Many thing went wrong with this experience. 1st tracking was not set up for the ubox. On 7.9.19 I spent over an hour and passed around to 5 different people before I was told it would arrive 7.15.18 and to the location were there was room to hold the ubox not to the closes location to my destination. Then it arrived the next day on 7.10.18. On 7.13.18 I received a picture of the ubox with damage and a message from Katie say it didn't look like anything got damaged. But clearly in the picture I had items hanging out of the broken door. On 7.19.18 I contacted Katie asking how to handle the situation since the ubox was broken I did not want to pull it. On 7.20.18 She said she would discount the cargo van fee and mileage. I said that would be fine if it would all fit in one trip. She said "you should be able". I said that was fine but 2 trips were not an option and unloading a van to reload a box truck was not an option either and I would be there on Sunday 7.22.18. She didn't respond back. When I arrived at the uhaul location on Sunday she had advised the individuals who were work I would be there, except she told them that i could have the cargo van with all waived fees or a box truck with no waived mileage. Once I stated how she never answered my last text the employee waved the box truck fees since it was new news to me. Now that I have completely unpacked, my bakers rack is missing 2 of its 4 legs and the corner of my TV is damaged but my TV still works, it is only the framing that is loose. I feel super upset with the unprofessionalism it the 1st text stating it didn't look like anything was damaged to the not responding to a business text to the fees trying to be charged because I didn't like the only option being given to me on how to get my stuff home after my ubox was damaged. This was a stressful experience with uhaul and very unsatisfying way of it being handled.

It does not appear that the online checkin really saves me much time. If I use online checkin, I would like to pull up, have my trailer waiting and not even need to go inside, sign any paperwork, etc.

From my first interaction picking up the keys to dropping them back off, I worked with 4 dif employees. All four were all excellent and represented your brand extremely well. They were all very professional, efficient, and made the entire process quick and easy.

When picking up the uhaul it was not ready I waited 2p minutes for it. I asked Jarrett why wasn't the truck ready when I was 2 hours late to pick it up. He said in a threatening tone "I got 5p trucks yo check in and I'm here by myself that's why, so". He walked away from the truck thatveas for me and started in another one and to look it over but wasn't finished with me. When I asked was it ready he said yes when i got in the truck he said no wait and proceeded to try and clean up the truck. Before entering the vehicle I asked Jarrett could he assist me out if the parking lot it was full and hectic. He would not he said "just go around the back of the building you will be okay". Upon bringing the truck back I was hoping to be dealing with another employee due to his hostility but Jarrett was the only one there. I walked into the building to return the keys no one was inside at the time. Jarrett soon came in behind me and was saying something from the door but I could not hear him. When he approached the counter in an aggressive tone he said "you know you owe me right"? I asked what was he talking about he said aggressively "I got you on camera and I can call the police". I asked why was he so rude and stated that I had not been treated this way before I told him that he was rude the day before and now again. He became combative saying no I didn't repetiveley. I asked could you please give me my reciept and he refused and then replied "I can email it to you, I will mot process this payment while youre here". Feeling threatened by Jarrett I ran out of the building hoping to be able to deal with this issue with corporate office or someone else that isn't rude or threatening towards me. I did not authorize any payments or sign for anything. I am afraid that Jarrett has inappropriately handled my personal information and cresit card and would like some assistance with this issue. I hope that someone will help.

Truck was well maintained but the windshield was filthy inside and out. We left early in the morning not quite daylight. The inside was so smeared I could not see out of it. We had to stop at first gas station to clean windshield inside and out. Terrible. Truck had 166 k miles on it, called Old faithful Bertha by the staff. NO AC Truck did jod drove well just need to clean the windows properly.

What a horrific experience! Condescending staff. Rude. Inconsiderate. One employee running around without a shirt. The other one allegedly brand new with less than zero customer service skills. I don’t know where to begin or end how awful this experience was.

Cargo trailer was returned on Saturday, after hours, as I mentioned to the rep at pickup. To my surprise, I received a bill for roughly $60 more than I expected. Oh and might I add, I was charged for furniture pads that I never received. I emailed the GM email box that was listed on the invoice I receive, and attempted to call yesterday and waited on hold for almost 20 minutes and hung up. (maybe they were closed for the holiday, maybe not). I have rented from U-Haul many times and this is the first issue I have ever had... very frustrating.

Not charge customers for the extra insurance when they had repeatedly told you not to. A sincere apology would have been nice as well as not having to remind the salesperson to refund the tax they charged for the error.

Don’t go there to rent. One person working on duty. Ten people in line. Our contract was written for a truck that had the wrong key to it. Paperwork was written up wrong. Totally unprofessional. I don’t blame the one guy left at the desk. I feel he was just over loaded by too much work and NO help! But that’s no excuse for management or the Uhaul HQ allowing it to happen. Plus ppl had throw food wrappers all over the parking lot. Nasty.

We dealt with a man named Wesley who took great care of us from beginning to end. He is an EXCELLENT customer service professional. Unlike the man in Ohio, who just said there was "nothing he could do" when problems occurred, Wesley was proactive and very helpful when we explained we were running late to get to Va before closing. He came after hours to open up the gate to let us in and we really appreciate that extra effort. I would recommend this location to everyone who needs Uhaul or storage or supplies. The GM and Wesley have been very helpful and accommodating each time I have been there. Moving can be stressful but thanks to the professionals at the Hershberger store, we have had a great experience!

Check in took longer than it should. There was only one employee on duty and even though he was doing the best he could, he couldn’t keep up.

Due to confusion with our reservation I had to call multiple times to get it worked out. One of the employees was extremely sexist and chauvinistic. When talking to me he made the impression that I was ignorant by speaking down to me. I will not be recommending this location.
