Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe facility wasn’t staffed… it was ‘managed’ remotely. They just watch the cameras… I left because there were guys loitering with a flat bed trailer asking to be let in… the office just ‘watched on the cameras’… I didn’t feel like my property was secure… They also refused to extend promo pricing for a current, long standing tenant… I paid on time, every time and you took advantage of that and gauged my pricing… so I left And terminating my agreement took 3 calls and you still billed me… so you’ll have to credit me and I had to call again… just feels like nobody cared… so I stopped caring and moved my stuff

frank j | Expérience généraleI moved out on 10/20/25 and notified staff I had to go back a few times because I never received a move out notification . I had to call on 10/27/25 again. New rolling doors need to be replaced very hard to open.

She is very polite, professional and pleasant. Her customer service skills are top notch. Speaks clearly and explained anything I wasn't clear about. I would also like to mention that I dealt with 3 different employees at the 24th Street/McDowell location and they all were polite, professional and pleasant. They all seemed to really enjoy their job and if I had to take a guess of why they all had such great attitudes, I would say that their leader Terrence leads by example. He too was wonderful to deal with. It was pleasant walking in to a business hearing and seeing such great teamwork. Everyone really has a great attitude there. They are definitely a great team! Thank you all.
