The rental agent was intelligent, skilled, and very pleasant to interact with. He also knew how to spell my name correctly! I was running back and forth between two locations, trying to manage a moving company while transporting a few items myself in a U-Haul which was incredibly exhausting and frustrating. As a result, I was late for my pickup in the morning and ended up needing to return the truck a few hours late. Landon could not have been more understanding or helpful. The manager said he never seen that happen & I am currently on the phone w/ customer trying to get the situation resolved. Best UHaul renting experience I have encountered. Landon Moncada went above and beyond to take care of my return when he had no room in his facility. He offered to personally move the truck and trailer to another facility when the regional office accidentally assigned my return to his location. The staff were alright the storage unit I had leaked on my 50 dollar bronco I complained was told it would be fixed it never was and when I first rented the unit I told the it was to hi priced they explained it was because my rate would never change. The rest of the storage company's were cheaper but would raise my rate after a month but Uhaul did not use that filmic. But three months later you raised my already over priced rate even more. The management that was there in the beginning was terrible I lived out of town and they were rude and gave me a unit they knew had a broken door. It was the only big one available my shop equipment got broken due to the door falling on it and the manager at the time didn't even help me get my claim resolved I've been paying for over a year for stuff I can't use and had to replace my equipment and still have not been paid through the insurance! Landon was super friendly and helpful however he said there was going to be a 100 $deposit for paying with cash so when our total came out to 185 I believe we asked does that include our deposit and he said yes so when we turned the uhaul in we were thinking we was getting 100 back but only got 24 back so just a miscommunication but overall friendly and helpfulFannie M.

I I had a 23-hour reservation slot and was repeatedly harassed by the employee to change my drop off time to later that day. After explaining my situation to him several times, he still insisted that I sign up for an earlier drop off times and then call to extend if necessary. When I did ultimately call to extend, I called at least three or four times and wasn't able to read any staff at the location. Ultimately I did receive a phone call back after many repeated attempts to get through. The last thing someone needs on a day when they're moving stuff is additional stress. Two days after my rental, I still haven't received an e-mail with my official check out receipt.THERESA J.

I spoke to 15 customer service reps but none helped me. I was unable to pick up my truck after hours and I was charged for the incorrect amount of milesIshida H.
Location was a bit run down. The manager was unprofessional and even though I purchased the insurance he blamed me for a chip in the window that was already there. The truck interior smelled like smoke and was dirty. I would definitely not recommend this location to anyone.Brad J.

I entered my information on the portal for an online reservation. When the time comes to pick up the vehicle, I have to wait 40 minutes for the reservation agent to give me keys, even though the email, text message, and confirmation tell me the transaction is complete! This results in me missing the first two hours of an eight hour shift, due to the delay, and receiving a verbal warning for being late. I am very dissatisfied, especially because i have been renting Uhaul vehicles for years, with no issue. Please do better. ??????Astra P.

This was a terrible experience. Terrible communication from both employees that helped me, and I had no sooner pulled out of the lot with the vehicle when I got a text from U-Haul saying it was almost time to return it. Also I feel the rate was too much for the hour and a half that I needed the van. So many things went wrong and I'm not going to explain them all here. Just know I won't ever be back.Jill L.

It was horrible , so.the guy put in the wrong milage so when I returned the truck I couldn't log out of app for the man put the emilage over 100k .waited on hold with the rudest car reps who jus kept passing me on to the next rep who could not help me . Now it's 8 pm on the south side which I been sitting for over hour an half it's now dark I have to walk3 miles which is why I got there at 6 pm , then to top it off the last car rep who ki fly helped me tells me call-in the am .so I did waited on hold over an hour .. then I call the cell. U ber on the card to some lady who is on the card at location an she is very short with me, very rude ,cuts me off , mind you I rent a truck monthly an my company does weekly which I am in charge of. The manager was rude ?? didn't tell me when I would get my refund of funds release. Didn't thank me .didn't apologise for the horrible I convinced this has caused.. needless to say we will be using another company ... The worst experience in the 15 years we been using uhaul.. I will definitely make sure our company an it's partners do not ever use uhaul again ..Candi B.
The new younger guy who works the morning shift at this location is very slow. He is very very very nice but he has also made several mistakes with booking the wrong equipment and checking back in our rentals days after we do a night drop. We use this location at least once a week, the previous management was awesome and we loved them but now it takes three times as long to get anything done. It takes about 9 minutes on the phone to book a rental and 30-45 minutes to pick up our vans. We know hes trying but he really needs more training.Todd W.
It is a really small location, they had everything that I needed but would have loved more parking. I was glad there wasn't much traffic so I could play musical parking with my car and the rental. If there was a way to get 5 more parking spots, the location would be perfect.Brian S.
