The distance were too far for my things to be in this storage and there weren't any lock and the unit of 263 were lock and the attendant had to have me another unit.

Discovered the size would not work for me so I called in and Amber assisted. Explained my dilemma and was assigned another unit. She is very polite, professional and pleasant. Her customer service skills are top notch. Speaks clearly and explained anything I wasn't clear about. I would also like to mention that I dealt with 3 different employees at the 24th Street/McDowell location and they all were polite, professional and pleasant. They all seemed to really enjoy their job and if I had to take a guess of why they all had such great attitudes, I would say that their leader Terrence leads by example. He too was wonderful to deal with. It was pleasant walking in to a business hearing and seeing such great teamwork. Everyone really has a great attitude there. They are definitely a great team! Thank you all.
