Told me they didn't have the equipment for my reservation and as such I must have made the reservation that morning. Gave me paperwork and inspection link to wrong vehicle. Truck was filthy inside, Something splattered all over inside of windshield I had to clean before driving, center cupholder had been used as an ashtray and not cleaned.ANDREW H.

I have never been treated as badly. Tried to return equipment. Tried to politely ask the outside guy if I needed to stay outside or go inside to check in. He would not look at me or speak to me after asking him 3 times. Then a second guy did the same thing. I have no idea why. Ended up just leaving. This place is just rude and employees on their phone and ear buds in their ears. Too busy to help customerslawrence T.
The van itself was super dirty, looks like it they don't ever take the time to give the vans a quick wash down. Something inside the back of the cargo is really squeaky, every bump is heard. Upon turning the van on, I got a low tire pressure warning on the dash.Alicia B.
The mobile check in and return was quite easy however upon my return one of the representatives was available to assist me I ran into Truck so four hours I was allowed to return before closing however to check in with the representative the amount was excessive until we reviewed it together and determined that I was being charged for two days but everything was rectified I do appreciate all the help from all the representatives from start to finishEDGAR H.

The first person who helped me was obviously having a terrible day, because she had a hissy fit and actually walked away from her post and left me standing there. Eric then came and helped me square everything away and he was very help helpful and professional. I unfortunately remember having a similar experience to this in the past at this very same Uhaul location, possibly even the same person that initially 'helped' me, or just a coincidence that someone else could be just as bad as her.Theodosios V. | Premières impressions

I rented a 20' truck on 12/30 and received the keys to the truck. Got to the storage and found a nice surprise of a padlock on the back of it and no key. I attempted to call the store several times and couldn't get anyone to answer. Meanwhile, the movers that I paid money for by the hour were already there. I talked to U-Haul customer service several times and they couldn't reach the store as well for a solution. Meanwhile, I'm losing time and money with the moving company. Pretty much a wasted day and forgettable experience!!Terrence S.

I have to say that the experience will have me questioning wether or not I will Utilize your company for my next move or refer you in the future. I was the 3rd customer in line today at 9am and I was given the incorrect truck. The women who checked me in did go over the contract with me however it was pouring rain when I left so I jumped in the truck and left. However when I realized the gas tank and the mileage on the truck did not match the contract I contacted the phone number provided immediately. The women I spoke with tried to contact the spot I rented the truck from directly but was unsuccessful. So she said she notated on our contract that we were given a different truck. When I went to return the truck at the rental place they had no idea we had been given a different truck and made comments about having given someone else a different truck as well. They had me standing there for 10 minutes while they attempted to change the truck on my contract. Just had me stand there. They were trying to change something on web space? Eventually I asked if they needed anything else from me and they said no I can leave, that they will email me the final bill. So they let me stand there for no reason. The fact that they just let customers leave with the wrong truck and the customer service rep did not seems to care on the phone nor did the women helping me in person is pretty concerning.Nicholas D.

Staff needs to be better organized and friendlier. When we arrived to pickup the truck. The truck we reserved online was already given to someone else. Say another customer experience the same thing. The reservation was paid for and done on the app and the person who was at the desk did not have the patience or understand the situations and was overwhelmed. The process for the rental was flawless the execution with the staff at the desk was not helpful. The receiving staff for the key understood the situation. Arrived at the time of the rental and did not receive the truck until 11:30am. Please add more staff or train them to handle mobile app requests.Cesar M.

The truck was filthy! I understand there is a shortage of trucks and workers, however, being that we are in a pandemic and even if we weren't there is no excuse a truck in that condition should be rented to a customer, who is paying the regular rate!PHYLLIS H.

My preference is always to give a positive review but the individual who set me up with the van was wearing a mask and I understand why but I only understand a fraction of what he was telling me. The rental was supposed to be 4 hours but my intent was to have it back earlier but with rush hour traffic, there are no guarantees. On my way to check out the van, I received an email that I was now limited to 3 hours. That was pressure I did not need. I was told to confirm the mileage but when I started the engine, a message came up informing the need for checking the air pressure sensors. Knowing I was limited to 3 hours, I didn't have time to go back and sort it out so I did a visual inspection of the tires and knowing my cargo weighed less than 35 pounds, hurried on my way. The employees were all pleasant but having the hour taken away and finding the van needed the sensors checked left me with concerns about the maintenance of the truck. Otherwise, they appeared to operate very efficiently.Michael W.

I had roaches in the van . They crawled in my shoes and I had a pizza I was bringing home they crawled in it in the 45 â€˜mins I was driving . I was not able to take it to my son . I had to throw it out . 4 large brown roaches were inside my pizza and babies were crawling on my work shoes on the van . They are white . Was disgusting . The staff especially Alecia is so sweet and helpful she is a great customer service rep for your company and the returning men who take the vehicle . Very nice staff can't say much. About the cleanliness of the vehicles and I rent quite often .Darla D.

I advised an employee that the unit has been emptied and the lock has been removed. I have continued to be charged for the unit for the last 3 months and now they have sent it to collections. I have tried time and time again to contact the facility but have been unsuccessful in getting ahold of them. I have been forwarded to a call center and they stated they have left messages and that they would get ahold of me and they never did. I am extremely unhappy with these services. Ms. Betty was very friendly and she was extremely helpful to assist me with my accommodations. Ms. Betty is also very detailed orientated in educating me on how to enter the U-Haul storage facility. Ms. Betty also save me time and informed me the steps need to return U-Haul at different location. The only thing I would suggest is to maybe provide an option for people to assist the movers in unpacking id needed an for the workers to either say yes or no to get an additional pay or tips. I needed one person to assist me in unpacking but the employees were not allowed to assist. I would not mind paying additional cost.
