Jeremy and Jonathan each helped me at drop off. Amazing! I have Spent several years renting U-Haul trailers and trucks and this location is by far the best - extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional, very clean, easy access, etc. I will be also leaving google reviews!

DIMAS MI am always impressed by this locations equipment and personnel. I have come to rely on renting the pick-up truck 3 or more times a year so please keep the pick up trucks at this location. Thank you for another great rental experience.
Brian SPrior to returning the transporter and truck, we called this location and spoke with Jeremey. He was very friendly and answered all our questions and provided additional information that was helpful. Then when we dropped the truck off, he remembered talking with us. He also resolved an administrative issue. I'd describe him as a customer focused customer service stellar Uhaul agent!

Your GM, Mr. George Jadin make it easy for me to get everything that I need, and even go out of his way to comfort me and apology for the earlier racism treatment I got from one of your location.

patricia GYour Uhaul staff went above and beyond to assist us at this location. In regards to UHaul company service (not the location), I was very unhappy. I had originally scheduled for the truck to be picked up at your Destin location off Mountain Drive. However, when I got there to pick up the truck, I was informed that they didn't have one and that Uhaul had moved me to the N Beal Pkway store, which was nearly 20 miles from the store I had signed up for. It was out of our way in Fort Walton, as we were moving East. I never received any emails or text notifications from Uhaul in regards to the change, which is completely unprofessional. I had a friend drive me to the Mountain Drive location on his way to work. When we found out it was in Fort Walton, he had to take me and it took nearly another 45 minutes for him to get to work and he was late as a result. I was not very happy with your company as a whole. HOWEVER, your staff at the 631 N Beal Pkwy store were amazing, it was just your online and your actual company booking and the communication that I was very unhappy with.

U-haul was not going to send me a refund for the overcharge. The manager in Ft. Walton, George Jadin, took it upon himself to make things right. He processed a refund for $32. When I raised concerns that he was being penalized for the overcharge in Louisville, he said he wanted to make it right for me and for U-haul. Merci.

BOBBY T | Premières impressionsThis is the 2nd time I rented from this U-Haul location in the past 6 months. First time: the vehicle was 2 1/2 hours past reservation time. This time: I called on a week day and spoke with Brandon, he quoted me the daily rate and 0,59 per mile and reservation was set up for Saturday, pickup at noon, to be returned on Monday at noon. Upon arrival, res# was given to Lilli (the manager on duty) & she charged me 0,69 per mile. I asked her to speak with Brandon and she held to the 0,69 per mile. When I was outside after paying with my credit card, Brandon admitted in the parking lot that he quoted me 0,59 per mile. I used the vehicle and returned it the same day. I made other arrangements with another rental company and accomplished my 2 day need. If your manager, Lilli, continues to manage your business the way she did with me, you will soon run out of customers. I will never rent from this location again. I own a business & interact with the public and will share this experience every chance I get when someone asks for a rental referral. Thank you. Best of luck.

I reported it however they had closed out my account and called the manager after in which it was said there was nothing that could be done! So disappointed! I moved the furniture to different storage in hopes it will at least maintain its condition but the top is ruined and will have to somehow be covered to look presentable! I wish the young ladies at the location would have better exsplained that they had JUST CLEARED MY ACCOUNT! I had no choice but to get it done as I had to leave town on emergency and not sure when I will be back to report otherwise! Over the past 8 months between truck rentals and storage I've spent a small fortune! I have 2 more units I need to move but doubtful I will be using this company or recommending to anyone! Very disturbing every one out for that almighty 1 and customer services no longer seem to care! The one company I still trusted has joined the ranks with the rest! ! Very upset ! This furo was is outstanding condition purchased in 1987 ! Was not perfect but near perfect condition passed down to my son! I had pictures that was taken prior to moving it to storage as I took pictures to remember my parents home after my dad passed and my mom sold her house! So much for vintage or antique or heirloom! You really do need to do something about the moisture in the units! People being Charged way to much to have furniture destroyed! With working on base plenty of folks to worn about these units and company! Don't believe in my eyes this is over!

Uhaul charged my card and I never authorized payment April claims she reversed the charges and states she sent an email when the reversal was completed, I never received an email until after I notified her and I received the email 4 times after I spoke with her questioning the reversal. The reversal should have already hit my bank that hasn't happened. I will never use this place ever again!

Question 3: unit clean except rat poison box in unit, facility clean except broken old drywall outside another unit with nails in it that we had to dry/park by. check in to unload our Uhaul cargo trailer into a storage unit we were told we couldn't drop it at that facility after being told we could via email confirmation and had to take it somewhere else. Then after unloading went to lock the unit and the whole metal plate with slide bolt came off in my hand. It was broken and I couldn't secure my unit. I took pictures. Walked up to office was told by young man he couldn't fix it and to call his manager , cell number on her card, which wasn't on card, who had left for the day. He had to call, don't know what she said. I told him I'm not leaving my unit unsecured and I told a woman at customer service number that me and my 79 yr old mother who just unloaded we're NOT moving it to another unit! It's now around 5pm. He then gets tools and repairs to best he can. Put my lock on. The facility is not gated and I told him uhaul will be responsible for any loss of our belongings. He said a new bolt will be put on today. Not sure how that's going to happen unless I take the lock off?? Haven't been contacted today yet. Facility extremely busy at 5:30pm. Inside 6 people in line, 1 clerk. Outside 4 uhaul trucks in line to be dropped off. 2 guys outside one of which was the guy trying to fix my units lock. They all looked extremely frustrated. They let us return the trailer there at this point. We paid approx $120. For the unit which is not secure. We are moving out in a month when we rent another Uhaul truck?? to Pa from Fl.
