Location was fine except for there were a bunch of trucks parked right by the entrance. Three other cars were trying to get out of the parking lot while I was trying to get in. Not sure if I should have gone to the enter an email off of Hilton instead.

I had issues with your app. It was very slow at times and crashed si that I couldn't enter conditions like mileage at pickup. Also lock boxes were confusing. There were boxes and locks labeled as "7". I would like to that Dominic who was very helpful solving the issues I had. Hes a great employee.

We would recommend the location, but the gentleman was distracted upon pick-up and kept our id. Which required us to go back early the next morning to pick it up. His response was..... YOU forgot your id. Hummmm........

Replace the driver side visor with one that fits. Repair "sticky" ignition - too hard to turn the key. Otherwise, I highly recommend this Uhaul location. Easy to get to, plenty of accessible parking, very professional and efficient staff - great to work with.

There was a dark gray dust on the inside and outside of the trailer. You don't realize the dust until you put your hand on it and then you are filthy dirty. We didn't realize the dust was also on the inside of the trailer until we pulled mattresses out that had the nasty gray dust on it was well. :-( The staff was friendly, helpful and efficient.

After renting a van for a week, then returning it, we rented for another week and returned it. The weekly rate was terrific. However when we returned the van, we decided to RE-rent it for ONE MORE DAY at the very CLEAR ADVERTISED PRICE both located in the store and on all of your vehicles of 19,95 $/day. This price was confirmed as we sat with the owner Dominick, and he took my CC to charge THAT amount -19,95 $. When we returned the van the next day (per the ONE DAY RENTAL) we were SURPRISED to see that my CC had been charged 93 $+. Of course we questioned this extraordinary amount charged. The young lady said she see where the owner made the mistake of overcharging us. She called the GM (Baki Awsaasila) who tried explaining but his explanation was unacceptable. I asked the young lady employee when the owner Dominick would be in, she said she didn't know do I said I would come back the next day to see if I could speak with him since he's the person who wrote up the rental agreements on all 3 ocassions that we rented and RE-rented the van. I came back the next day, August 18,2021 and sat with the owner Dominick. I showed him the paperwork (rental agreement) he had given us and explained our dilemma in regards to the discrepancy in charges as well as I formed him of his own comments verifying that the rate was 19,95 $ per day. Unfortunately his attempt o explain the WHY we were charged 93 $+ INSTEAD of the 19,95 $ rate didn't make any sense to us and quite frankly I don't think it made sense to him either and he's the owner. I must say I respect him for trying to explain, but it just didn't fly with me. What he said was " Because you rented the van for a week and then EXTENDED it for another week, you received the discount rate for weekly rentals, so because you received the weeklydiscount when you add another day the rate goes up fro the 19,95 $/day to 79,95 $/day w/100free miles(he kept using the word EXTENDED) that's not what happened. We initially rented for a week, brought the van back with mileage used (which was under the 700 FREE miles. Then we ENTERED a new rental agreement for another week, so technically that's not EXTENDING, it's a new agreement/contract) so his use of using the word EXTENDED puts the rental agreement in a whole different UNDERSTANDING TO U-HAUL BUT NOT TO THE CUSTOMER. So after bringing the van back to end the SECOND RENTAL AGREEMENT. WE RE-RENTED A VAN FOR 1 MORE DAY, THEREBY ENTERING A 3RD RENTAL AGREEMENT at the rate of 19,95 $/day plus 10 $/day insurance which should have been a total of 29,95 $ +tax. Not 93 $+. We are sadly disappointed with this experience and VERY STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT U-HAUL ABIDES BY IT'S ADVERTISEMENTS, CLEARLY EXPLAIN TO POTENTIAL CUSTOMER EXACT CHARGES AND WHY RATES CHANGE FROM WHAT IS CLEARLY POSTED IN THE STORE, SO OTHERS WILL NOT BE CAUGHT UP IN WHAT APPEARS TO BE A BAIT AND WHICH. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I'm not saying the public should not rent from this location, I'm just explaining our experience and that this should not have happened.

The check oil light was on. I told the person at front desk and he said it was ok. I thought that was odd. Also at check out after hours, the mileage should allow you to type exactly what is shown vs entering the .0 at the end. It's confusing.

I was told that I could just drop the rented van off, which I did, but I received a call from Uhaul 2 days later saying that my truck was missing and overdue. I had to call a few more folks to ensure them that I dropped off the truck a day early even.

When I arrived to pick up the 5x8 trailer that I had rented via phone several weeks prior and confirmed it via phone 3 days earlier and had completed the online check in in advance, the trailer was not there because the previous renter did not return it. I asked for a truck, trailer, cargo van, anything instead but the location said they were all booked. I even asked to rent a storage unit instead and they said they were all taken. They asked me to step aside and call the main UHaul number which had a 27 minute hold time and I was less than confident they would find me a new trailer because it was July 31st and everything was overbooked. Eventually this location was able to offer me a larger trailer before the main Uhaul number answered which worked just fine (not sure why they couldn't do that right away?). We were able to complete the move for my daughter on time so I say thank you to this location for making it happen although it was a bit rocky.

First time ever renting a uhaul... Guy checking me in didn't make me aware of any of the stipulations and necessary things to avoid extra charges; like filling the tank. Also didn't receive the equipment I needed.

3 of the past 4 rentals I got at this location had incorrect fuel levels. What was on the paper was different than what was shown on the gas gauge. It was always more than what was really in the tank. If you don't call them on this you will be charged for difference! Plan to wait in line as they are not the most efficient in dealing with customers. Trucks and vans are in good condition.

The guys and gals working here were cool but to drive today's rental the steering wheel was turned like 45 degrees to the left to stay straight. The last time I was here the storage unit we rented was never available, that was a real shit show after driving 5 days cross country.

We are extremely dissatisfied customers. We reserved a truck nearly one month prior with numerous phone calls to ensure that the truck would be available and there was no truck available on the day that we needed to move out 2 college students. The Entire weekend was a nightmare!!! all due to uhaul not having the truck we reserved available. we reserved the truck and we received a confirmation any guarantee- UHAUL's words not ours- that a truck would be available.

I was supposed to pick up my equipment 10 miles away in St. Francis. They redirected me here with no prior warning and I started my move 90 minutes late. This facility was quick and in good shape, but my experience with uhaul was miserable overall.

It is not unreasonable to expect that when I have a confirmed, scheduled reservation, that there is actually a vehicle available when I arrive to pick it up. That did not happen. I showed up to learn that there was neither a van nor a replacement available for me to use. This completely disrupted my planned move and made my ability to exit my previous property on time. Very disappointed with this experience and I will not recommend uhaul or use this service again.

Poor I received a forced unauthorized upgrade to my storage facility. Was not able to successfully speak with the manager to resolve the issue. I called and stated I did not want the climate controlled upgrade. Staff said they documented my refusal to upgrade. I received bill charged at increased rate for upgrade. Multiple attempts to reach manger unsuccessful. No one could find any documentation of my call to refuse upgrade. So after four years of storing I cleared out my storage and would look for another option in the future if needed.
