.HATTIE C.
I booked over the phone, and the rental I was booked for was unavailable. perhaps a better synchronization between cooperate and the locations would be good. While this location was fine, I would not recommend Uhaul, in general, to a friend. My experience as a whole was so horrible yesterday that I have vowed to never use Uhaul again. In the next couple of days I plan to file a formal complaint against the Wasworth location and their unprofessional staff.Miranda S.
The tire on the car dolly being towed had a blowout and the trailer went wild, thrashing from side to side. The damage to the tire, rim and the fiberglass wheel well cover made it inoperable and it had to be towed. I spoke with the roadside assistance hotline and told them that I would have to drop off the equipment at the nearest location. ... No problem. I had called to have the drop-off location changed to this location. I was on hold for 40+ minutes and was suddenly disconnected. ... Problem! I called the pick-up location and let them know that I needed to change the drop-off location. ... No worries. I spoke with the manager of the original drop-off location and was told that there wouldn't be any problem and that they should waive any fees under the circumstances ... No problem PROBLEM: I WAS CHARGED ALMOST $300 FOR DROPPING OFF AT THE DIFFERENT LOCATION. I have now been on hold another 35 minutes and I am still holding. PROBLEM! I have called the location for the past 3 days and this is what happens EVERY SINGLE TIME.REBECCA P.

Windshield wiper was not working. while I was driving and heavy storm hits and no wiper is very dangerous. This can be a simple maintenance for the safety but not check basic maintenance prior to hands over to the customer is not something I was looking for.Young K.
