Lo único del storage es que me dijeron que cabía dos cuartos y el truck cabían dos cuartos y era grande por dentro aunque estuve que dejar cosas en Mississippi. Y yo pensé que así de grande era el truck de dos cuartos así de grande sería el storage. Y no fue así estuve que poner la mitad de mis cosas y las de mis hijos en el storage y la otra mitad en mi carro y en un sótano.. Mi experiencia con todo el personal que me atendio fue muy buena. El truck tuve que poner mas gasolina del que me habían dicho al principio. Gracias por su atención

First of all I have rented from here several times. Some good some bad... When I pulled in Saturday afternoon to return trailer, there was a van parked under the rental return canopy and another customer with a truck and trailer pulled in behind me. Stood for a couple minutes till a guy came over grunted and told me to put trailer "over by the gas tank". I told him ok, but he will have to move the van in front of me because of the truck behind me. He said nothing, went in the back door and never returned. Five minutes later standing in the 95 degree heat, the very nice multi colored hair girl that was there when I picked it up, came and asked what was going on. I explained, she apologized about his "lack of communication skills" and got the key to move van. She said she would prefer I pout it back where we got it, I said no problem, dropped trailer there and left. Four days later I get a bill saying I dropped it off Wednesday, not Saturday and charged me for that. Uhaul took care of the charge, but... I will use another location from now on

When I walked in to drop off the keys there was a line of like 5 people in line, no one at the counter, I was there to drop off my keys, well I get charge an extra day!! When I turned the keys in at 9:50am 10 mins before it was returned, i called and asked why I was being charged an extra day, he said I dropped it off at 12:30pm, and gave me an attitude not friendly and very rude!! Will not return to this location.

Gave me a trailer with 2 bad tires, and a jack that did not work. Stuck on side of the road for 3,5 hours total, and then no jack on trailer to remove it at final location, this is AFTER the first location did not have a trailer on which I had a reservation for.

I booked two weeks early… U haul changed my location.. got to my 8:00am pick up time at the new location and there was no truck.. he sent me to another location… so my 8:00 day to start ended up being 11:00… tried calling u haul was on hold for over an hour

We were unable to get our reserved truck because the previous renter did not return it. We called the Uhaul national line and Angie in the traffic department got us set up with the same truck size we requested at a nearby location. She was kind and professional and really helped us out during a difficult move and we appreciated her assistance.

Surge brakes were not working. I've used U-Haul dollies several times and I can feel them work. These were certainly not working.

Drop off was super easy. After I parked I only waited a minute or two and a staff member came out to greet me. After he checked everything over I was on my way in just a few minutes. Merci!

First they couldn't find my reservation so I had to reserve another truck. Then I go out to the truck and the back of the truck would not close and the dolly was not secured. I didn't need the dolly cause we have one at home. So they come out close the back of the truck. I let them know about the dolly and that there was only 1/4 tank of gas because I didn't want to be charged extra. On the drive back to the house I Marijuana on the dash. I tried calling but the wait times were over 30 minutes and needed to get moved. I was very upset. I was even more upset when I saw they charged me extra anyway. They clearly hadn't checked that truck and charged me extra for things they shouldn't have. I've worked alot this week and have tried to call on my breaks but 30 to 40 min waits is longer than my break. While we were at the storage facility the back of the truck got stuck all the way up. I tried to call roadside assistance and couldn't get them on the phone to even talk to anybody let alone just a customer service representative for guidance. I had to call my brother and he managed to get it down but the rest of the move we only raised the back half open. This was a disaster. It sucks that they don't have enough employees to assist customers. The truck needed to be serviced and inspected before being rented.

Reserved a van at 8am, completed online check in, and was told I had to wait until 9am to pick up. Very inconvenient, don't offer 24/7 pickup if it's not possible. Location was understaffed and the workers didn't know what they were doing. Couldn't even print me a receipt. They offered me the $20 coverage, when I had already purchased it online. They had me swipe my debit card when it should've already been on file from online reservation. This made me concerned about getting charged twice for things. Please at least train your workers on the basics- like how to use the computers. Don't promise self-service pickup when it's not possible.

My location got changed due to demand so I have to go farther away from my home and I had to pay for more miles since it was farther from my home. I should not have to pay for the mileage I had to drive since my location got changed. We drove less than 2 miles and had to turn back around and go back to U-Haul since the oil light came on and smelled like burning oil. Once arrived back I was told there was nothing they can do. If anything happens call 1800 go U-haul. The truck was hard to drive it kept pulling to the right, the alignment was horrible. Thankfully we were just doing a in town move. I will be making a much longer move the next time and this type of vehicle with these issues won't work for that.

We did not have the best experience at this location, but I will say it could be due to lack of staffing. We got there for our 2 hour reservation on time but it took 25 minutes of waiting and checking in to finally get it. The one customer in front of us took a long time and then the girl helping us had trouble with the computer. They then expected the u haul back at the same time even though we spent 30 mins of that time just checking in. They did move our time back though so the experience ended up being okay. Made us late to work though. We probably wouldn't use this location again

I was charged for fuel and a re-fueling fee despite having filled the tank myself back to what it was when I received the vehicle (which was 1/4 tank). I was told the additional charge would be reversed, but it has not been and is now posted to my account. I will be following up with this location if it is not corrected as I was promised it would be.

Let people know your trucks and trailers are only “water resistant “ (your employees words) not water proof. If I'd known that I would then cover my belongings inside of the trailer. I know, seems redundant.

It was a Sunday and the place was busy, so I understand we could not get as much attention as we would like. I feel the it could be a lot clearer how to find the storage location, that you should cut the tie wrap and proceed, that a name on the tag to confirm you are in the correct place. The guy checking in the vehicles in the back was very helpful!

Start by not lying about the milage people drive. We were tracking it (as was the truck) and we were told we went over the 867 miles we were allotted, which was NOT the case. Then the discount we were suppose to get was reduced because of this lie. Disgusting customer service and would NEVER recommend or use again.

I rent here instead of the place closer to my home for two reasons. 1 is the inventory. 2 is Pete. The guy is so easy to work with. It's obvious he works his butt off to make sure the customer is happy and has everything they need. Merci!

When I arrived there was direction to remain in my vehicle until someone came to help me. After 10 minutes someone shouted me waiting and shouted across the lot to leave the keys and I was free to go. If I don't need to wait then take down the sign that says wait.

Uhaul needs to focus on customer support. I made a call to extend my rental and it took 2 hours to get someone one the phone. Ultimately after talking to 2 individuals my call was routed back to the local rental store which I called in the first place. Very agitating process.

This is a very strange place. As you drive up you can see the doors for the storage units on the outside of the building, each with a unit number marked on it. But once you are there, it turns out they are fakes - just painted on a blank wall. The actual units are inside. A sign says that there is heat to keep it from dropping below 45 degrees, so if you have something that shouldn't freeze and the heater actually works that would be a good thing. The manager rented me a unit, had me pick a PIN and then led me to it. First he taught me to enter my PIN on the Check In/Out keypad, and then do it again on the Open Door keypad a few feet away. There's a notice on the Check In keypad that if you don't check out again when you leave, they will charge you a penalty fee. Then he told me I was in Section D, and led me to a staircase going up! I asked if there was a way to load in without climbing stairs, and he said there was a loading dock out back. The hallway needed someone to sweep and pick up empty bottles and such. The unit itself was swept clean, and was empty except for the rat poison dispenser. I don't know if every unit got one, or if I was just lucky. When I was ready to load in I parked at the loading dock and lifted my boxes up to it from my car. I used my PIN at two keypads to get in, opened the door - and there was a steep ramp leading from the dock to the storage level! There were carts I could use, at least. There were notices on them that I would be charged a penalty fee if I didn't put them back where I found them. I also saw that there were storage units along the ramp, the doors were at the same height as all the others, which meant that the bottom of the doors were anywhere from half a foot to four feet higher than the place you'd stand to load into them. You'd need a ladder to enter. Uh... A couple times I used the front door to enter the building instead of the loading dock. I did my business and then the door wouldn't let me out again! I tried crashing it open hard (I am not a light guy) and several different ways, but it wouldn't open. The first time this happened, I went and told the manager, and he said he knew there was a problem but they weren't able to get it fixed, and I should do whatever I had to get out when I needed to. The second time that I couldn't get it openI went out a door marked Emergency Exit Only, which took a lot of force but did open up eventually. There was a sign on it that anyone going out of it without an Emergency would be charged a penalty fee.

Physical access to my unit in door D is quite difficult for heavy items. The carts help, but the ramp is very steep. Getting the items to the bottom of the ramp is also a challenge unless you are using a truck that matches the dock height.

The general manager, Ryan, was rude and unhelpful. However an employee named Jared was amazing and bent over backwards to be helpful and problem solve when the computer system for self-storage wasn't working. He was apologetic for the behavior of his manager and did a great job smoothing things over with customers when his boss was rude and impatient with them. That kid deserves a raise.

I only need until for 2 weeks, and when I went to cancel the man said ok, then I got a bill, call uhaul and they said the would email management. I asked for a copy and was told it was an inter office email so I could not get one. fast forward 30 days and another invoice! I took it back into the store and I hope that it has been cancelled correctly. Ugh. Not really expecting to refer people there... it is even very close to home.

The check in process was fine. After getting a flat 9 mins from our location we had to wait 5 hours for roadside assistance because not only did it take almost an hour to just get a hold of someone they got our location wrong sent after waiting 2,5 hours then had to wait another hour for a guy when the job took less then 5 mins to fix. The office was poorly staffed and the assistance line was overwhelmed and understaffed.

The manager Lisa was very very rude and unprofessional she made inappropriate comments about my personal account load and in front of a store full of customers and proceeded to argue with me.
