3 different managers tell you 3 different things on the policies and procedures, wasting my time & money, gas driving to the location only to find out we didn't need to stop in to get it serviced after 3 days, etc., Thankfully the 3rd manager I dealt with was helpful and didn't give me the runaround BS.

One bald tire another tire that started to sperate on my trip - lucky found a U-haul that put two new tires on the trailer during my trip on a Sunday. Now 45 days later still have not refunded my deposit.

I used a truck from THIS location and everyone was fantastic , the storage facility on pecos and DI where I needed to get my stuff from was hands down the worst EVER….. Public Storage 👎

Horrible experience they charged me mad money, didnt have a unit available to store my belongings, then reported vehicle stolen, was very very rude to me and told me it wasn't their problem what I did with my property but they wanted their truck back and reported it stolen. I called emailed and kept in touch daily and still threatened me and be littles me. I will never ever do business there again

It's ok...it's just that when a customer knows wat they think of certain things not right just help them make it right don't make them think it's ok to say it's the same n not check the vehicle thinking it's clean n it's not some ppl has the right to say wats wrong they won't walk away from it they wanna make sure wat they paying is worthed have ALL vehicle checked before they leave the parking lot n feeling happy as they came in n out. Not saying to the ppl in the office it's the one that helped us bring the vehicle out to us today. The front desk were cool n nice to us good keep up the good work Mahalo Andrew! The whole crew was super great despite being really busy, Christopher did an amazing job adding a trailer hitch and then getting me set up with a trailer. This was all last minute due to a miscalculation on how much stuff we had to move to our new apartment. Johann moved my reservation from a different location to this location so I didn't have to drive to another after getting the hitch. One of the best customer experiences I've had in a long time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location.

Locked outta my storage for 2 months even though it was paid and that was under an assumption they had no proof of and then they auctioned off my storage I'm currently in the process of litigating with a lawyer to further investigate these felonious charges and the unlawful auction of my property due to an assumption by General management of U-Haul staff and employees and I would like to state that I just got this message on the 17th and they scheduled me for a move out date on the 16th that's very illegal and I'm going to prosecute by the extent of the law that's f****** b******* and due to the fact that they currently acted as if they never had this phone number I'm suing them

Horrible customer service. Reserves a 10foot truck weeks in advance. When we went to pick it up they had none and put us in a 15foot which we did not want. Made comments that we were getting it at the 10foot price and I explained if I wanted a 15foot I would have reserved it. Was told they rented ours in the morning to a walk in and we're not going to turn a sale away just because we had a reservation

Lock was stuck. Was promised a credit for mileage for needing to return to location to remove lock. At $1,09 per mile, small credit should have been granted as told. Originally reserved for 24 hours, pick up location changed by UHAUL AND contract changed to 7 hours without consent. Not happy.

My experience with this is great. But I'm wondering why there is no reward program for returning customers. Most people use your truck only to move. I use your trucks every month. I leave more gas than I have to so the staff can use the truck. Sometimes I can't tip so I leave extra gas. The company doesn't recognize this gesture as a worthy act. The founder death happened on October 4th. This year to honor the founder of U-Haul why not start a rewards program for returning customers who use trucks every month. This will create a big boost for U-Haul Your founder was killed in Las Vegas and to honor this man who gave us the greatest service known to the American family--moving truck. This is the best thing your company can do. Give back to the people. You are an American icon. Prove to me you deserve that to be the icon of American Moving culture. You can't watch a movie or tv show that wasn't used a U-Haul truck. I know because I teach film studies. Now do something and take care of your people GM need days off because it helps build a strong support staff if the GM is not able to work 6 days a week. I go to other sites and the GM's work very hard to provide the best service. I always go to the GM and introduce myself as a local business person who expects good service for my business which I do get from U-Haul. The rental service I use for transportation needs.

I was mostly satisfied with service except that my mileage in was recorded in error and I was charged 18 miles above what was actually driven. I was charged also for 4 gallons of gas probably based on the miles recorded in error so again, I was charged 25 % more than I used. That 10 foot truck runs at approx 12 mpg and we were charged for approx 9 mpg. We did freeway driving too. Anyway we await response from email to business.

The representative spent 10mins talking to a previous customer about a future job opportunity for a family member, before acknowledging anyone else. The rep also took a headshot and called every phone number I provided, which was the first time I had ever experienced this, despite renting from U-Haul numerous times.

You can improve your service by making sure the Gas is where you said it would be. I was told that the gas needed to be brought back at 1/4 tank but when I got into the truck it was at 1/8?? Also our ramp was too small for that size truck. The 26ft trucks usually have a longer ramp. Someone could get injured bad

I was told to expect a call from the manager today, but I'm not holding my breath. I showed up later than expected, so I was unable to chat with anyone in the office, but it was still during access hours. Not a problem, I believed, as my email clearly said that my free lock had been left in my unlocked unit. This was a lie. After figuring out the check-in process that required two separate card readers (why?) using the access code from the email, I walked in and found my unit still locked. This is where bad turned horrific. I called the managers number multiple times (using multiple phones) for self service help. The phone was simply off, it went straight to voicemail every time. Calling customer service, I asked if it was within my rights to use bolt cutters to gain access. They said no. I even offered to pay for the lock. I had driven hours from home and planned to return home in the late evening. As hotels were in high demand due to a conference, my options were another full day of driving the following day, or wait until the morning. The phone representatives basically told me "too bad, try tomorrow." Desperate, I tried sleeping in the car. If you have the ability, please look at the tape of the parking lot. We were chased out of there by a man who tried breaking into the car repeatedly and kept yelling at us. He also tried to break in to every truck in the parking lot, banging on them and causing a ruckus. Given the violence often shown by police, I felt that my best bet was to take my husband and belongings and park overnight somewhere safer. The person working in the office the following morning listened to this story, was sympathetic, and helped us promptly. Sadly, she was unable to provide us with a good explanation for why our unit wasn't ready, nor any way to make this experience less terrible. She said that she took note and promised to pass it to the manager.

The entire staff was professional and friendly. When I was moving my stuff out I didn't know if I was suppose to leave the lock and key somewhere so I went inside to check. There was a lady at the counter and she appeared very irate. It seemed as though there was a mix up with the ladies rental at another uhaul place and they sent here to this location. Ronda handle that lady so well I was very impressed. She stayed professional and polite the entire time. Ronda needs a bonus or raise after dealing with that lady!

My experience using U-Haul spreads to about 40-50 years. 20+ years in Las Vegas and at this location, 5316 Boulder Hwy, Las Vegas, NV. I have also used other U-Haul and other non-U-Haul storage facilities, in Nevada and other states. U-Haul is NOT without problems. Problems do occur during normal business transactions. In fact, many. The important thing is, that U-Haul or at least all of the locations I have dealt with, especially 5316 Boulder Highway ALWAYS solved any problems to a satisfactory conclusion before the end of the day. There are many things I do NOT like at U-Haul; they are mostly at corporate level. At the end of the day, U-Haul is a One-stop-provides-all-in-moving-and-storage-needs. I will continue doing business with U-Haul as long as the safety, satisfaction, customer service, and convenience continues.

I moved all my things out and moved back out of town, I have placed my lock back on the unit by mistake. Had told the facility I had done so and that i had cleared the unit out, but they continued to charge me for the unit because of the lock being still on there. That is not right or fair, I would like those charges taken off of me.

When we first got the unit we were told the price would never go up, grandfathered in, not so!!!! Some one had moth bolls in their unit witch I cannot be around without getting a severe headache and the facility wouldn't do anything about it..

could use better cleaning. We felt homeless people occupied the facility at times. There needs to be a routine check. Bathroom was used by homeless people very dirty!

The only complaint I have is that my access card wasn't working yet when I went back later to move some of my stuff in. And I have to return in the morning to get it reset before I can enter

The only thing is it took an hour or more to get waiting to get service, once it was my turn, it only took 5 minutes and I was done. Need to have more staff that is qualified to help customers.

That manager is evil and miserable .My husband and i fell on hard times and slept in our unit she caught us and gave us 30 days then switched it to 3 days liar Thats why she's lonely personality sucks

Issues with booking: Had to do three separate calls to make the reservation. Spoke to Michael at the call center first. Dirty locker. Manager said she would go get a broom but she never came back.
