They inform me that there is accident report. I didn't do any accident. After I said I am calling customer service they suddenly said everything is fine.

You can FIRST - Speak to the PAYING customer upon entry to your establishment, especially when they walk in and speak to you. Even if you don't speak first. Have some self-respect by returning the greeting. SECOND - You can actually acknowledge the customer's questions and not TOTALLY ignore that they've said something to you. THIRD - Don't make the customer wait while you have a fun conversation on your phone all the while staring at the customer who needs your help! AND then go inside and NEVER acknowledge the customer is there to drop of the truck. The sign says to pull up and wait with your equipment until an employee assists you. Well, I see that was never going to happen. We had to go in and retrieve the person, who by the way, was already outside, on his phone, laughing and talking. When it was over, he politely took his lazy behind inside and waited for us to come in and get him. What kind of behavior is that? Why is he there, as well as the other two, who by the way, let me into the gate. SO, I know they knew we were there. There is no other way to enter, unless you been let in. If they are not willing to help the customer upon their return, why are they there? FOURTH - When the transaction is final, you THANK the PAYING customer for giving you their business. IN A NUTSHELL, your CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS COMPLETELY, ALL THE WAY AROUND! There is absolutely NOTHING positive that I have to say about this encounter. I left this UHAUL location FURIOUS! My blood pressure I'm sure had sky-rocketed when I left. Not only did this happen, once, BUT I had to endure this type of treatment, this type of behavior, twice. At pick-up and at drop-off. NEITHER of those visits went well. I have never been so disappointed in my life! You all need to revamp that entire staff. I will NEVER EVER use this location again in my life. I would NEVER EVER recommend this location to my worst enemy! So naturally, I wouldn't put anyone that I love and care about through such disrespect. That’s how much this location SUCKS! It pains me that I gave my money to a location that cares ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about its customers. I would have the audacity to suggest customer service training, but the way I was treated, there is no way you can fix people of this nature. I WAS COMPLETELY DISRESPECTED and I am so unhappy with the HORRIBLE customer service (if I dare to call it that) and raggedy truck that I was given. If you were the last UHAUL location in the world, I would pack all of my furniture on my back before I ever give you any more business or any of my hard-earned money. YOU ALL SUCK!

1. Store opened 15 minutes late. 2. store hours were Sunday 9-5. But closing manager locks door at 4:30 to do her books in peace. This is a problem for people, like myself, who reserved their truck until 5pm

I was not told about expecting a text that would ask me to do a inspection of the uhaul I was renting before I took it.. And upon returning the vehicle the person working claimed that a damaged part of the vehicle was my fault. And I was forced to pay for damages. At the very least the person that helped me with my reservation should have made me aware of the fact that I would get a text message in order for me to verify previous damages on the uhaul. Was not happy about the service especially when I did have any incident with the uhaul yet was forced to pay.

You can improve on affordable mileage prices for customers renting your trucks going long distances cost me five hundred dollars plus gas to go to Fort Worth ridiculous thank God I could afford it but the average person would be stuck out in the cold no free mileage at all for out of town usage of your equipment insane this will be my last time using Uhual total rip off and will be encouraging other to do the same you big name company going to learn about taking advantage of the consumer without us you want exist at all

The Supervisor Dana was real rude and needs to be fired. If you can play back the call you can hear her; she shouldn’t be working in customer service AT ALL! It only was she rude on the phone, she scheduled me the smallest Uhaul and told me that was the only available; she also scheduled it as an intown after I explained I’m moving to another part of town. Didn’t know it was an intown or how to pick up the truck until I called another representative on the phone. When I returned the truck, I found out that it was other locations near by where I could of got a bigger rental and used it as one way. I don’t have a screenshot of her last name, but she is the second to last person I spoke with Saturday. She should not be a supervisor. Please USE MY CALL BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING! She made me feel like if I don’t shut up, she not going to help me; it even got to the point where I had to say out loud, “what happened to customer service!” I will no longer use Uhaul again.
