When I walked in the clerk asked me why I wanted to change it from a mobile pick up to a inside after removing her drawer ans stating she was about to count it down. In customer service your customer shouldn't be made to feel as though she is bothering you. The gentleman was very helpful & provided a lot of detail. Had she not did that I would've probably been overly satisfied.

Bissonnet location has excellent service.
The entire experience was frustrating. The people were rude and argumentative. They would not allow me to use my bank card (not prepaid) with a VISA symbol to secure a cargo van which i had previously done at a different location. When I pointed that out I was told that the other location broke the rules and he wouldn't rent to me. Because I needed the truck for later times in the day this location was my only option. So i got on my phone, made a reservation. Entered all the info. Drivers license photos. Credit card, etc to lessen contact with the agents inside. Upon my 2nd arrival I was still treated rudely. I was made to provide my DL again and photos were taken. I was asked to insert my CC although I had already provided all the information online. It is now 3 days later and I get an email from the location this morning with a copy of my contract (a little late I've already returned the truck) and a new charge for the original amount is reflecting in my bank in addition to the total amount paid in full that had already been charged. The location claims it is a hold amount and basically told me its my problem and to contact my bank. I rented 3 weeks ago at a different location and it was a smooth easy process with only 1 amount charged at the time of drop off. It's shameful that all locations are not held to the same standard.
The only problem is this is the third place I visit to get the first part of my order! It's not his problem, it's the system. it's the order confirmation call department!
I just drove 11 miles and they showed I need to put 4 gallons gas. I wonder what kind of trunk is that which gives the mileage of 3 miles per gallon.
This is not the first time I had booked an u haul but this was the worst treatment I ever received. I would never ever go back to this location of uhaul. I felt compelled and harrassed. I had only used the uhaul for just 6 miles and hence pumped a dollar in gas. The manager there told me that I will be charged 6.5 $ towards gas charges . I told him that I just pumped a dollar in gas as I used the vehicle for 6 miles in total. He told me that , it was not even a gallon and charged me 6.5$ for the same. I did not resist as I had no time to waste. Just paid the amount and left diplomatically.
Everything was awesome.
The truck can was not clean inside. There was only 1/8 tank of fuel. The attendant apologized, but that doesn't put gas in the vehicle...we were expecting a hurricane and in a hurry to depart.

Make the rental process less complicated by informing the customer what they will need to do from beginning to end because the automated system gets confusing at some parts; especially the photo uploading part.

It double charged my account
It seems my last two rentals I had a problem with my service where by I wanted to do a 24 hour rental and was told each time the truck was reserved for someone else at a certain time which forced me to have the rental back and do a rush job. The first time I call about over extending after a different shift was on I was told by that person they don't know why I was told that and told me I could keep the truck. (After all I paid a full rental fee). The exact same experience happened the second time and that truck also WAS NOT RESERVED! In addition, you all owe me for 14.6 mileages and I have not received a reversal on my debit card as to date. I would appreciate the refund that is due to me. My contact number is 713-405-0366.
