Rick C.Really don't like how the vehicle is checked for damage using a smartphone. You post pictures showing a pristine vehicle and it's up to me to dispute. If I miss something wrong and don't post a picture it's on me. Strikes me as sneaky legalize. Instead you should show pictures of the actual vehicle. Next time I'll do a walk around with an employee like old times.

daniel M.I got a rental to pick up furniture. I realized it was in Lynchburg so I agreed to change to mileage. When I got there I ended up spending 5 hours in a repair shop for the uhaul truck and couldn't conclude my business. I was told I would get a feee day but I had everything planned jd had to work but I agreed as long as it was free. I brought the rental back and was assured it was free then a couple hours later they attempt to charge about $263 . Not only was I struggling to complete my business, but I have to fight for a refund

marcia S.I was charged two days for returning the truck like 3-4 hours passed the due time of 24 hours when I was supposed to take it back the second day out by 8 am so I brought it back 17 hours before the due date still charged two days . When you get there you could wait in line to get checked in forever also the books to fill out to take the truck. I think the time to start renting should change to when you get the key and you're in the vehicle.? It's not the customers fault the staff is slow or short that also cuts into the customers moving time length and then we are charged extra for keeping it a little longer. Please come up with a day and a half rent fee special. I hated parking my car on the side of the road locked up like why not have a secured parking lot to drop your car off and not worried about it breaking into , please do better with these issues uhaul I know I'm not the only one with this problem.

There was an issue with the wiring in my car that was connected to the hitch harness that no one had ever figured out before & it had actually been cut. He had to come back and forth from other stores 3 times to work on various problems. He was very professional and respectful and genuinely wanted to help me. He also was clearly a model leader for the other employees. He is an extremely valuable employee and should be paid well!

Also, the way I see it, I haul owes me 2 service charges at my bank for IF charges because they couldn't follow directions. A customer cannot get through to unsullied employees that could possibly help them.
Jerry W. | Expérience généraleThe staff at this facility are pleasant...... however, I just picked up my (2) storage units less than 2 days ago after being stored for approximately 5 months and have found roaches, live roaches in my items, since getting our stuff into our home. While packing up our stuff, at the unit, we saw 2 live roaches on the outside of our boxes but didn't worry too much, as the units are located outside. This is totally UNACCEPTABLE!!! I woke this morning and found another live roach in my laundry room. The home we moved into is new and I am highly upset. I called the store today to inform and speak with management. I am currently pending a call, as he was not working today. I'm not sure if we had someone move into a unit close by that had bugs or pest control wasn't performed regularly. DO NOT store your belongings here if you care about your items coming out as they went in. BUG FREE!!

We didn't get the furniture dolley, but I still got charged for it. I didn't get a mattress cover with my box order, but I still paid for it. I want a refund, please.

Which I got a 10 foot truck with NO ramp! And no dolly. It was very hard to move everything. I also was very thankful that U haul place had a bigger storage! Other then all The frustration with that, everything else was great.

Hours were convenient for customers but service not so well and my storage unit had a leak for months, notified the former manager Brandon when he was still on duty about the leak but it was never fixed! Then they raised the monthly rent due and still didn't fixed my storage issue but they managed to have more new storage units put up in the facility where it's supposed to be well lit with the 24 hour access offered but it's not well lit at all!!! Will never return to this location if I ever need another storage, very bad customer service !!!!from a very disappointed customer who rented this storage unit for more than 3 years !will tell my friends and family also to not to go to this one!!
