The gentleman that checked me in to rent the vehicle, and checked me out on return, was quick, efficient, courteous and easy to talk to. He remembered, and mentioned upon rental and return, that this was annual November rental for hauling some XMAS candy. I told him I'd see him again next year as he, and the facility made it so easy.

I would never recommend anyone use this Uhaul location. I have always promoted uhaul for their professionalism and how well the customer service there is BUT not at this location. The manager was completely rude and was a complete jerk to say the least. If this is how the manager acts, well he's setting a horrible example for his employees and is making the Uhaul brand look extremely bad. When I asked who his boss was he literally told me that they won't care and won't want to speak to me. I am totally appalled by how the manager spoke to me and treated me In front of his employees and other customers. I will tell everyone I know and meet to NEVER use this location and maybe not even recommend uhaul at all anymore.

Employees were not very friendly and actually a little rude. Truck was not ready at scheduled time. Then they had to give me a different truck. That truck reeked of cigarette and weed smell and ashes were all over the floor. The truck was parked so close to another uhaul item I could hardly get into the truck. First experience with uhaul ever and can't say I'm eager to experience them again any time soon.

Guy named Larry had me go get my own 15 foot truck. My pads and furniture dolly were not in the truck. I called had he was like” are you sure you paid for those” and I went back to get them. No one was present and I waited 20 minutes for him to come out of the back. I asked for a refund on the pads and got the furniture dolly. He was not very trustworthy and did not give me a receipt for the change - said he emailed it but it was not there. I called to check if the refund was applied because I did not trust time. Truck had holes in it where I could see daylight and was not very trustworthy. Would not have taken it on the highway.

I rented a unit and when I realized it was in the second floor I immediately called to have it switched to ground level. I was put on hold for 30 minuits. At which time I gave up and hung up the phone. I went in to the facility. I asked several. Times if I was going to be charged the first unit and the second unit I wanted to switch to. I was assured I wouldn't be since I had never even gone to that first unit. Today I see I have been charged for both. I need someone to contact me asap to get this resolved!

Manager was very rude I was told I could apply the free month of storage to my unit and then he told me that I could not and made me move my storage unit which was not a big deal but was beyond rude I will be looking for another storage place and will cancel with you when I find one

I had one of the inside heated storages. There wasn't any light inside the storage unit. And while moving my stuff out of the storage. We killed 3 roaches in the unit. And had to kill one at my home.

One thing, we received letters stating we have not paid after the fact. We called Sunday evening and the person did not put it through. They locked us out. We had to make payment to get unlocked the next day. Yesterday, October 26, 2021 stating we had not paid. We did. We took everything out on October 25. So we get a 14 day credit?

We rented a truck and car hauler. It would of been nice if we could of picked up both of them at the same location, instead of having to go somewhere else to pickup car hauler. It added an hour to our trip.

I was placed on the do not rent to list. This happened because an employee rold me and my mover not to leave anything on the teuck as he watxhed us tey to dowpose of our trash in an overflowing dumpster. The employee never said if its full dont use. I go in to pick up the teuxk last saturdayvafter resercingbit and the manager was very rude and brash while talking to me about the truxk. The manager pnly wanting ro hear himaelf talking an n one else.

maybe ask the customer if there was anything that needed explained as for as operational of the truck. i had never rented a moving truck/nor driven one, therefore, i had to figure out the stering column to adjust the wheel. i was alarmed when i started the truck and the light on the dash that indicates haul/tow came on and didn't realize it was the button on the end of the gear shift to turn it off. other than that, the experience was good. very pleasant staff. sincerely,

I've rented twice from this facility in the past week. The first rental was awesome - great customer service. Owen was the best U-Haul Rep I've ever worked with. Today, the vehicle had dead bugs plastered to the front and the windshield. I was instructed to return the vehicle with 1/4 tank of gas, but the needle was nearly on empty when I rented it. There was a message on the dashboard saying a tire needed air. I told an employee about this, who put more air in the tire but he couldn't reset the message, so I drove it like this for 250 miles.

Best U-Haul location ever! Friendly, fast, got me in-and-out. My problem (and it wasn't their problem) was that I reserved the truck for Jacksonville, then was notified the afternoon before I would have to go 35 miles away to this location to pick it up. I'd reserved the truck over a month in advance, and there appeared to be a 20' truck sitting on the lot of the U-Haul rental facility in Jacksonville. I had to drive 70 more miles (7 gallons of gas, so 24 $more fuel) plus use up and hour and a half of my time. I was so angry when I walked into 410 Bruns Lane - which makes the job the guys there did even more impressive. There's something wrong with a system that tells a customer at the last minute "that truck you reserved and schedule you had planned? We're going to mess that up by adding an extra hour and a half and 24 $of cost. Also, we won't apologize for doing it and we will act like we are doing YOU a favor by increasing the number of miles on the rental agreement before a surcharge." Put yourself in my shoes and ask how you would feel about that.

We were scheduled to a drop off location that was over 10 miles away from where we were moving to. There was a U-Haul rental center in the town we moved to. This caused more mileage and gas usage that we were charged for. Not sure why we couldn't have been scheduled to drop off in town we moved to. We stated where we were going when we picked up the truck

The website says that this location rents plastic moving totes and it accepts online reservations for these totes: this location does NOT have these totes! The website should be changed to reflect this.

The only complaint I had was when I rented the small truck I also rented a dolly. The guy should of told me there was no ramp on that small truck so I didn't need the dolly. Everything else was great.

The email did not tell us the location of the building that we had...the buildings are marked with letters and we did not have a letter in our email nor did the buildings have the locker #s that were available inside of that particular building. We had to go inside and wait to speak to someone..he was very helpful but we would not have been able to figure it out if the facility was not open for business. The gentleman that helped us was spectacular and went above and beyond to help us. The online portion needs updated for more clear information for the renters.

Access code didn't work even after checking in at the office. Email from U-Haul did not accurately describe the process for entering the building. Alarm goes off every time storage area is accessed, even when keycard is swiped and accepted and automatic sliding door opens. If I was not in such a hurry to move out, I would find another storage facility, even with the extra work that would entail.
