Horrible storages and entrances
Everything was fine, except for the days that I wanted to close out my account. On one day, after waiting 20 minutes for the gentleman to finish fumbling with the printer, I was told he couldn't close my account, and that I would have to return the following day. On the second occasion, I waited for a while - even though the office was open, no one was in the store, or anywhere to be seen on the grounds.
I did BUSSINESS with your company at the Anaheim location for close to 8 years, due to deteriorating health concerns I had to leave the state to be with family, thank you for your outstanding service. Ralph Owens. Ps, except for the rat drippings.

Will never recommend U-Haul.
Good experience with staff. A little hard to get into since it is compact and stuffy in the halls. Twice when I came by there were people loitering around the area which made me a bit uneasy. Thank u.
