My fault for not using the app before I left, but I was also told before the rental that the text message setup was bad. Either way I was charged for a tire I didn't blow. And will take care of this concern on my own as the staff was nice but did not have a proper resolution.REUBEN B.

I have used This location several times the staff is great, they are always Really busy so if you go be patient, they will work with you to accommodate and cater to your needs. Everything went well with the rental process. When I returned the rental I was having an issue with my internet but your employee; Dane Grant, took the time to help me out and get me checked out. Location and employees were great and easy to work with but the truck itself was something else. This truck probably needed a major tune up it was hard to start and not to mention if you didn't hold the wheel with both hands you were going to get into an accident .Mark M.
I do have a complaint, when I picked up the truck, they said to return the truck with the gas needle at the same level. I checked and it looked full so I asked is the tank full and they said yes. So before I dropped the truck off, I filled up the tank and it took 8,5 gallons. But I only drove 29 miles, so I couldn't have used 8,5 gallons. Maybe I used 3 gallons or maybe 4 but not 8.5. How can I get reimbursed for the extra gas I put in the truck. The agent at the Stamford store where I returned the truck confirmed I put this much gas in because he took a picture of my gas receipt.Nicholas G.
I'm a moving helper. When I went to pick up a clients uboxs I was flat out told no (because "it was to much work") and the next customer was called. The Regional manager needed to be involved to fix the problem. I had to come back the next day to do the job and then I was double charged on the truck.....AUSTIN A.

I had a very poor experience at the Boston Ave location today. There was only one person at the office this morning and he was extremely slow. He also seemed distracted and would not make eye contact or speak clearly about what was going on. I told him that I was planning to wait at the office for the install since I was informed that it would take 1 hr to 1 hr 15 min. He said "you can wait if you like. I cant give you any estimate on time." The person he handed my keys to did not want to talk to me. "I am on my break", he said. I decided to go back home and come back for my car. It took 45 minutes for all that. The third person in line behind me lost his cool and ended up bickering with the person on the desk. The evening experience was equally bad. The guy at the desk couldn't tell me where my car was in the lot. When I found my car the mount and ball was missing. After a call to the technician "It is in your car". The guy at the desk didnt want to show me how to install it. He said: "As a favor I can show you how it is done, but it is not my job. I will do that after I attend to other customers.". So, I waited for another 15 minutes. This location and all the employees who work there are the worst people imaginable.Vikas A.

The estimated fuel on my contract was off by 1/4 tank so I used their customer friendly app to update the information and even took a picture of the gauge. It was half way between 1/2 and 3/4. When I got my receipt with the upcharge for the mileage overage, I was also hit with 2 gallons of gas. The receipt even showed a little fuel gauge representation and it was spot on half way between 1/2 and 3/4. Really?!?!? This was after the guy that checked me back in told me the gas was fine but we went over on miles. Unbelievable! What a scam!SCOTT S.

Yes or no answers here are not adequate. For example, my storage space was clean enough, but light not working, so it was pitch black inside. The staff did their best to provide a substitute battery light, but it was not properly maintained. Also, I was not aware that the space was down a long flight of stairs, no elevator, no ramps for hand trucks. Very disappointed with that. And, one should be able to return the truck to any of the three U-haul places in Bridgeport. Very inconvenient, now.,Nancy M. | Premières impressions
