After we booked and called back for location/time confirmation was told that U-Haul does not guarantee. I, husband, and mother who was mother was also told the same thing be different representatives. Dixie who works for your corporate office was not helpful after we raised confirm that we booked your 3rd party moving company from 10 to 12 on 4/30 based on the guarantee that your staff falsely confirmed at booking.

salvador V.I was sitting in the office for 45 minutes or longer to have someone to show up in the office. Yes the office is empty. Then finally someone came along only to tell me my reservation is canceled cause they don't have the 9' cargo van I reserved. The rude employee then claimed he called me and texted me regarding the cancellation. I didn't receive anything. Then the hand off was just i will give you a number to call for return. And go outside to look at the larger truck that I have to pay extra for. With no instructions of what to do or walk through. The picture on the online walkthrough is not updated forever. The truck is dirty and with a lot of dent. The fuel level is not at half as promised. The experience is just shit.

Timothy D M.I reserved a trailer a few weeks early to make sure availability was an option. At 7pm the night before a 7am pick up I received a message saying my trailer would not be there and would be at another location 20miles away. When I picked up the trailer I told them I would be dropping it at the other location near me and they said it was an extra charge. Unreal. I ended up taking the trailer 40+ miles and 1,5 hours out of my way for the trailer. The employee gave me a $50 credit which was expectable but would rather have my reservation be correct.

No cussing, verbal foul language and threatening to physically hurt & stand up in the customer's face & telling the customer's mother to shut the f**k up! A lot of words were exchanged & very heated arguments. Both manager & associate on duty who checked in my equipment return had bad attitudes when we arrived & made me and my family feel horrible. My mother's blood sugar level went so low she was shaking & my baby sister was scared and crying. I hope someone takes a look at this and takes further action so no one else goes through this experience again.
Maricios J.Attention to customer service could use refinement. The gentleman who processed my rental was very dry in personality. He had a poker face and when I asked if he was helping anyone as there was a customer standing on the side but no one in front, he did not bother to respond and simply pointed his chin forward. At that point, I noticed a customer had returned from outside and was being helped. The customer responded to me, rather. However, when I returned the rental, the gentleman who assisted me was very friendly and kind. There was a long wait both times and there were only 3 customers including myself each time. I'm not inclined to return to a business where I'm greeted with attitude or lack of basic and pleasant customer service. I am a manager for the State and therefore exposed to many personalities and can say a simple smile or an "I'll be right with you" goes a long way. Simply acknowledge.
Lucy F.I always rent vans/ trucks to the Anaheim location! Everyone is always great! I do have to say though that the cab smelled incredible bad! At first it was nice.( some sort of deodorizer) but once it heated up a little bit, the cab started to smell like urine.

Other thank you again for making this experience just a little easier. But I would not recommend that facility. On the count of no elevator and the ceilings are very short made it a little more difficult especially since I am a 6 ft tall man. Have a great day thanks again
